That was well phrased and their confidence isn't going to decrease with every point they are winning right now. When they had their draw against Hertha with a 2:2 and then the 5:0 loss against Bayern some weeks ago, I thought that's the moment when Freiburg might more or less fall apart. Not like falling down to relegation rankings, but I certainly didn't expect a solid winning streak against Bremen, Schalke and Cologne with goal stats of 6:0! That is what really impressed me and they deserve to be in the table where they are.
There upcoming game against Leipzig will be a hard one, and that is one is quite a preliminary match point even though the season is still very young. I would say that in the last few matchdays we have seen the "normal" performance level of Union Berlin. I mean it was pretty obvious for most people that Union will probably not be able to fight for the Bundesliga title until the end of the season. Before the season started i would have guessed that Union will finish the season somewhere between rank 6 and 10. So i just hope that their fans are not disappointed now and that they stay objective and supportive because if Union is reaching place 5 or 6 then it is still a great achievement.
