man man man that is one hell of a long break without real football. 2 months without 1.bundesliga is very very hard.
i am really looking forward to the 16th matchday . then we will finally see sensible football again . the first match on 20.january RB Leipzig vs. FC Bayern Munich will be shown for all football fans . sat1 will broadcast the match live . that will be a nice football evening and i hope for 3 goals for leipzig and only 2 for münchen

Wolfsburg is actually playing well right now. They are in the 7th position on the table and they have certainly improved quite a lot compared to the last season. Of course, nothing is indicating that they will be able to finish in the top 4.

Leipzig and Freiburg both are in good form right now. And I think if we do not look at Bayern Munich, the league is going to look a lot more competitive.

Not gonna lie I am actually a little surprised to see the performance of Frankfurt this season. They are playing quite well and better compared to the last season. But I am a little disappointed to see the performance from Dortmund.

@Velvet78 buying player’s in January transfer window is always tricky, hence it makes sense for Bayern to wait till the summer transfer window to buy the perfect replacement for Neuer. Also Bayern coach has admitted that there’re not many goal keeper’s currently available so it seems that he has only one option i.e. get a keeper on loan while paying high fees for the transfer and then buy a keeper of his choice once the summer transfer window opens.

Bayern was waiting for the opportunity to sign the new player with the cheap price. The management was trying to be very efficient in term managing the financial of club. It can be seen from how bayern was signing blind instead of another defender with very big clause release. bayern will not try to waste the money for signing the wrong player that will not give any impact to the club. I like how bayern try to make its financial become very efficient.
Bayern is still looking for a new keeper to replace neuer.

Why do you think that this match will end in a draw? Freiburg is only 2 points ahead of Leipzig and in week 16 Leipzig will face Munich which will be a difficult match for them because Munich has so far always been able to handle Leipzig well so if Leipzig loses it will be an opportunity for Freiburg to further increase the point difference far if they can beat Wolfburg later.

This season Freiburg has developed more than the previous season and at the moment they are in second place in the Bundesliga standings with 30 points while team Wolfsburg is in seventh place with 20 points, looking at the last 5 meetings between the two teams Freiburg is slightly superior because they won two matches while Wolfsburg only got one win, so I think there is a possibility that next week's match the two teams will draw.

I think that freiburh must be careful with wolfsburg. Wolfsburh was able beating dortmund 2-0. Friburg will be in a very difficult situation to win against wolfsburg

Neuer is obviously a very good goalkeeper. And that's why it is going to be very hard to find another goalkeeper like him. And of course, there are other goalkeepers like him. The goalkeepers who are good are obviously taken by other big clubs. So it is hard for Bayern Munich to find a goalkeeper like him.

This is more of the same thing I've been saying, it would be great if Dortmund could focus on winning more things, maybe after the Bundelisga fight, Bayern are the ones who rule here, the other teams can't catch up yet their level, Union Berlin was on a very good run, but afterwards I don't know what happened to them, however I am a believer that Dortmund has the necessary material to beat them, I don't know if the player market is decisive for Dortmund, but I think that things get better through victories, maybe they should hold out for a bit and play with their best players in the Bundesliga to see how they do.

Playing consistently on the top tier of football for a team like Frankfurt is really very tough because they do not have tier 1 star players or the squad depth in order to play consistent football in multiple competitions like the German League and the Champions League. But I am really impressed by how far they have gone in the tournament and how well they have been playing in the German League. I really hope that they will be able to finish top four in the Bundesliga in order to qualify for the champions league next season as well.

I have noticed recently Bayern Munich have not been spending so much on player signings rather they have been getting players on free deals. Maybe this is a new transfer strategy been abducted by the club to reduce expenses and increase their income but I'm sure Bayern Munich have to financial capacity to make huge signings also. I would advise they spend the money and get a suitable replacement for Neuer before the transfer window run out.

Bayern Munich as the money to sign in a good keeper but the problem they are having is that they haven't a goal that is as good Manuel Neuer that's they haven't yet gotten a goal keeper. The goalkeeper that are available in the transfer market are not much and they are not up to the standard of goalkeeper the club wants. Manuel Neuer is a very talented goalkeeper that has saved Bayern Munich and also contributed to the victory of Bayern Munich. If Bayern Munich is unable to look for  a good keeper,  Manuel Neuer absent is a big loss.

Wolfsburg is not a bad team, they have even shown some potential before as well and they are doing it again. They are just not a top level team, it's just not something we could expect from them to be fair. There isn't anything they could do to bring this to "they are guaranteed top 4 club in bundesliga" type of level for now. That is mainly because even the ones that should be there are not.

I always saw Leipzig and Dortmund to be teams that would be amazing to watch and amazing to follow, they should be 2nd and third respectfully, after Bayern being first, but we haven't seen top three be those three teams right? And not now too, hence it's a bit hectic right now.

The Champions League is nothing like the Bundesliga or the Europa League. Frankfurt had better be ready for a much bigger and more difficult matchup against Napoli. Matches aren't played on paper of course. I'm aware of how big threat Frankfurt are to Napoli also. But I would like to remind you of another fact that Frankfurt had a really big difficulty in qualifying for last 16 round. They managed to do this after the results of last group matches. They lost five points against Tottenham and lost to Sporting also.

Napoli are going to be even a more challenging team to defeat for Frankfurt. Especially if Napoli keep a good form in the Serie A until the first leg then Frankfurt had better focus on their defending especially. Because Napoli can easily be unstoppable in offense while they are in-form.

Dosnt matter how long it takes for when he maybe comes back , or its also possible that he decides to end his career at this point .
And i guess if Bayern Munich will find a good young Goalkeeper for the long term the chances are here that he maybe doing this step.
But we will se whats going on at some stage.

Thats the same i think , that the coming game against Napoli will be not already won by Napoli .
And i guess we will see an awesome nice game , and hopefull Frankfurt will make it.

Bayern Munich have a lot of money to be able to sign a solid goalkeeper now. But I don't know if they are eager to make such move. Sommer would be a really nice move actually and his contract expires in six months as well. This is like a big opportunity for them to finish this transfer by not spending any money on transfer fee. But let's see what the player and his team think about this.

They had better fill Neuer's place with a credible goalkeeper otherwise their job won't be easy about conceding not many goals.

All that said the end of the discussion will be that Manuel Neuer is currently absent and Injured and can not feature for Bayern Munich

They have to do what's best for them which is to find a replacement rather than to be expecting him back so fast. For the game against Paris Saint Germany he will be absent but everything sets for Sadio Mane to be back, reqd he will be back ahead of that competition next month

It is going to be a really interesting game between Wolfsburg and Freiburg in the upcoming fixture. Freiburg are one of the wonders of the season, as they have been playing outstandingly well in the German League this season, and they are currently second in the league right behind Bayern Munich, who are the league leaders.

As for Wolfsburg, on the other hand, they are currently sixth in the league, but they have been playing really effective football and have been in good form recently. There is no doubt that this will be a high scoring game between these two German teams.
