It means that we could see Bayern losing some points in the future, not going to be impossible if you ask me and I think that's going to be the case for the future. We still have so many games left and to think that Bayern would not lose any points at all would be childish, of course they will lose some points, Dortmund just needs to be more careful and lose less points.

Dortmund will face Bayern in April 1st, and that is considered as the best opportunity to get closer from them and eventually passing them, or else give Bayern a chance to fly away with the title.
The remaining matches in the next rounds are somewhat equivalent between the two teams, I mean neither of these teams have a serie of hard games or easy ones.

I agree with you. Bayern Munich is the only judge in the Bundesliga. This has been going on for years and will continue to do so.
