Guirassy will be a strong reinfocement for Borussia Dortmund. When Guirassy played for VfB Stuttgart, he scored many goals, had a big percentage for Stuttgarts 2nd place in Bundesliga and he was a frightening attacker who always found a way even against strong defenses to score a goal. I expect Guirassy to do well at Borussia Dortmund and hopefully, Stuttgart will be a title contender for Deutsche Meisterschaft.

It's interesting when talking about Stuttgart because they managed to be in 2nd place in the Bundesliga last season which made their players in great demand and in the end they had to lose the players who helped them achieve a very good position in the Bundesliga. Both goals scored by Fullkrug and Malen D last season won't even equal what he did last season. Hopefully, they try to win the Bundesliga League Competition this season since Bayern Leverkusen has broken the deadlock last season.

You’re not quite wrong with your assertion about the whole issue but I think the playing pattern or the structure of the club Bayern Munich was the reason they went for Vincent Kompany. The Bayern style of player over the years has changed to those of Spanish football where they like to possess a lot of the ball. And this now requires them to  have a coach that plays that’s same. Then aside the football pattern the idea of looking for a long term solution rather than a quick fix is another reason. There are senior or let me say top coaches then that were available but the problem been that they usually travelers rather than coaches that sit at a club for Long and looking at them as a Solution was more like a quick fix.

Of course. No one can judge Kompany will fail to manage Bayern Munich. The season isn't started yet, Bayern Munich still doesn't play a single coach. How we can conclude Kompany's career in Bayern Munich? Sure, Bayern management will give 100% of their support to Kompany, it should be the same as other previous coaches. It is not impossible that Kompany can surprise everyone to lead Bayern Munich winning the Bundesliga title in the season 2024/2025.

I don't think each young managers will prefer signing young players. However, Kompany looks like to target young players, it is a good idea to improve the squad with more young players. This way will guarantee that the club will have good future with young players. If they only focus on old players, it will be a temporary solution only. We are meant to believe that friendlies are played in order to test the strength of a team and most importantly to test new players that are just joining the team from other clubs. You can’t ascertain the strength of a team by their final result in a friendly match but some feel it is what they’re capable of playing they’re already showcasing even before the league starts but in most cases, it is now always like that. Teams tend to increase and improve their performance when the real season begins after testing most of their players and getting a new tactics to employ for the next season.

We cannot conclude that Vincent Kompany is the right coach for Bayern Munich until we see the performance of the club this season. Bayern Munich management Is giving him all the support he needs so that he won't have any excuse for failing. Naturally, young coaches will be attracted to younger players because they will be easy to manage. Vincent just had the first training season with the players and I hope he will be able to coordinate the senior players. His ability to command respect in the dressing room is important considering his age. However, the signing of signings of Hiroki Ito, João Palhinha, and Michael Olise is a big plus you the team and I wish him a successful season.

Kompany's recruitment at Bayern Munich was not the right choice, many doubted Kompany's strategy in coaching Bayern Munich but if you look at his current steps towards building by recruiting the right players at Bayern Munich, it will refute all previous arguments.
