Whether it was a mistake or not, it was a strategy for Dortmund to benefit financially.
Technically when talking about finances then they are clearly very good because a lot of players who Dortmund published have a very large value when used as business material which makes Dortmund's financial strength quite strong because of the profits they have. But when it comes to competition, it is clear that this is not really expected by some fans because of course they want to see their proud club get a trophy in a competition and Dortmund cannot do that because they have their own way of profit.
As long as there are no more demands from the fans then I think Dortmund will continue to do that but when the fans are still comfortable when they are seen as a big club even without any trophies that can be obtained then they will continue to do the same thing.

This format of building and selling of player by Borussia Dortmund is not that bad though, if that’s what actually works for them, they will continue doing it and I don’t think they’ve thought of changing that policy recently. They still lack that vision of being champions no matter how they try and go far in all competitions maybe they should also work on that and not only focus on making money from young player that they sell. Times are really changing and maybe this format may not be good for them again, so they should also look for another means to continue being amongst the best team and also improve their finances also.


The performance of Bayern Leverkusen last season have made a lot of people to wonder how their performance in the champions league will be next season, if they can still stand a chance there as they did in the Bundesliga or not. The competition is highly more competitive here and will require that Bayern Leverkusen give more than what they actually had in the last season in their Bundesliga and Europa League participation. Yes they did well last season, but their current display in this friendly games make me to convince, that it will be difficult for Bayer Leverkusen to perform well in this season, and they have been displaying what will make many people not to support them in this season if they continue this poor performance. I know there is still time for their coach to do what will make them to stand well like a team that will perform well in the  champion league because people are expecting good performance from them in this coming champions league competition since it has been long they participate in champions league competition.

You can't just conclude that Bayner Munich will take back their position in this coming competition, because there are many teams that are coming with new tactics to show their preparation in this champions league for other teams to know that this up coming tournament will be though.

Dortmund focusing on business is helping them make lots s of profits for the owners of the club and they just want to continue in that way because they can not be competing with Bayern Munich for the title. Bayern Munich will always be favourite to win and just in one blue moon will other club have the chance to winning hence just focusing in the business side of football is happening Dortmund stay relevent. Dortmund has what it takes to become champions in any league they compete at but they are making more money firm selling players than they'll make form winning trophies. Leverkusen aren't going to be favourites again, they just had one good season hence they should also focus on selling their top players and make profits before the players market value reduces. If it was Dortmund that won the league last season, they would had sold almost all the star players of last season.

Yeb i think that the chances are good that when they doing all right that they can be compete in the top of the table , but the players that left the club hurts really.
Hopefully it happens not the same as we have seen last season to Union Berlin that the playing and the results crash the team.

The season before the last one they was fighting against the relegation into the second league.
To manage to get in the next season into top 6 would be for sure a good result for them.

In the Bundesliga, I think it will be hard to actually predict what will happen. Because I think in this season Bayern Munich is going to perform a lot better compared to what they did in the last season. And that is going to make the job of Leverkusen a lot harder. There is a very big chance that they will not be able to defend the title successfully.
