I know Dortmund will have problems of winning their upcoming games that will make them unable to have the same points with Bayern Munich.  Dortmund playing draws against Schalke is opportunity for Bayern Munich to now have some gap. Dortmund missed this great opportunity to share same point with Bayern Munich.

Just as Borussia Dortmund got in shape and had a winning streak for eight matches, Schalke 04 broke this streak. They were fighting against Bayern point by point but now they are 2 points behind.
It's also ironic that Kenan Karaman scored the goal for the first time with the Schalke 04 shirt this season. He is famous for his head goals when nice crosses are served to him. Although his feet are not that good, he's a very effective player in headers. I'm glad that Schalke is finally able to use him properly.
Of course, this result is bad for Dortmund. I hope they can catch a new series again because I don't want to see Bayern championship anymore.

Bayern so far has increased their leading point.  Is no more news that this season's Bundesliga tittle may not leave Bayern Munich's domain? I have checked the record for Bundesliga winners since 2000,  and it's quite disappointing that it seems like there is no other strong contender in the league. I was happy when I saw the Bundesliga table at the beginning of this season but within a single eye, Bayern was back at the top. Even now, I'm doubting that there could be another team that will take away this tittle I'm the next 5 years.

I agree that today Borussia Dortmund definitely was the better team and they would have deserved to win today, but today they just were not efficient and lucky enough. That being said, in those 11 games before, that they have all won, Borussia Dortmund had a lot of luck, because in those games they were not the better team all the time. In at least 4 or 5 matches they had a lot of luck to win the game in the end, when i think about the game in Mainz, the first match against Chelsea or the match against Frankfurt or Hoffenheim. It was only logical, that this luck would run out sooner or later and against Chelsea and today that was the case.

Dortmund's failure to win against Schalke really created an opportunity to continue to have the same points or even pass Bayern. The result of this 2-2 draw was not so predictable, I personally think that Dortmund will win for sure. But sadly they don't. And it just ended in a draw. Here, they lost a little chance to maximize the line of attack and execution

Dortmund ended the match in a draw. By the end of first'half, they were dominating with the lead and had good attempt of shots towards the target. In the second half, from the very beginning the match got eased as the goal came for Schalke at 50th minute. The defensive tactics could've been followed, but Dortmund were much into making goals. The same is being used and Schalke and the match ended as 2-2 draw. Dortmund have ended its undefeated 9 matches win with the draw.

Dortmund were actually quite dominant against Schalke in this derby match just as expected. But they still couldn't win the match despite getting ahead two times. I really appreciated Schalke's resistance against them. Despite playing under pressure they were able to deal with it amazingly. Dortmund's weaknesses in defense played a big role in this match to end by 2-2 as well. Schalke didn't lose a match for weeks of course but I thought this would be the match to end their streak.

But instead Dortmund's winning streak has come to an end. Dortmund should have won there to keep up with Bayern Munich in the standings.

Mainz had been winning for 4 weeks and this week they broke it with a draw away to Hertha berlin.Hertha berlin are in the relegation zone and their home game is very important for them and they must not lose points.Mainz have to win games and not lose points in order to qualify for the Europa league.Both teams settled for a draw.
I think one of the most important matches of the week was Leipzig-Gladbach.Plea missed a penalty.The first half ended in a draw and when Gladbach missed a penalty early in the second half, Leipzig stepped up the pressure and scored.

Schalke's draw today with Borussia Dortmund was in my opinion the best match today in Bundesliga. Schalke was resilient enough not to let Dortmund walk away with maximum three points and the away side will be really disappointed with the result because it will really affect Dortmund's quest for the Bundesliga title. Bayern Munich I know will be happy with that result after beating Augsburg and establishing a three point gab at the top of the league.

I even had a chance to bet in the second half because if you see the odds offered by the dealer are quite suspicious, so I think there's nothing wrong with betting over 6.5 with odds @ 1.40. However, it was unexpected that there had been so many goals in this match that the two teams exchanged goals. Dortmund won a 2-2 draw against Schalke and made them fail to steal 3 points at home to Schalke. With this result, Bayern Munich are now 2 points ahead of Dortmund in the standings.

I have trusted Dortmund to maintain their winning streak. They always fumble and disappoint when it matters the most. How are they dropping points against Schalke when they're on the same point with Bayern Munich. They just are not on the level of competing with Bayern. It's as if they're not even ready to fight Bayern Munich for the league title. As far as the Bundesliga is concerned, Dortmund is the only team that can challenge for the league with Bayern, but even them can't compete. Bayern now tops the league with 2 points and I don't think anything will bring them down, if at all, they will keep increasing the gap at the top and Dortmund will keep dropping points.

and it was indeed a tough game for Dortmund, even after they were leading twice in this match but they still failed to win against Schalke who showed a lot of competition against them, they even missed a good chance to score the winner at the end.

the scariest thing was that bayern conceded a goal after just 2 minutes, honestly that bayern defense becomes a disaster when they are bundesliga games, but in the champions league they have a good defense, but bayern's advantage is that they have good attack that manage to score a lot of goals, with that they win the games, but I wonder if they will really manage to become champions this season

Bayern Munich 5 - 3 Augsburg

bayern managed to win despite conceding 3 goals, this is undoubtedly a result that I think is not good as they conceded 3 goals against a team that was not strong on paper, but as always bayern have been very lucky in the bundesliga , even when they play badly they manage to become champions, and this season it will be the same thing, because dortmond just tied and with that they started to be 2 points away, I think we can already congratulate bayern in advance because they already they are champions, I don't doubt it

Eintracht Frankfurt1  -: 1 VfB Stuttgart

I expected that Eintracht would be able to win this game, because they were playing against a team that is in the relegation zone and that are unstable, so it was a good chance for Eintracht to get 3 points, but despite Eintracht having scored first, they conceded a goal and the game ended in a draw, with this performance Eintracht will not get a place for the champions league and probably will not get a place for the europe league

Hertha Berlin 1 - 1 Mainz 05

Mainz who were performing well in the last 4 games with 4 consecutive wins, and would play against Hertha who have been performing very unstable, I expected Mainz to be able to win this game, but after seeing that they were losing in the 1st half, honestly I soon concluded that they would not come out of this game with a victory, at most a draw and that's what happened, with this result Hertha did not move far from the relegation zone

RB Leipzig 3 - 0 Borussia M.Gladbach

this was a game in which Leipzig dominated the whole game, they had greater possession of the ball, managed to score 3 goals and did not concede goals, with this result Leipzig achieves the 3rd position in the table, but has no chance of winning the bundesliga , the maximum that Leipzig can reach will be the 2nd position, if they try hard and dortmund have bad results

Schalke  2 - 2 Borussia Dortmund

without a doubt that Schalke is being the team that has surprised me the most in the last few games, they are in a sequence of games without losing, and even playing against big teams they are doing very well, in this game dortmond was unlucky to play against Schalke and lost points

Bayern Munich again showed their best strength when facing Augsburg in Week 24 of the Bundesliga this season where Bayern Munich was able to end this match with a 5-3 victory at the Allianz Arena. without being strengthened by Choupo moting, but Nagelsmann squad was able to provide quite an impressive game. This victory is also a strong signal that Bayern Munich will be able to maintain their position as the leader of the standings this week.

from the side of their competitors, Dortmund again failed to gain full points after being held to a draw by Schalke which was quite surprising because Dortmund winning streak had to end in the match against Schalke. Thus, from the temporary standings table, Bayern Munich is 2 points ahead of Dortmund, which sits in 2nd place.

Schalke team managed to stop dortmund winning streak by forcing them into a draw today, dortmund team was better in general but the will of schalke players not to lose and avoid relegation is what made them comeback twice after being behind in the score, it was a good result for schalke but a bad one for dortmund because bayern team managed to get two points ahead of them after winning today against augsburg.

We watched matches with plenty of goals, especially the Bayern Munich-Augsburg match was a goal duel. Augsburg, who took the lead in the first minutes, could not maintain this superiority and closed the first half 4-1 defeated. It should be said that it was an exciting match from the beginning to the end of the match. Even though it tried to close the gap in the second half, it could not close it and lost 5-3.
Dortmund lost a very important 3 points and fell behind Bayern Munich in the championship race. The defeat to Chelsea seems to have affected them. Of course Schalke needed points too if they didn't want to be relegated but Dortmund gave them the chance. They were 2-1 up but conceded a goal in the 80th minute and had to settle for a draw. Now they are 2 points behind Bayern Munich.

Bayern played a superb football today with much goals to show their opponent that they are far better than Augsburg team. Pavard scored two goals in the match,I knew it that it will be an easy win for Bayern who remains first on the table. Dortmund should win their match so that they can be on the same point with their rival or else it might be difficult for them to over take Bayern. Augsburg played with confidence, I couldn't believed that they will be able to score up to three goals not until the last minute when cardohna scored the  third goal to end the match 5-3.

While I bet with great confidence on Dortmund, the result is always a deep disappointment. How can Dortmund, who are currently in a positive trend, still fail to continue their winning streak, while the opponent Dortmund is facing is Schalke, who is having a bad season.

This is a result that is really very disappointing and similar to what happened with Liverpool in the Premier League, it feels right if Dortmund are eliminated from the Champions League and always fail to win the Bundesliga title. A team like this can never be expected to be higher, because the results are always disappointing.

Dortmund is about to draw their match because they are currently playing a 2-2 draw and the match is about to end, I just hope they can do something before the last five minutes of the game or else they will be going back home with one point because Schalk04 look very serious and are ready to take at least a point in the match too.

Augsburg tried in their performance,  I never expected them to score 3 goals. Even with the number of goals they achieved in the game they couldn't stop Bayern Munich or make the game seem tough for Bayern Munich.  It is impressive for Bayern Munich to get 3 point to maintain the first position.
