It's been working for them over the years which is why I believe that the club's management is okay with the club's transfer strategy.

The scouts at Dortmund are one of the best scouters in football history because they're so good at finding potential top players that are undervalued and not yet noticed by many other scouters and they buy them for cheap prices to train them and resell when their values has appreciated up. They're doing what Chelsea new owners are planning to do but Dortmund does their so well since Chelsea are buying their players expensive but Dortmund does their differently because they don't buy expensive players but sell any players they have at a very good profits. Dortmund can't challenge Bayern Munich because of the resources that Bayern Munich has but growing players to sell for profit is a good way to stay in business while they still play well in the league and get Europe football spots and also challenge in the either of the Europe league to give the club more revenue from playing in this tournaments.

I am not going to feel and give full confidence to Bayern Leverkusen to be the winner of this final because Stuttgart is also a major team in the Bundesliga now and won’t be easy to score like that. Stuttgart will play to their best to win their first trophy so it will be an even encounter.

Stuttgart can be counted on next season whether they win the match or not. There style of play and activeness in the league have shown a great improvement that they can be depend on to be major league contender for the Bundesliga next season. Bayern Leverkusen can also show us their strength to how prepared they are for next season but we’ll still have to wait to see how this match will end well.

I fully agree on that , that Füllkrug was playing very good at the time he was in Dortmund specially in the Champions League.
Getting a bit of money back for him is and was a bonus and also was the step to invest the money back into Beier.
Lets see if Dortmund will be selling him in a few years , but i guess it will take some more years before they doing this if they doing it.

Bayer Leverkusen really displayed last season what they are capable of. They have the tenacity, the skill, and the ability to fundamentally alter events.

Even Dortmund lost Füllkrug to Westham and he is an awesome player for the long term i think they have done all right with Beier.
It was not only the injury of Guirassy that they tried to get Beier as they already haved him on the list for some time.
But now its for sure the best way to have another good young and talented striker that can play when the season starts.

Füllkrug played very well in Dortmund last year in my opinion. Dortmund made a good profit by selling him for a good transfer fee. Now they bought young Beier instead and will sell him for a higher price. If he shines well for a year or two, Beier can earn Dortmund big money. Guirassy will give the impression of being the other goal scorer.

Dortmund's main business is to make money by selling the best players in their squad. They have done the same this season too. Sold Niclas Füllkrug, one of the most talented players in the squad, for 30 million. And now again the Dortmund management will invest this money in the purchase of young players.

Maximilian Beier and Sehrou Guirassy have been bought by Dortmund management this season. While Guirassy is 28, Beier is 21 years younger. I think the Dortmund management is planning to sell Sebastien Haller for a very high price next season. Haller is a very talented player. Selling Haller would also benefit the Dortmund management financially.
