Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga is still quite influential, at least when Dortmund drew yesterday with FC Schalke, but that doesn't mean that Dortmund is out of opportunities to compete with Bayern Munich in the race for the Bundesliga title. Still have a chance for Dortmund, as long as they are able to maintain consistency and even though there is a difference of two points from the current leaders.

Dortmund's can also be more focused on the Bundesliga now, because at the moment there are no big matches in other leagues that Dortmund are facing, but if they lose against FC Cologne, then I think their chances will be a little more difficult.

I'm not sure Leverkusen can beat Bayern Munich at BayArena in their next game and if you say Dortmund depend on the outcome of that game, I don't think that's quite right because Dortmund also need to win against FC Cologne at home. Apart from that, Bayern Munich will also continue to take advantage of every match for full points in order to secure itself at the top of the Bundesliga standings.

Currently, Dortmund is very much close to Bayern Munich there is a little gap between these two teams so Dortmund still has the chance to even take Bayern Munich's place n the table during this season. even if Bayern Munich got a stronger player and more investments on their team still I see more chance for Dortmund to take the title because unlike Bayern Munich they don't have to race for the champions league and they will have more time to rest and recover.

After getting some win streaks and dortmund has accepted the truth if it was playing draw against schalke which was placed at the relegation zone. I see there are still big chance for dortmund to surpass bayerna at this moment. The defenders were also becomet he main problem. If we have analyzed the result from some matches and i would like to say that if dortmund was also conceding so many goals too. The team was able to win against another club in bundesliga but at the same time that dortmund conceded so many goals against its opponent which was proving how abd the quality of dortmund defenders. Dortmund is now only having two points gap against bayern which will be so easy to be achieved. I personally think that if dortmund gonna be surpass bayern as soon as possible.
Bayern was doing well in the last match yet it's still inconsistent at this moment.

That's so true, even with the current situation of Bayern munchen as they are not doing really good in the bundesliga but Dortmund can't really be in their level, they still need many improvements and good quality players otherwise they will never catch Bayern Munich or get the bundesliga title

The last time dortmund win bundesliga is at the 2011-2012 season where lewandowski there become a hero and jurgen klopp as an architect .. none of the dortmund squad well known as a star but collective power among the players under klopp become something special.

The current dortmund squad have not something like that, you dont need a great star player though.

Bayern Munich will still win this match because the winning percentage is higher than Bayern Munich's and it is impossible for Bayern Munich to let go of its position at the top of the standings easily. In a league that has Bayern Munich as their main rival, they are supposed to convince the best of their players to remain at the club for at least four seasons before they can be sold off as to remain competing enough against Bayern Munich. Imagine the current squad of Dortmund players playing alongside Haaland, Jordan Sancho and Jude Bellingham, they'll not just be battling to win the domestic league alone they will also be a big contender for the UEFA Champions League title.

Freiburg are fighting not only in the Bundesliga but also in the Europa League as you know. It isn't easy to maintain a good balance between these tournaments for them surely. They already played a horrible match against Juventus in the Europa League but they still have a chance for making up for their mistakes as it ended by 1-0 only. But they shouldn't let this situation affect their concentration in a bad way. They actually won against Hoffenheim last week which should be some extra motivation.

They are in a really tough fight for top four in the Bundesliga now. It feels like they will be eliminated by Juventus and then they can have their full concentration on the Bundesliga for gaining a spot for the Champions League.

bayern is really a champion team, several times their position was shifted from the top but in the end they were back on top again and that is what i think is the most interesting thing in the bundesliga this season

but dortmund can take the top position at any time because currently bayern and dortmund are only 2 point apart. next matchday bayern will face leverkusen and dortmund will face koln

I feel this way about Dortmund too. I think they're comfortable being the second best of the league. I don't know what they're doing in that club. They are never consistent in any season. They have good players that could win them the league but somehow they lose the games that matter most. I said it earlier that since they were on the same points with Bayern then Bayern would certainly win the league this season. It doesn't look like they will be ready to compete with Bayern anytime soon. And don't be surprised that Bayern might win the league with like Eight points difference in the end.

losing for Bayern is not common, that's true, but they showed that they can draw against a lot of teams, and even consecutive draws, it happened twice this season, but I still don't think that Dortmund can keep up with them, but Bayern are still in the Champions League so they have other things to worry about unlike Dortmund.

In a game, anything can happen. a team that is much better than its opponent, will not necessarily always win game after game and this happened to Dortmund. draw against Schalke, can be caused by many factors. however, to be honest, I did not watch this fight. but in theory, we can learn from various match highlights or based on available statistics from the match. statistically, Dormund should be able to gain maximum points. because, they have a very positive record of available statistics. sadly, the home team was lucky. because, they were able to take advantage of the gap and equalize to end in a draw. plus, mentally, Dortmund's performance was a little disturbed after they were pushed aside in the Champions League.
