Hoffenheim managed to confirm their victory through two goals throughout the match against Schalke. Luckily Hoffenheim celebrated the goal through an own goal from a Schalke player and also through a penalty kick scored by Bebou. This result is quite commensurate with what was shown by Hoffenheim, they played openly which made the match quite exciting because Schalke also showed a pretty good performance. Unfortunately Schalke could not take advantage of every opportunity to convert into goals. With this result, Schalke had to settle for being at the bottom of the relegation zone standings and for Hoffenheim they were quite safe until next week in 14th place in the standings.
