Dortmund will need to be concentrated on their Bundesliga matches even more from now on. Because they have made so many point losses recently and they have been able to win only the half of the matches they played. These results have thrown them to the sixth position in the league standings of course. I understand that they aren't as passionate as Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga title. However the fans must be still waiting for them to do better than this. Because they aren't used to seeing Dortmund that much bad.

Dortmund should still be able to finish the season at the second position. Their current squad has a really good quality and they are definitely better than all of the teams except Bayern Munich. They just need to show this by action in the rest of the season. Their not being able to qualify for the Champions League would be unacceptable by the board I guess.

It's very funny to say that because it's as if this is only determined by Neuer even though if you look at the 15 matches that have taken place in the Bundesliga and 6 matches in the Champions League, Neuer is one of the least hard-working goalkeepers and even he has never played when there were a few problem with his hand at the time and being replaced by Ulreich but not a problem either even managed to win against Inter in the Champions Legaue.

Losing Neuer, even though it took a long time, actually didn't have much of an impact because their defense is still quite solid, but in this case they still have to find a new goalkeeper to make their defense even stronger.

The Bundesliga is starting again quite late actually. The other big leagues aren't like that as it seems. I wonder what the reason behind is. I think Bayern Munich has good players that can defend the team and keep their performance going very well even this time that their goalkeeper has been sidelined due to an injury, their early season poor performance was a result of the departure of Lewandoski from the team but they were able to bring in Sadio Mane who I believe helped them before going for an injury. The injury of Neuer will affect them because his presence in the team has helped Bayern Munich a lot but this is another opportunity to get another younger goalkeeper for his replacement because I doubt if he can be very sharp to remain as their goalkeeper after three seasons, Bayern has been linked with some good goalkeepers including the world cup keep of Croatia which I believe will be a done deal soon.

To be honest, I am surprised by how FIFA evaluates a goalkeeper at the World Cup, in my opinion, Emi Martinez's performance is very standard, even Croatian and Moroccan goalkeepers are much better imo. in the EPL (he is the goalkeeper of Aston villa) emi martinez is not a goalkeeper who performs brilliantly so that's why I see Bayern is too greedy and feels rushed looking for a replacement neuer.

Of course many teams are starting to consider Martinez after performing well with Argentina, and of course that will push his career to be better at the team level. Regarding Nubel, I think Bayern Munich will fail to bring him home in the end, unless he is guaranteed to play regularly in one or several competitions.

Bad results? I don't see that because indeed if they get bad results maybe they won't be in the top position as usual.
