Actually, the loss of points with such an opponent as Leipzig can then hurt at the finish, so I think there can be no talk about putting up a reserve team in any case. Another question is that it is possible to leave individual players in reserve at the beginning of the match and release that Lewandowski if there is a need for him. On the other hand, I have an ambivalent attitude to the full rotation of the squad, despite the fact that the championship has just begun and the players must play their sports uniforms. However, the last word in any case belongs to Nagelsman and how he is going to alternate Bundesliga games with Champions League games, especially games with a potential competitor in the fight for the title of champion.

Since Leipzig is competing for the title, losing points against Leipzig will definitely be detrimental for Bayern Munich. The previous season we saw Leipzig's extraordinary performance. Bayern Munich could form a stable team to perform against Leipzig. And in this match, they can play defensively. Although Bayern's second tier team is also strong enough. However, everything will depend on the wishes of coach Julian Nagelsmann.

Wolfsburg have a really easy game next week which is against Greuther Furth. Although it is an away game, Wolfsburg shouldn't have much problem on winning a comfortable game like this. By the way, they played against each other eight years ago the last time. But we don't need much data to predict a game like this. Wolfsburg will win it by at least 2 goals and make it 4-win streak.

In one week, Leverkusen are going to be playing a home match against Dortmund. I expect to watch a very competitive and exciting match. Leverkusen won two matches and got a draw. They haven't lost yet. And Dortmund lost once to Freiburg 2-1 and won the rest of the matches so far. And Leverkusen have an advantage against Dortmund in this stadium lately considering their head-to-heads. But I still think that Dortmund won't lose this one. We will see goals from each club also.
The match will be a tough match. Because both teams are probably not weak, Dormund and Leverkusen both have a good squad. Although their last meeting was a victory to Dormund, but it won't be easy for them to beat Leverkusen this one. Is a home match for Leverkusen and out of their last 4 matches against Dormund, they won 2 which they were at home. And lost 2 which was away matches. However, I think Leverkusen will try their best in winning the match, although, it may end up draw, but I don't see Leverkusen losing the match.

Leverkusen will not let Dortmund win the game, I believe Leverkusen will make it difficult for Dortmund, Moreover, Leverkusen plays at home,
this will motivate Leverkusen players more. But Dortmund have Haaland on fire, it will be a tough job for the Leverkusen defense to stop Haaland.
I believe both teams will be attacking from the start. We also know that Leverkusen also has Patrik Schick who is improving, because both teams
have good strikers. The Leverkusen vs Dortmund match is likely to create a lot of goals, my prediction looks like the match will end in a draw.

I Will Try My Luck To Pick Leverkusen Win, High Odds Grin
It is indeed very hard to predict this game but even though Leverkusen is doing quite good, I find Dortmund to have a bigger chance of winning this match for I find their attack side is much stronger. But this is Bundesliga and one of the reasons we love it because of how hard it is to predict the outcomes.

I have a similar theory but my gut feeling says that Bayern will rest their stars, and bring them as substitutes so they get match practise and avoid getting injured. Lastly I personally feel that Bayern is strong enough to defeat Leipzig without Lewandowski’s presence on the field, hence I feel that they’ll name a weakened team (just my gut feeling).
I don't think they would go out on the field with a very weak team. Although the next game is more important, Leipzig is not an easy team either.
They can start the match with a good team and then make changes to rest the players, without allowing injuries and without making the high tempo match. There's still time for the game, we'll see Smiley
I'm more convinced that Bayern Munich will use half of their key players against RB Leipzig. It's not just the first match of the Champions League that is very important, the match against RB Leipzig is also important to secure their position.
Maybe a player like Lewandowski will not play, because he is a very reliable player in Bayern Munich attack against Barcelona later.
I agree with you. Winning a Champions League match is more important than winning against Leipzig. Lewandowski may not play against Leipzig. Because he is the main player of Bayern Munich. If he performs against Leipzig and is injured, it is an irreparable loss for Bayern Munich. However, I hope Bayern Munich's performance against Leipzig will not be bad, even with fewer key players.

Yo know that is always a better feeling when you lose in a high odds and even more to win it in the high odds rather than have to lose picking the favorites dortmund in lower odds , leverkusen arent a team that can be underestimated arent they? i rather pick leverkusen as well its at 3.5 now Grin , have a good luck!

oh and the head to head says in the last 4 meeting both win 2 times and lost 2 times each. its a good chance for leverkusen though seeing these stats.

It is true that it doesn't affect me much bigger when I lose a bet that has a high odd. But it can be really frustrating to lose a bet that has a low odd. In this match, Leverkusen can be given a chance in betslips. They won their last two head-to-heads in their home stadium. Who knows, maybe they will manage to do it again.  Grin  But this time I feel like Dortmund might not lose this.

In my opinion, they surely have practice games that may enhance or unlock the potential of their young players, but as you have said I think the young players will gain experience from certain matches, they would play with different skilled teams and honed their technique with live games,

Well, Aside from Leverkusen VS Dortmund and Leipzig VS Bayern Matches I think that FC Freiburg VS Koln is another fight that may stand up from different matches on Sept 11 and 12, and my take in this will be Freiburg will win this, they are the favorite right now and their odds in stake.com is 2.17 for Freiburg and 3.25 for Koln.
Freiburg is a strange team. They can indeed win against big teams at times even though Koln isn't that big of a team. The comeback against Bayern however showed that they shouldn't be underestimated. Small edge for Freiburg because they play at home, but I guess most of the games between the two are very close to a 50 : 50 situation. What I like so much about Freiburg is that they are down to earth and realistic about their season goals. Streich is still the coach and has all the support from the management he needs and deserves. They know that losing three games in a row can happen. You never hear them crying or exaggerating regarding their coach and they manage again and again to stay in the first Bundesliga and even compete for international qualifier ranks.
Yes! I totally agree deep down in my heart and because of their down to earth positivity I also like Freiburg that way, and this match versus Koln is a 50/50 even though my pick to win is Freiburg everything can surely happen, and just like what you have said Koln at 1 point in time have a tendency to beat up Bayern, but that doesn't mean they can be champion for the season, there are times that the day was in favor for that particular team, and sometimes, there is a home advantage that we can surely consider, but overall I still will go with Freiburg winning this and I really want to watch an exhilarating game.

To be honest Freiburg's performance really surprised me, in 3 matches in the Bundesliga they are unbeaten. Even Freiburg managed to beat
Dortmund who did have players with much better quality. So the Freiburg vs Koln match, I predict Freiburg who will manage to win the match.
Although Koln is also not an easy team to beat, because Koln also managed to win twice and only lost once to Bayern. Even then, Koln managed
to make it difficult for Bayern at that time,  actually it was not an easy thing to determine the winner of the Freiburg vs Koln match.
But I still believe that Freiburg will win the game.

I agree with you. Majority of the time when I take bets "for" the favorite team and then they go on to lose the match against the underdog in that fixture, I feel bad afterwards because I would've made much more if I had sticked with the underdog plus there's the feeling of regret and disappointment. Not to mention that Dortmund isn't a very reliable team especially in a fixture like this and Leverkusen can put up a strong performance.

My verdict: I'm either going to support Leverkusen for win or draw or I play both teams to score. Fair.

I also do not think that Bayern ever really rests their players in the league games all that much, since bundesliga is already a short league compared to most other big leagues, I would assume that players can play all the UCL games and league games unless they are injured or booked, fatigue shouldn't be a problem for them at this level when they are only playing like 45-50 games at best in a season. Cup however is another story, they should totally use all the young players they have in order to both develop them better and see which one is good, after all there are good number of cup games if they win and youth will have a chance to show their talents but also rest the older people as well.

I strongly doubt they will rotate their squad in anticipation of the Champions League games. Leipzig against Bayern is way too important for both teams in the Bundesliga as none of them wants to fall behind early on. Also, you would want to have their best squad play against Leipzig exactly because you want them to collect game practice in order to be maximally prepared for Barcelona and Manchester City. It is so early in the season that every single one of the players needs practice to find their top level game.

I totally agree with you. Yeah, they have Champions League matches not many days after this league match. However, this is a tough match for each side. They wouldn't want to take a big risk by rotating their squad. So I think that both teams will start with their classic starting eleven and we will watch a very competitive match. And honestly, I see Bayern Munich one step ahead against Leipzig. Lewandowski is in a really great form. I wouldn't be surprised if he scores here too.

Lastly I personally feel that Bayern is strong enough to defeat Leipzig without Lewandowski’s presence on the field, hence I feel that they’ll name a weakened team (just my gut feeling).

Or maybe they would have a game plan like this: They would start with their usual starting eleven. And they would focus on finishing the match early to think of replacing some of their best players considering their Champions League match. But it is doubtful whether Bayern Munich would end the match early by having at least a 2-goal advantage in the match. Leipzig might not give up so early against them.

In a game like this, there is no meaning in rotating the squad. It is a big game for both sides. None of them would like to run the risk of losing here. I also expect both teams to have their usual starting eleven. And Bayern Munich will still be the favorite team of the game. I hope to see a competitive game and goals from both sides hopefully. Leipzig are not in a too bad condition now in the end just because they were defeated by Wolfsburg 1-0.

Bayern Munich is very strong, their players are in good form. They have performed well enough in the past matches. But Leipzig is not a weak team. They will definitely want to prove their worth. And if they want to fight for the title, they must play well against Bayern Munich. And there is no way to lose points in this match. I don't think Leipzig will be able to win against Bayern because Bayern Munich is in good form.

Bayern bought two players from Leipzig this season: upamecano and sabitzer for almost 60 million euros. So they have strengthened and weakened the competition, and i also believe that Leipzig does not have a great chance to win against Munich. Bayern are simply too well positioned. I think Leroy Sane will make his maximum breakthrough this season.

I admit that the morale of the Leipzig players is indeed falling after 3 games only managed to get 3 points. And this is very unfavorable for Leipzig
in the next match to face Bayern. Moreover, Bayern seems to have been at their best, so my prediction is that the result of the Leipzig vs Bayern match
will be won by Bayern. Leipzig's performance was bad after being left by Julian Nagelsmann to Bayern, it looks like Jesse Marsch as Leipzig coach
has not been able to make Leipzig play as well as the previous season. But it's still too early, the Bundesliga has only lasted 3 games, so Leipzig
can still bounce back and rediscover their best form. Maybe after a few more games Jesse Marsch as Leipzig coach can find the best strategy.
I think that in this match, of course, Bayern Munich will benefit greatly, because of course Julian Nagelsman knows Leipzig style of play very well so he can use it to destroy Leipzig, although now Leipzig has been coached by Jesse Marsch but it doesn't necessarily make Leipzig style of play changed drastically and of course Julian Nagelsman has know the weaknesses and strengths of his former players in Leipzig.

Bayern Munich is a much stronger team than Leipzig. Against Leipzig, they don’t seem to be thinking of anything other than a win. Moreover Julian Nagelsman is an experienced coach enough. Since Leipzig was the coach, he is the weakness of this team. As a result, Bayern Munich will definitely get some extra facilities in this match.
That's what makes me very sure that Bayern Munich will be able to beat Leipzig even though they are playing at leipzig home, Julian Nagelsman experience so far in formulating strategies will certainly make Bayern Munich more superior, especially now that Bayern Munich players are all in quite good condition, so make it easier for Julian Nagelsman in applying the right formation to face Leipzig in the fourth week of the Bundesliga match later.
