It is indeed not easy to maintain consistency if the club is not a club that usually competes at the top of the standings. Leverkusen is a club that gave a surprise last season and broke Bayern Munich's dominance, usually in the following season such clubs have difficulty maintaining their performance and many experience a decline but currently Leverkusen can still be said to be performing well even though they are not as strong as last season. I see Leverkusen's performance this season is much different compared to last season and they don't have a strong chemistry anymore for an impressive performance, I think everything is over for Leverkusen and it is very unlikely that they can defend the title.

To be precise, Leverkusen is one of the best clubs in the Bundesliga at the moment. In my opinion, Kompany is able to build a harmonious environment within the team, his very young age as a manager, helps him understand the players desires better (Kompany is only 3 years apart from Thomas Muller). This is his first season, and of course he will try his best to win trophies, especially the Bundesliga trophy. His reputation as a manager will be at stake, because if he fails, Bayern Munich management might fire him. In the Bundesliga, the only threat that Bayern Munich should be wary of is Leverkusen, other than that maybe they don't need to worry too much. It is true, the attributes possessed by Bayern Munich are more complete, they have an even squad depth and have more qualified rotation options than all the contestants in the Bundesliga. Besides that, after the international break, Kompany must spur his squad to perform better. Kompany must fix the weaknesses in his defense, the defeat to Aston Villa, being held to a draw by Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt should not happen again in the future.

This season is new one and it's entirely different from previous season, watching the epic consistent performance and stats of Leverkusen, they've been having greater heights to win matches. They're the best club in Germany currently, we've watched and observed their style of play, it amazes me for such a top club to be in the front futures. Bayer Leverkusen headcoach, Xabi Alonso conquered Bundesliga last season, he won major titles and now put his club in a position that they're strong enough to hold on big winnings. Bayer Leverkusen didn't give up this season, watching their epic performance against their opponents, it's improving.

If truly Vincent Kompany has a good relationship with his players, I think he is half way of making a good team because a good relationship with the players will give them more motivation because they wouldn't want to disappoint their coach whom has been so nice to the point of playing with them on the pitch during training. Bayern Munich is already doing well in the league this season as they are topping the league already but they need to improve in the champions league competition because losing against a team that is inexperienced in the champions league is not a good one.

Winning a major trophy this season is possible for Bayern Munich looking at their performance, they are ahead of Leverkusen and other teams which I think do not have the quality players in their squad so they just need to keep playing well and keep winning matches they will get the league title back by the end of the season.

Talking about Bayern Munich manager's relationship with the players, one can see that there's a very good relationship between the players and their manager who sometimes plays alongside the squad players during training. The young Belgian manager's approach to life in Munich have been nothing short of awesome which is why I strongly believe that he'll succeed with the players at his disposal. There's still a lot to play for this season and if Bayern Munich can continue to improve from what we've seen far this season, I don't think there's anything that's gonna stop them from winning a major trophy at the end of the season

You are right, Bayern Munich team were unfortunate last season not to have won the league because of their poor form but the number of quality players in the team has already helped the team to get back on track in the league as they are already the league leaders since this season. During last season when Thomas Tuchel was the manager of Bayern Munich they were not performing well but it was not confirmed if the coach had issues bonding with the players but if that is the case, it means that Vincent Kompany would firstly get along with his players, get them to play more of team football, work on the performance of his team then they will be able to deliver a very good result.

Yeb there was a few mistakes he made already this season and in a few games that was mostly cost them win of this matches.
The one year contract for sure will be an option for both Neuer and Bayern Munich but we will see whats coming.

Maybe its possible that he will get a Goalkeeper Coach at Bayern Munich or also in the National Team.
But as a player the best time is over for him.

Very true the impact of a relationship with the players is one that can not be be overly emphasized and the fact that Kompany has got it with his players is enough to help him to succeed this season in the German Bundesliga but they cannot be seen as the strongest already but they have been really consistent even much long before now so i can agree with their consistency as it has earned them some dominance in the league, but they have got some work to still do this season.

Leverkusen will have a say this season in the Bundesliga. I love their pace in the game and they have been a bit out of luck in some games. But my feeling is that they will have their winning streak very soon.
