I am also glad that Leipzig has finally started to climb up the standings. The German Championship lacks worthy competitors Bayern Munich and potentially Leipzig should be one of such competitors. We can say that the team has prepared fruitfully during the winter break and now has two wins to its credit. Not without a bit of luck plus the skill of the goalkeeper allowed Leipzig not only to keep the advantage, but also to score their own goal in a counterattack. In any case, I would like to wish Tedesco further success in working with the team and progress not only in the results, but also in the team game, because in a round there will be a game with Bayern Munich.
Leipzig are growing up with a very good strategy. They don't join transfer competition and their strategy is similar to Dortmund and Sevilla. They focus on young players and grow them up, provide good opportunities for young and talented players to grow. Then the club get benefits from home-grown star players.
Don't join transfer race means they will not break their finance because of crazy transfer and high salary for star players. See what happened in Barcelona and we will see how unsustainable such transfer race is. Even a giant club like Barcelona can not survive from that race if things are badly handled and results on fields are not good to support their finance.
Hoffenheim - Dortmund game is going to be really interesting. Dortmund will need to win this game somehow to be able to continue keeping up with Bayern Munich. Maybe they would even decrease the gap with them also in case Bayern Munich lose points against Herha Berlin in their away game. Dortmund are going to play their game before Bayern Munich so they should be focusing on their game completely to win. Hoffenheim are really tough to defeat but Dortmund are in the mood now. They can win this.
Dortmund will have to word hard to win this match with Hoffeinheim and I see risk that Dortmund might not complete their task as well.
Will Bayern lose points when their opponent are Herta Berlin? Personally I don't think it will happen from the domination of Bayern and from what they are performing recently. Lewandowski and Bayern are on fire now so Herta Berlin likely not an opponent can break a win streak of Bayern.
