Apart from Nubel, I think Bayern Munich seems interested in the Argentinian goalkeeper in the World Cup - Emiliano Martinez to be their main goalkeeper this season. Neuer looks set to be out for quite a while due to injury. Nubel seems to have no more interest in returning to Bayern Munich, but anything can happen in the end. So it's true, Nubel may not want to be a substitute player who sits more on the bench throughout the season.
For sure Nübel dosnt want to be again on the bench when Manuel Neuer is back again and full of health.
Emiliano Martinez is also already 30 and maybe they try to get him for at least an contract of 3 or 4 years.
This would be pushing his Career , but i think that there also other Clubs now will be knocking on his door.

Time is running out and there is only one month left for the Bundesliga to restart its competition. With such a long time, all teams in the Bundesliga should be able to make the most of it, especially since the winter transfer market will soon open, which can be used by every team to shop for players to build a stronger team.

The opening match in week 16 will be a match between RB Leipzig vs Bayern Munich, this will be an interesting match of course because Leipzig is a team that really deserves to be considered as a competitor to Bayern Munich even though their levels are still different so far.
The series of long holidays will definitely be used as best as possible by all the Bundesliga teams where they play friendly matches with other teams to maintain the fitness of the players. On the other hand, the transfer market will be getting closer and among the big teams will monitor their target players to strengthen the squad. none other than Bayern Munich who are rumored to be in close contact with the Tottenham striker in this transfer window. Harry Kane is a pretty good choice to strengthen Bayern Munich attack line this season. Either this bid will be successfully carried out by Bayern Munich or their offer will be rejected by Tottenham.

I also think that the winter brake is pretty long this year even though the World cup was happening in the winter this time. I could be wrong though. Especially the players from the german national team are already at home for 2 weeks now or so so they had like 6 weeks before the second season of the Bundesliga starts.
I am not so sure if there are really a lot of transfers happening in the winter because usually winter transfers are only made if there is an urgent situation. So maybe Bayern Munich decides that Sven Ulreich is not good enough to be their number 1 keeper for the rest of the season and we see a new goalkeeper coming to Munich.
They will need an equivalent replacement goalkeeper anyway, imagine the situation if Ulreich is also injured? In this case, Bavaria will have very big problems, but I am sure that they will not allow this, the leadership of Bavaria is too rational to take such a big risk, so we will know very soon how this problem was solved. But the loss of Neuer is a very big problem for Bayern, Ulreich is a goalkeeper of a different level.

I agree on that with a young and very good goalkeeper and have an eye on the first goalkeeper when Manuel Neuer will end his Career.
But that will be hard to find for sure , and i dont know if Alexander Nübel will be like it to be again the second one when Neuer is coming back.
That was the reason why he wanted to play at other Club.

They (Bayern Munich) will not be hampered only by Manuel Neuer, because they still have Sven Ulreich who is also a great goalkeeper. For SC Freiburg, i'm not surprised to see their good performance this season, because last season they were even able to finish in sixth place in the standings.
Sven Ulreich before joining Bayern Munich had defended two great clubs VfB Stuttgart and Hamburger SV, with the experience he has of course Bayern Munich's goal will still be safe from conceding. However, SC Freiburg seems to be having a bit of trouble in the bundesliga this season because many of their players have been injured, such as Manuel Gulde, Kimberly Ezekwem, Jonathan Schmid and Merlin Röhl. But I'm sure SC Freiburg will continue to appear consistently as Bayern Munich's rival this season.
The continuation will be happening in a month from now and i guess that those players who got injured may able to perform in the bundesliga again. Some players like neuer got serious injury on his leg and he will not even able to perform maybe until the end of season but he will be coming back again next season. Sven's only playing in three match in total since the early season till now. I hope that bayern will try to consider him as he can also doing so well like neuer to protect bayern's goal.
Even though he was only played three times while defending Bayern Munich, as I said before he already had so much experience at the previous club and that was the initial capital when he was later called up to fill in the starting line-up. It's true that there's still one month left, maybe not all of these players can quickly recover from injuries, but at least if there are 2 or 3 players who have recovered, that's good news for SC Freiburg.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Sven Ulreich before joining Bayern Munich had defended two great clubs VfB Stuttgart and Hamburger SV, with the experience he has of course Bayern Munich's goal will still be safe from conceding.
He did not have chance to play for Bayern because they have Neuer who played well and is their legendary goalkeeper. Neuer has good reputation in Bayern and Germany and unless he has too bad form, it is difficult to send him on bench.

Ulreich will have a very good opportunity to find a good position in Bayern with Neuer injury. If Ulreich performs well, he even can become a main goalkeeper for Bayern in a next season. Neuer soon will be impacted by ageing and will perform worse.

When Bayern Munich let Robert Lewandowski go, I believe that they didn't take into account the problems they would face in the future.
They had plan with Sadio Mane but not all plans can work as expected and they had it with Mane. Bad adaption in Bayern and got an injury, Bayern did not plan it when they bought Mane to replace Lewandowski.

Quote
At the moment, the team does not have a reliable striker. n It is clear that this was not an issue when Robert Lewandowski was in the team. However, in spite of the fact that they are playing well in the Bundesliga at the moment, I do not think that they will be able to compete well in the Champions League in the near future.
No striker at Lewandowski level in Bayern at the moment but with their good system and good midfielders, they can help a normal striker like Choupo-Moting played better. However, it is only fine in Bundesliga, in Champions League, they can not get good contribution from a normal striker like Choupo-Moting.

I am curious to see what influence the change at Bayern Munich will have in the goal. First of all for the second half of the season. I think it will lead to some uncertainties in the defence. The defenders and the goalkeeper have to coordinate and train together for a longer period of time. The new goalkeeper can only come in January and therefore has little time. But he has to perform at 100% in his first game. I am curious to see if the opponents can take advantage of it.

We'll find out soon enough, once the Bundesliga returns. the absence of Manuel Neuer, of course, is unpleasant news for Bavaria and also for Die Bayern fans. The reason is, Bayern will have a pretty tough match in the last 16 of the Champions League later. no one expected a situation like this, and we all know Neuer's greatness when guarding the Bayern Munich goal. although it is considered quite old, but for the goalkeeper it does not have a big effect. like it or not, Bayern Munich must quickly find a replacement for the second half of the season.

IMO, Neuer's absence will not have a big impact on Bayern Munich as a whole. after all, some of the potential candidates who will replace him are considered one of the brightest goalkeepers when competing in the world cup. the exceptions, Alexander Nubel and Yann Sommer.

On the other hand, the big question is actually the absence of Sadio Mane. if only to defend the Bundesliga title, without Sadio Mane, Bayern Munich is still mighty. well, what about the Champions League, will its absence have a big impact on Bayern's sharpness.

I don't think this will affect Bayern Munich in defense. It is possible that coordination between the defenders must first be created to create a solid defense, but I think Bayern Munich will find it easy to do it. Moreover, the goalkeeper they are currently after is the best goalkeeper who played for their country in the World Cup, even helping their country reach the semi-finals. So I'm very optimistic that this won't be a big problem for Bayern Munich.

After the world cup ended, we have to focus again on Bundesliga which begins on 20th January 2023, the match opening Leipzig vs Munchen. but, we don't forget about the loss in the world cup 2022 which lost 1-2 versus Japan, what makes me interested is 2 goals Japan is created by Bundesliga players, Ritsu Doan and Takuma Asano. Ritsu Doan is Freiburg's attacker while Takuma Asano is VfL Bochum Attacker. Freiburg in eth 2nd position, which I think can be able to beat Munchen's position if Ritsu Doan makes a surprise again in German.
The match from world cup can't be taken as reliable aspect to determine the result from the club. Even if bayern will be losing against leipzig and it will not make freiburg to take the first position caused by there will be another 1 point gap. Freiburh needs bayern to lose two matches in a row to be able to take the first position but i just remind you that how bad the head to head history from leipzig against bayern. Leipzig never won against bayern and i think that the chance for freiburg to decrease the points gap will be very small.
Remember leipzig will be losing some players while bayern will get new keeper as replacement for neuer and new striker from another club. I guess that's probably harry kane who will be moving from totenham
the players cannot possibly dissolve in continuous sadness because every player who returns to the team is sure they are ready with new energy and enthusiasm to play every match that will come. Moreover, the Bundesliga or the match that will be played by Bayern Munich is still quite long or a month away, of course the players can adjust to the training session before the official match begins. Bayern Munich strength in the Bundesliga is very strong. They are able to make an extraordinary trend this season. Even when they were outside the top 4 at the start of the season, Bayern Munich was able to take first place. Even the current point difference from the second team is 4 points. Bayern Munich next match will face Leipzig and there is a high chance that Bayern Munich will be the winner in that match.

I think Bayern Munich's dominance will continue, apart from the broken leg problem from Manuel Neuer, but that will not affect Bayern Munich's performance. But I'm a little worried about SC Freiburg, which is now only 4 points away from Bayern Munich, maybe that's the only club that will be a tackle for Bayern Munich this season. For Dortmund it seems they still have to work hard to get into a better position and win the game.

I understand that some people like Ulreich, but I do not consider him to be good enough for them, there is a need for someone much better and as I have stated before Livakovic is the candidate for it. Dude is both younger than Neuer and he is cheap and he has shown how awesome he is so far and he would be cheap.

All these combined means that we are talking about a world where things are a lot better and we are going to end up with Bayern getting the most out of this situation. Worst case scenario they will keep him until the end of this year only, like a loan, and then sell him for whoever pays the most and could turn a profit on him as well if they dislike what they see.

I initially thought Union Berlin would continue to surprise us due to their strong start to the season, until they began to deteriorate and are now fourth in the league.

We can't expect more from them, what they are getting now is also an extraordinary achievement if we refer to the history of their actions in the German league. What should concern us more for Union Berlin this season is their journey in the UEL, they managed to qualify from the group stage and will face Ajax in the knockout match.

Indeed! injuries were not really a problem if you can buy players to replace them, but if they can also make players or train players to be the best they could be or release their potential this is what they did to Lewandowski they molded him as the best scorer he can become but upon leaving Bayern Munich and joining Barcelona what happen to Lewandowski now, he wasn't able to win against Bayern Munich but he is doing well in La Liga and giving Barcelona the 1st position on the standing I think he surely just needs time and chemistry with the team to perform this well, and right now Robert Lewandowski has 13 goals he is truly 1 goal machine that Bayern Munich ever created,

When Bayern Munich let Robert Lewandowski go, I believe that they didn't take into account the problems they would face in the future. At the moment, the team does not have a reliable striker. n It is clear that this was not an issue when Robert Lewandowski was in the team. They will not be able to win the upcoming match against Paris Saint-Germain, and I do not believe that they will be able to do it. Don't get me wrong, I do not think that selling Robert Lewandowski was a mistake because they got a really substantial amount of money for him. However, they made a mistake by not bringing in a genuine striker to replace him.

Duke Khan

There may also have been some form of underestimation. Perhaps Lewndowsky was more important to Bayern Munich than they thought at the club. Mane is of course a good player, but a very different kind of player than Lewandowsky. He acts more as a point of contact. Perhaps Muller has taken over from the Pole. For the time being, it seems that Mane fits less well into the Bayern Munich system than Lewndowsky filled it in. Maybe a bit premature after a few months. It is a pity that Mane suffered an injury just before the World Cup. I suspect he will recover soon and then he will need a few more weeks to get fit for competition. In the competition, Bayern can also experiment some things in certain matches or moments because of the large difference in power.

Lewandowski and Mane are very different style forwards.  I don't think it's fair to even compare them.  Bayern Munich have to play with both of them with different tactics.  When playing with Lewandowski, they want to get into the penalty area more, with Mane they want to develop effective attacks from the flanks.  So they have to apply two tactics to two players.  Mane's injury is really sad.  I hope he gets better soon and we can watch the matches.

But this is something different, Bayern Munich have completely lost Manuel Neuer and are out injured, forcing them to use their new keeper. They are serious about bringing in goalkeepers, it can be seen that the names they have chosen are the best goalkeepers from the countries participating in the World Cup. This gives a signal that what they are looking for right now is a goalkeeper who is ready to become the main goalkeeper in the team to replace Manuel Neuer who has to be sidelined due to an injury he has experienced.
Currently Livakovic's name is still the first name that is in their target, regardless of anything it is possible this can happen especially Livakovic can still leave in January later from Zagreb.

But there are still several other possibilities because they still have enough time to reconsider about this. Even though in this case I still feel Livakovic is still worthy of them even though many doubt this player.
At the moment the discussion about this player is still very lively but there is still no real agreement on this and we are still waiting a little longer especially I have also seen several other names that are included in their options such as Alexander Nébel.
On the other hand, it seems that the news about them looking for a striker is also a little dim right now, are they really quite satisfied with the current players and will still carry out the same scheme in attack or maybe they want to be a little closed now after the hectic of Kane some time ago.
