Yup! that is what I am implying but you have explained it in an easier manner and yes it is easier to understand, accuracy is more important not only to soccer but to any games that most need it, in basketball accuracy to convert it in a score, in games accuracy to for its combat points, that is most notably accuracy is likely important, in this case, Werder doesn't have the accuracy they need or in this case, they surely lack that aspect to win against Hamburger SV, but we still have an early-season maybe they will play differently against different teams.
^ Talking about the accuracy, we should look at the conversion rate of the teams. Their conversion rate is really not up to the mark. It's frustrating for any team or coach if one misses an easy shot. It even makes the player who missed the shot angry. That's when players do absurd things like committing the fouls they wouldn't have done. But except for the finishing accuracy, even the passing accuracy is important. Because if a striker doesn't get a good ball he can't score of it most of the time.

Indeed the coach always goes first. anyway, they did play really well last year, but this year they seemed off form. Starting of a new year or season can be rough at times but this was unacceptable. I thought if they could carry the momentum from the last season forward, they could see themselves being promoted. But now it seems like they are in a rebuilding position right now and this might take some time.
right, that's the main problem for small clubs today, when they performed quite well in the previous season but there is no guarantee that the next season they can show a better performance and even many of them are actually experiencing a slump, I think, a small club without financially strong will not be able to last longer in the top competition of a league, because surely the best players in the small club will become transfer targets for big clubs so that it destroys the balance of the clubs and in the end every season they have to come back from the beginning in building their squad return.
^^ Well, the harsh truth is that if a player gets a good offer for playing for a big team he is not going to turn that offer down. Because he knows that accepting that offer is going to do worlds of goods for him. And the money that the bigger teams offer for those players can't be refused by the smaller teams cause they also need the money for the club. So at the end of the day, the club which has more money is able to get better players and better coaches and better facilities and so on. And the smaller clubs keep searching for better players for their team and if they find one, that player gets targeted again by a bigger club.
