You are correct, Bayern Munich must be patient with Kompany in his first season to get everything together, as they performed badly last season. Waiting any longer isn't a guarantee that any of these persons would have accepted a job with Bayern Munich either and at the time they chose company, it was critical already that they have to make sure they are not left without a coach they had to make do with what was available, lest not forget that kompany isn't too bad an option a d they can still change him after this season if they ever find a reason to. Bringing them together would be key to a successful season honestly. Most of us here never saw him managing Burnley when he won them the Championship, all our judgement are from what we saw in the Premier League Competition.


Gnabry, Kingsley Coman, Tels,. Leroy Sane are all winger's for Bayern Munich, what would adding Michael Olise do to this squad? Would it lead to selling a player like Kingsley Coman? He was amongst the names mentioned to be leaving at the end of the season but so far nothing.
Michael Olise is a great lad and very creative, moving to Bayern Munich is the best place for him honestly. I hope he makes them proud same way Harry Kane did in his debut season.

Bayern Leverkusen are making good moves honestly as they prepare for the new season. They'll be needing all the depth they can get because they are having enough games from the Champions League Competition and down to the Bundesliga League Competition and that of the Cup games.

Bayern Munich finally succeeded in bringing in Michael Olise with a transfer fee of 53 million or a total 94 million spent on 5 new players and I'm sure Bayern Munich isn't over yet I mean they are still hunting for other players to complete the squad, Munich still needs several players in the defender position because among the 4 other teams, Bayern Munich is the team that has conceded the most goals, 45 goals of course they can't compete with that bad record.

On the other hand, Leverkusen has so far only spent 33 million on 2 new players midfielder and defender Aleix Garcia is one of them, this player became the most prominent for Girona's achievements and its market value has continued to increase since it was first introduced by Girona then Leverkusen had to pay 18 million to take him. Xabi Alonso definitely has plans for next season by only bringing in players at low prices.

I think you are too much if you claimed he has no enough knowledge. He won't be successful winning a trophy with Burnley if he has no enough knowledge. Bayern management is impossible to hire a person who has no proper capability as a manager of Bayern squad. They must see something special with Kompany, so they are interested to change Tuchel with Kompany. We don't forget that Tuchel is one of top coaches in the world. Bayern management must prefer to keep Tuchel if there is no something good with Kompany.

I know his experience isn't as well as Ancelotti or other top coaches. But he clearly has experiences in coaching football clubs. Every experienced and top coaches also managed few teams only when it was in their early career as a manager/coach. Kompany is a young coach/manager, it is normal if he only managed 2 teams so far.

If i am not mistaken Nagelsmann has just extended his contract recently with Germany National Team so whatever the result of Germany in the Euro Cup most likely it won't be effect to his position as a manager and indeed we should be blame Nagelsmann because he was failed to bringing Germany to gets Euro Cup trophy but i don't think he will be sacked from this failure even now Nagelsmann will be focus for world cup qualification stages later and he will attempts to bringing Germany to qualified to world cup 2026 and Nagelsmann confirmed he will used young players into Germany squad for qualification matches

Klopp to Germany National Team has been rumoured since January but this rumour is not going to happend because currently Nagelsmann is still being an the manager of this team moreover just like we all know Klopp has decide to rested from football for at least 1 year so probably he would be consistent with his commitment and will not handle any teams until 2025 but indeed if we see from Klopp achievement with Liverpool then he deserved to train for Germany but i don't think it will be happened in the near future so in my opinion Nagelsmann position as Germany manager is still safe

Becoming manager of Bayern Munich is a big step in Kompany managerial career, even though in the future the tasks assigned to him will be very difficult, and in my opinion Kompany has the qualifications needed to rebuild the dominance that was broken by Leverkusen last season. We realize that Kompany still lacks experience, and previously he had only coached a club like Burnley, but club officials and management certainly had a special assessment when appointing Kompany as Thomas Tuchel successor. Thats true that in football everything can be happen but i guess also if they got that impressive performance last season the next one will be difficult for them.
A few palyers left already Stuttgart and i dont know how nuch maybe will be leave also.

Yesterday on this thread, I made an opinion in which I said that the fact that Vincent Kompany's reign as a Burnley manager didn't end well doesn't necessarily mean that he'll not have a successful spell with Bayern Munich and that's because the two clubs aren't in the same category. For Burnley, helped them secure promotion to the English Premier League last two seasons but couldn't help keep them in safety in his first season as an English Premier League manager which I think was caused by the club's average quality players. But in his new club Bayern Munich, Vincent Kompany already have a star studded squad to succeed with.
Yesterday, it was confirmed that Crystal Palace former attacker Micheal Olise have now joined Bayern Munich after his impressive season with the English Premier League club which was another big addition to a squad that possesses some of the best players in the world. Vincent Kompany I strongly believe will excel as a Bayern Munich manager

Kompany is not an experienced coach and he doesn't even have the enough knowledge. I think the only reason for Bayern Munich to hire Kompany was because him being available because before trying to go for Kompany they tried to hire some other coaches while they all rejected the offer from Bayern Munich because working in Bayern Munich is the current situation was a big risk for any coach while Kompany did it because he had nothing to lose.
