Xavi Alonso Vs Vincent Kompany, the 2 young coaches

While I was still wondering why Bayern Munich had to hire Vincent company who was not able to manage Burnley FC to stay in the English Premier League, I also had to imagine the positive aspect of the signing. We all understood how Xavi Alonso and his boys took Bayern Munich unaware and rip them of their birth rite (The German Bundesliga). Xavi Alonso having rejected many offers including from Bayern Munich, decided to stay in Leverkusen. Now that a young manager is incharge of Bayern Munich, I think it will be a very huge challenge between both of them and the contest will inturn make Bundesliga more interesting.
Xabi Alonso has given Leverkusen his best this season. The reason is that Xabi is just his first in the main league, and is an interesting challenge for the big clubs in the German league. And Liverkusen broke Bayern Munich's record of winning the Bundesliga for several seasons.
This is the process that Xabi Alonso went through from a player to now a coach, and Xabi succeeded in applying what he adopted and learned to his team well so that Leverkusen became the best currently in Germany, and most importantly Xabi was able to manage the mediocre club Leverkusen until they became the rulers of the Bundesliga. This season is completely unpredictable, his arrival there makes the Bundesliga competitive, competing to become Bundesliga champions.

In my opinion, Xabi was successful this season by winning the Bundesliga and Copa Pokal. It's extraordinary, because Leverkusen hasn't won a trophy for a long time, but Xabi's arrival at Leverkusen made Leverkusen fans smile again.

Club like Bayern Munich having coach like Kompany is currently talk of the soccer world with no one were expecting anything related to this specially after having Burnley is relegated, and they are now having to give their best for coming back into Premier League which is never been easy job but Kompany is now having dream job which is going to be had just simple way out for him with in case of having any problems he is going to be first coach to be sacked in coming season but if we are going to have him on his best then surely this is going to be had the biggest achievement for the Bayern Munich which is rejected by many coaches due to their behaviour about their recent coaches.
Kompany is having good experience of playing in team like Manchester City with Pepe Guardiola is having good time with him but now how is he going to handle this giant club in Champions League this is the biggest concern so with him now we have to check Harry Kane who join this club for winning trophies is his luck going to help him, or he is going to have things like he was having at the Tottenham.
Kompany was a good enough player we know that. And probably no one will argue with this. He has been with an experienced coach like Guardiola for a long time. However, Kompany is not yet experienced as a coach. At the same time, Burnley have fallen into the relegation zone this season. Still, why Bayern Munich management hired Kompany as their coach is a mystery.

Burnley does not have many star players, and the squad was also weak. So Kompany can't be blamed entirely for Burnley's downfall. However, Bayern Munich has a strong squad. There are a lot of talented players. So Kompany might do well with Bayern Munich.
I have no doubt about him being a good player. Maybe even a great player. But I have a lot of doubt about him being a good coach. Bayern Munich could definitely have gone for a better coach. They could have gotten someone who is more experienced and has proved himself in the past. But instead, they decided to choose a coach that does not have much experience. At the same time, his experience of managing any big club is next to zero. I believe he's not going to bring in great results. No way he is going to be able to win the Bundesliga title this season. I actually see them losing the Bundesliga title again to Leverkusen. No hard feelings for Kompany, but he is just not ready to manage a club like this. And Bayern Munich should definitely forget about the Champions League trophy.

I agree with you. Kompany has not yet been able to prove his ability. Kompany is not experienced enough as a coach. My only thing is, even Burnley team after staying in the Religlation Zone this season, why did Bayern Munich Management decided to give the responsibility to Kompany of big clubs like Bayern Munich? This question I can't find any answers.

However, since Bayern Munich Management has made such a decision, we can only pray for Munich as the best wishes to be successful with Kompany Bayern Munich next season.

These two coaches clearly have different performances, although initially Xabi Alonso was not a well-known coach and only coached clubs from the 2nd division, but his coaching abilities have been seen and Leverkusen believes in Xabi Alonso's ability to coach a major club and that will also be his first challenge to coach a big club in the Bundesliga. and it is proven that he was able to prove it even though it took at least 2 seasons for him to develop Leverkusen to become the strongest club in the Bundesliga today. Meanwhile, it is clear that Vincent Kompany is a coach who does not have a better capacity than Xabi Alonso and he was even unable to save Burnley in the Premier League.

But somehow Bayern Munich trusts this coach, who knows what will happen to Bayern Munich next season, I can't imagine how Bayern Munich's performance next season will probably be worse than this, indeed the Premier League and the Bundesliga are different and the Premier League is a difficult league, but Bayern Munich must play in the Champions League next season which is filled with the best clubs good experienced coaches. Bayern Munich should consider recruiting coaches based on their abilities, not just young coaches.

I'll give a big clap for bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart for their unique performance this season for thier unique form and positiom on the league, Leverkusen has created a history of been unbeaten in their league, I would never had expected them to do this well but what was beyern doing, although they did well but they couldn't leave this season with any trophy even as a big team that has been winning their league for so long now, they even lost this match against Hoffenheim, I must say their performance wasn't the best this season, although i can't blame tuchel, he has been a good coach but I think it's the start of a whole new history where every club gets to win the league now.
Talking about Stuttgart currently they have Sebastian Hoeness as a manager and he currently can recognized as one of young talented manager in Bundesliga besides Xabi Alonso this because within 1 season Sebastian Hoeness can able to bringing Stuttgart to performing well again in Bundesliga and i think nobody will thought Stuttgart can able to finish at runner up place above to Bayern Munich because previously their status in Bundesliga is only a mediocre team but Sebastian Hoeness can able to make Stuttgart to performing well again and next season they will playing at Champion League

If i am not mistaken Stuttgart last played in the Champion League in 2010 at that time Stuttgart can able to advances to the round of 16 and finally after 14 years of waiting they can play again in that competition and about Sebastian Hoeness recently he is into Bayern Munich and Chelsea manager candidate because they impress with what he did in Stuttgart but Sebastian Hoeness has decide to stayed at Stuttgart which this is good decision and i am sure Stuttgart under him still can able to compete for top 4 in Bundesliga next season
Not only about the coach but also thanks to all the core players who have made big contribution to Stuttgart achievements this season, they have goal machine like Serhou Guirassy and also several other important players on the front line who help in game collaboration.
What I like about Stuttgart game is when two of their important players, Guirassy and Deniz Undav, go forward to attack, this is very worrying moment for the opposing team because both of them are very dangerous in every attack attempt.
But I also salute Sebastian Hoeness who was able to handle Stuttgart very well and was able to utilize all the available support to create good games this season.

Yes, Stuttgart managed to get ticket to the UCL competition next season and thanks to this achievement, Sebastian Hoeness is considered truly great coach because his ability to lead Stuttgart can improve its performance significantly.
Decision to stay with Stuttgart was the right decision because he will be able to prove that next season Sebastian Hoeness with Stuttgart will be able to show much bigger surprises.

Well, Bayer Leverkusen has been a participant in the Bundesliga for quite a long time, but they managed to become first champions last year. Xabi Alonso paid close attention to the enemy's strategy that they always used until finally the defending champions like Bayern Munich experienced internal problems which caused their performance to decline because they always lost every match they faced. Until finally Bayer Leverkusen used it well to achieve victory in the Bundesliga this season with the point gap between first and second place being very far and impossible to catch.

Football is now something else haha. I also never believed the news until it was confirmed by Bayern Munich. Very funny if you ask me that in 2024; you only need to be bald to be able to coach the best teams in Europe
Bayern Munich may have their own consideration to sign Kompany. It is untrue if the reason is about the bald head, it is non sense. I guess you just kidding saying this. Cheesy Yes, we know there are many other coaches who more deserve to manage Bayern Munich. I even more agree if Bayern Munich hires Xavi or Conte to be the next coach. It is quite strange to sign Kompany who never has the experience to manage big teams in his career. He also failed to lead Burnley staying in EPL for the next season. So how Kompany can bring a better improvement in Bayern team? Just wait and see what Kompany will do. Who knows if he can surprise us.

Agree. Xabi Alonso has done his best for Leverkusen. Winning 2 trophies is amazing, no one predicted this in the early of the season. People assume Bayern Munich will dominate the domestic competition because they have Harry Kane. But Xabi Alonso changes everything, he makes Leverkusen to dominate the competitions. Leverkusen even makes a new record of unbeaten team. They never got a defeat in the whole season of domestic competition.  Smiley

Currently, Xabi Alonso is among the top coaches in the world and he became a target for elite clubs It's just that Xabi Alonso will not move anywhere this season because he still has tasks for next season, Xabi Alonso still has the responsibility to take Leverkusen to a higher level yeah that is the Champions League. The Leverkusen players' confidence will continue to increase if Xabi Alonso is still there and they can set a new record, my question is, will Leverkusen bring in new players to compete in the Champions League and Bundesliga next season?

Until they signed the contract with Vincent Kompany, I couldn't believe this coming up for Bayern Munich. They were close to signing many famous and experienced coaches who usually had good reputations and they could have much better performances than Vincent Kompany, but they hired Kompany for their team.
Kompany's last team was Burnley and he couldn't get good results with Burnley in the Premier League because his team got relegated in 19th place of the league.
Now this young coach is ready to have another experience and this time in Bayern Munich.
They signed a three-year contract with Kompany.

The football that I know is far gone tbh
Vincent company is an epitome of grace,it has been speaking on his life, and he has climbed to their height because of grace.Because I can't immagine a situation whereby, the team he was coaching got religated, and all of a sudden,he was offered a job at a big club, and is asked to manage some of the players he played football with, while he was still playing, this is really surprising, and I just hope his players respect him as a coach.
However,I have this hope that he might go there to lift some trophies, but I don't think Leverkusen will ever allow them lift any major trophy again till Xabi Alonso moves away from that club to another club.

Kompany wasn't a bad player all the times he did played football but it has never been a guarantee he was going to be a good coach aswell, he has an average record of productivity within all of the teams he has coached and I don't think that's what Bayern Munich would want to deal with at this time considering they are having a Chase where they want to get to win back dominance in the bundesliga.

Somehow it's still possible along the line that he may get to improve abs even get to help the team achieve that which they have never been able to achieve all along and I'm optimistic about them been able to getting to win the league title back again if they get to experience a better tactics and strategy with kompany just that his level of experience isn't looking fitting to Bayern Munich but then people do get experiences after a good period of time that they have been able to be in several places because that's the only opportunity for them to gather the experience they will need.

But the current strength of Leverkusen and other teams such as Stuttgart and others who are gradually coming up to the stage where they will want to win the league title will be a really huge competition for kompany to really handle looking at his level of experience which we all know is looking unequal with that which can really match the needs of Bayern Munich in the coming season.

I agree about Bayern Munich goalkeeper because indeed, it is the right time for Bayern Munich to have a new goalkeeper who is at least young too. But about Bayern Munich new coach, I just wonder because it seems Bayern Munich is gambling by choosing Vincent Kompany to be their new coach next season. Because after all, Vincent Kompany also still doesn't have much experience as a head coach. Indeed, I also realize it would still be good to give Vincent Kompany the opportunity to become a head coach for a team as big as Bayern Munich. But anyway, the fact is that the Bundesliga competition is also getting harder and thus, I think Bayern Munich does not need to gamble in appointing their new coach. Because anyway, I'm sure Bayern Munich can get an experienced coach and can at least promise good results too.

Bayern Munich can’t continue to be blamed for their action, they find the true courage and wisdom of the managerial role in Vincent Kompany and so they handed it over to him and got him elected to carry on the activities of the club. Vincent Kompany to the world might not have been successful in his managerial career but Bayern Munich was very confident to give him such a big task for a quality team like this. He knows what he his given and I’m sure he will do more than expected from him as the coach. The German league is different and more competitive than the Bundesliga, maybe he would find a way here and become a great coach he has always wanted to be in his managerial position.

One player that I wonder about this season will be Florian Wirtz, he is looking like he will stay at Leverkusen one more season along with Xabi as well, which is a great news for Leverkusen. However, they will want to consider offers if there is any big ones, you could see how a team could offer 100 million or more for him, he had a great season and he is a very talented very young player, you could buy him and then he could play for ten years in your club, it's totally possible.

Florian Wirtz still remains one of the best player Bayern Leverkusen had to have brought them this far. I don’t think they will want to sell him now because Xabi Alonso will be needing him for the time being he’s going to stay in the team. Selling him could be disastrous to the team and getting a new replacement won’t be an easy one for them either.

Yes, it's true that Kompany must be given confidence in choosing players, actually it's a difficult choice, not a mistake, but there's no harm in trying Kompany to become coach in Munich for next season, after all, Kane also doesn't want to fail again next season in the league title race. domestic or UCL and I'm sure he will play even more optimally than this season, actually this team is good, it's just that they haven't found a match in the strategy and tactics given by the coach, no one knows about Kompany, who knows he can give the best for Munich.
I don't see there's a position that Bayern Munich lacks of except the goalkeeper. Neuer is no longer a good player, the second goalkeeper i.e. Ulreich is also a rubbish. I wish Kompany would sign De Gea considering there are no many good goalkeeper in this generation, or at least Kompany could ask to loan Kepa, Real Madrid already have three goalkeepers, so they have more supply.

Because anyway, I'm sure Bayern Munich can get an experienced coach and can at least promise good results too.

Having more experience as a as a coach isn’t their main consideration now; they are just focused on how to increase the performance of their players and put them in better form. I am sure Vincent Kompany is capable, and if given a bit of time, he will bring an unexpected performance for the club, so being patient and seeing how next season will be for them is a very nice idea.

Because changing their goalkeeper is one of the best things that they will do because that is one of the places that they are normally very week in this season. They lost many games due to that issue, so I see no fault in all the suggestions that they will make just to see the progress of their team, and I am quite sure that Vincent Kompany will try his possible best to success in next season, even though we know that the Bundesliga is getting tougher than before.

Sure thing, man! The story of Stuttgart's comeback is crazy. It is unheard of for a team to finish above Bayern after almost being demoted. Doing things like that gives you chills, dude. Hoeness really killed it. But, Leverkusen, holy shit! Not lost a game in the Bundesliga? That is crazy! You should see Xabi Alonso. That guy is a really good coach. With these two in it, next year's Champions League is going to be crazy. Looking forward to seeing Stuttgart and Leverkusen play against the big teams. Unquestionably, this will be a season to remember

Unfortunately, Stuttgart's achievement is overshadowed by Bayer's greatest record, but yes, it is worth celebrating. Second place in the Bundesliga in the modern era is a huge achievement for them (in fact, they were even champions relatively recently - in 2006) and maybe now they are aiming for more (seeing the example of Bayer and a weakened Bayern before them).
The only fly in the ointment is that the next Champions League season (group stage) will be complete garbage and perhaps Stuttgart will not feel the full atmosphere of this big competition.

Regarding the Coach, to be honest I myself just heard about Vincent Kompany, I don't know what makes Bayer Munich want to use his services, so far maybe many other coaches are the choice to train the Bayer Munich squad, this is my question now, is it true as you said that maybe they are playing gambling by hiring Vincent Kompany because they don't have experience, or maybe they know something that we can't know so they use his services for next season.
When I heard the news of his appointment from Burnley, I thought it was a joke until I verify that is was true. Since then, I have been struggling to understand why they have to hire a manager that that took Burnley to relegation to manage a tope team like Bayern Munic that just had a disastrous season without any trophy. There is the expectation from Bayern Munic to fight for their place at the German Bundesliga next season, hiring of Kompany  does not seem they are preparing to do that. At least judging by the available records, there is nothing much to show for Kompany as a coach both at Anderlecht and at Burnley, the two teams he has coached. I was expecting them to hire a coach that plays more of attacking football than defense. I just hope I'm proven wrong when next season finally comes.

If a team dominates every single season and if it continues then the league will definitely lose popularity because if there is no competition in the league then people will never follow the league. Bayan Munich has won enough titles in the local league so if a new team enters the competition now it will definitely be good news for the German league as there are other teams competing hard against strong teams including Bayan Munich.
even though initially, they were as usual, well leading the league at that time, but indeed, because they had often been league leaders and maybe they thought that the domestic league had no threat to them, they were not that serious about it, and only focused on the league big like UCL. But in the end, they were too late when they realized that their position was threatened by the existence of another team, not Dormtund, but actually Leverkusne, who was actually very consistent in always winning in every match.

In fact, while Bayern Munich may have hoped that they could catch up with Leverkusen again, they failed. because until the end, Leverkusen never lost, only drew and kept winning. So when Bayern Munich actually experienced defeat several times, this meant they were increasingly pushed out of first place. So, it is true that Leverkusen can be so extraordinary in maintaining its consistency from the start and never losing, this is what makes this club so extraordinary. And coincidentally, their focus was only on domestic leagues, such as the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal at that time.

Bayern has been playing quality football that would dominate the league for many years. But this season they could not achieve this anymore. I don't know whether the coach or the players in the team should be blamed here. In general, we can say that everyone has a failure.
I don't think there is a significant difference between finishing second or third in the league. That's why I don't think it matters much that they lost the last match. They could not earn any points from the last match because they conceded 2 goals in the last minutes of the match

In this way, there is competition in such league tournaments and the more competition there is in the league tournament, the more the followers of this league will increase.
Before the commencement of the just concluded season, one team have dominated the German Bundesliga and that team is no other than Bayern Munich not until Xabi Alonso's men brought an end to their dominance by winning the German league in the 2023/24 season. If one team happens to dominate a league for too long, it makes the league uninteresting for football fans because the beauty of football is mpre demonstrated when there's a strong contention.
Bayer Leverkusen after winning the league in the just concluded season is expected to become one of the dominant teams in the league going forward so that they can continue to put out strong contention for the league title alongside other German top teams. I'll be very happy to see clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Stuttgart, Bayer Leverkusen strongly challenge Bayern Munich for the German Bundesliga title come next season
