As the season progresses,  I become more inclined to believe that Bayern Munich are going to emerge Champions by the time the season is over.  Leipzig is currently having a four point lead over them and though things are kinda topsy-turvy for them, they seem to have a rhythm. They are currently on a five game winning streak after their back to back losses against Leverkusen and Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga.
Muenchen has the best squad depth among all Bundesliga contestants. Maybe it makes sense that they will always be the champions' favorites. But to make the Bundesliga more attractive this season there must be a new champion. I championed Leipzig to win this season.

Leipzig and Bayern Munich will fight for this championship because they have a good chance of getting it, now it's only 5 points apart if Leipzig goes wrong then Bayern Munchen can catch up to him and Leipzig will be left behind and the competition gets tighter in the Bundesliga.

Correct. Muechen has dominated Bundesliga over history because their very strong squad depth. Some seasons, the others beat them and won the title but it usually does not last longer than 2 consecutive seasons. Muechen has strong financial backbones enough to buy key players of their competitors, so if one competitor is strong enough to beat Muechen in 2 continuous years, Muechen will buy key players of that competitor and return to end next season as the champion of Bundesliga.

Matchday today. Dortmund vs Koln.
IT should be another easy win for Dortmund so my bet is going to be an Over 3.5 for getting better odds. I'm curious to see how Haaland is going to perform.

Definitely agreed.
Koln performance was pretty well lately but Dortmund is better.
I think Dortmund wont be face any trouble against Koln.

Moreover, this play at home will be easier for Dortmund to get 3 main points against Cologne.
But in football there are always surprises and can turn around and better let's watch tonight.
Dortmund has a mainstay of the player, Halaand.

Look at the match before Koln has won 4x the match and is now facing Dortmund but I also believe that Dortmund has a good chance of winning.
Yeah, betting 3.5 goals is right in your score.

Haland is a monster, but people are not yet aware of the talent, in addition to playing that kind of game on his debut. I love him primarily because he is not like Neymar and someone like him, he doesn't build his character on marketing but is a goal machine, people find him selfish, but you can't have a problem with a player when he scores and wins then he should be selfish.
As much as Manchester United are always having problems with Mino Raiola, they should have put ten their pride aside and just bought Haaland because he was the perfect striker that Manchester United needed and considering that we don't have a real centre forward in all our attacking options so he would have been perfect for us.

Haaland is great but the Manchester United team is not.
This would create huge problem to him if he was a member of the team. He wouldn't be able to perform at his max.

I don't think he's for MU, and I can't see him in MU's jersey. There are several reasons, of course, that the first bad game is MU, and it will not be able to progress, the second is that MU will probably not play European competitions if it continues like this. But I think Halland should stay in Dortmund, because he will prosper there and increase his price and gain experience, because in all likelihood, he will play the first line-up. Prtiom remember that 18.02 they play against PSG, so they will have a pause to show the world their quality.

Hallands hattrick debut is a proof that he’ll turn into a mega star in coming years, and I won’t be surprised if in two years time some team purchases him for $200 millions. I’m a Manchester United fan and I have no shame in admitting that Halland would have destroyed his career had he moved to Manchester United this season. However having said that I wouldn’t be surprised if he comes to Manchester United at a later stage in his career where we’re finally competing for trophies, but that’ll take quiet a long while so for the time being let’s enjoy seeing him play for Dortmund.

The rankings from 1 to 5 points do not differ so much that they will chase each other to get the top league position for them, in this week's match there were indeed many goals created so in my view with many goals the matches will look exciting compared to a few goals .
Leipzig currently leads the standings and is unbeaten in the last 5 matches.
I predict Leipzig, Munich and Dortmund to compete for the Bundesliga champions. I think Muenchengldbach and Schalke will not race for the No. 1 position. Their strength is still below the three teams that I mentioned. We will see later at the end of the season.

I agree. As long as a player is delivering and scoring goals which help the team get the desired results no one should have a problem with him even if he is somewhat arrogant. Many good players like this nature have been punished from their managers for bad behavior which then resulted in the team being penalized. This kind of managers should be fired right away.

Unless something major happens, the current ranking looks like what the end of the league might be. Leipzig haven't fall of their hot streak, everyone imagined it would have been a good start but we are over the first half of the season now and they are still good, so they will probably win the championship unless some major injuries happen. Bayern will probably get back on the horse and won't let gladbach to take over anymore, just finish at second and hope for the rest of the season that Leipzig fall off on their form or get some injuries etc.

Gladbach and Dortmund is the biggest question, I think gladbach will be third but I wouldn't be shocked after this Haaland transfer Dortmund might take up that spot (if haaland actually plays well enough).

Dortmund How a team made 3-3 very quickly after 3-1 and won the match 5-3. Haaland, according to his first match, immediately scored his goal, this man will be very valuable for me.

He matches the German football like a charm.
I didn't expect that he is going to had such a performance especially in his first match. His playstyle reminds me the first years of Reus to Borussia when he was unstoppable.

I am also impressed at how fast he fitted in the team and that was demonstrated in the first game he played by scoring an amazing hat trick. However we cannot judge one player only from one game.We need to see consistency and if he really makes a difference also in the upcoming games then Dortmund really have found a great replacement for Abumeyang.

Indeed. I agree that we should not make any consensus from just one game.
He demonstrated good signs and I hope to see him keeping like that as we need new talents in order to replace Messi and Ronaldo and bring a new era. Haaland is a player that can be a legend.

What Dortmund has been missing for a long time, is some presence in the box and Haaland gives them just that. Götze and Alcacer are shortish players with both being just around 1,75m tall. So Dortmund was always forced to maneuver their way into the box with short passes and find an open man there (just like Barca has to do all the time). Putting high balls into the box was just pointless, because all those short players just had no chance against all those 1,90m defenders playing in Bundesliga. So imo Halaand is one hell of a fit for Dortmund. Opponents have to be more aware with high balls now and that norwegian dude can play some football too.

As for Mönchengladbach, I am pretty sure they will struggle mightily to even get a spot in Europa League. They are bunch of softies and lack that winning mentality. I expect Leipzig, Bayern, Dortmund, Schalke and Leverkusen to finish ahead of them and then it remains to be seen what teams like Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg and maybe Frankfurt can do.

Dortmund is now ranked third in the standings under Munich. Just now Bayern Munich defeated host Hertha Berlin 0-4. This makes the competition even fiercer with the distance that is not too far away with ranking 1, Leipzig. This season there is resistance from other teams to tackle Bayern champions Bundesliga
Dortmund has gotten a very good supplementary player for the second half of this season, Haaland. This young player has demonstrated his ability with his very first minutes playing for the club. For the rest matches of this season, I don't thin Leipzig will be able to maintain their first rank over next months. Dortmund or Bayern will compete together and take that first position of Leipzig sooner or later.

I bet for Dortmund because after many seasons of failures, the team have more desire and motivation to fight for the champions title this time.

I watched a number of Dortmund matches and this team was totally inconsistent in every game so in my opinion this way they are not able to compete with other teams on the standings board, In contrast Leipzig and Monchengladbach seem more consistent and I'm sure one of them will be ranked 2nd at the end of the season.
