Usually very good coaches are at big clubs but it looks like Julian Nagelsmann chose the challenge of managing Germany. Moreover, some time ago he was offered many clubs but unfortunately he didn't want to take the long journey to be able to build the club from scratch so his choice was quite right to handle Germany for now.

It was also rumored that Julian Nagelsmann would return to Bayern Munich, but it seems he is still annoyed with the decision of the Bayern Munich sporting director who took a unilateral decision to fire him and of course as a coach he has the self-respect to think about this step. His contract with Germany will still run until the 2026 World Cup and after that maybe we can see him come to a big club again to fulfill the challenge that was postponed.

I don't know how many offers came to Nagelsmann after he was fired by Bayern management, but what is certain is that Chelsea made him their first choice coaching candidate before Todd had no choice in appointing Pochettino. Nagelsmann withdrew from Todd Boehly's plan to interview several names, and one of them was Luis Enrique. It would be very natural for Nagelsmann to do that, besides it seems like he didn't have high expectations of the Chelsea players at that time. Moreover, Todd Boehly acted more without involving the coach in the arrival of new players, these reasons made Nagelsmann ultimately not interested in coaching a Premier League club. In the end, the opportunity came for him to manage Der Panzer.

Ngalsmann is a young coach who carries a modern football philosophy, he is a coach who is rich in strategies and tactics for his team. It's very natural that, when Thomas Tuchel failed to defend his Bundesliga title for The Bavarians, Nagelsmann's name was again widely linked to becoming Bayern Munich's coach again. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and Bayern even appointed another young coach who didn't have any achievements. perhaps, Bayern does not have the ideal choice to appoint a head coach for Bavaria. As for Nagelsmann, I don't know how his career will be with the German squad after losing to Spain. However, he still has a contract until 2026. After all, the Germany vs Spain match was very tough. Unfortunately, Spain is luckier than Germany. even though, these two squads should have met in the final.

Julian Nagelsmann was fired by Bayern Munich when he couldn't meet the same expectations that Thomas Tuchel experienced this season, so if he returns to Bayern Munich and can't meet expectations again, I think he will receive another dismissal. So instead of experiencing disappointment a second time due to returning to Bayern Munich, it would be better if he stayed to continue coaching the German national team where he was more appreciated and his performance was quite good there.

I don't think this is a matter of being suitable or not suitable, what makes you think young coaches are not suitable to coach the national team? I think it is each individual's choice and choosing to continue their career.
Coaching the national team also doesn't lower his standards as a great coach, he still has a lot of time and and I don't think he will continue to coach the German national team, one day he will definitely coach a big club again.
Julian Nagelsmann is one of the best coaches in new generation line-up with his stint with Bayern Munich was good going, but we have big mistake by them, and they fired him which create more problems for them and at the end they were having worst ever end of the season in decade there were few offers for him, but he rejected them and having his sight at the German national soccer team which is also going good, and he can improve their quality which were going down in last few years with his own strategy and players skills.

Having young or old national coach has never been matter because here at this point technique and strategy is more important and things needed to be at the top for any coach, and he is doing good job with this team surely this will give him good experience, and he will be more improved while for his future jobs at any level because having coaching job at the top level is surely good, and it's not going to bring standard down of any coach.

Bayern Munich is entering a new era with Kompany as coach so I think we are now more focused on seeing his ability to build Munich next season, Kompany currently of course has a tough job and of course he needs all his abilities and experience to be able to make Munich dominate again in Bundesliga next season.
Kompany just needs time and hopefully the supporters and management will be patient to see the process of him bringing Munich into a better team and being able to dominate the Bundesliga again in the next few seasons, because it is impossible for him to make changes to Munich so quickly in one season, everything needs a process and I think the management has decided to bring in Kompany, of course they have a strong reason to give Kompany the opportunity to be able to bring change to Munich, a game that is new and not boring, currently there are lots of talented young coaches, that's the opportunity for Kompany to show his abilities together. For now, no one knows Negelsmann's fate after the German national team lost to Spain in the Euro competition at home, but what is his focus now is the new Bayern Munich coach who must be able to bring the Bayern Munich team back to winning the Bundesliga next season. Because the strength of Munich's current rivals, I think, is quite comparable, so Munich's new coach needs to work harder to be able to beat rivals like Leverkusen in the Bundesliga next season.
Germany had to end their journey more quickly in the current euro after being crushed by Spain yesterday, acting as hosts but in fact Germany failed to make them proud at home at this time, Germany defeat doesn't seem to be affecting Nagelsman future at this time because Germany indeed entrusted Nagelsman until the 2026 World Cup as coach so that we can no longer associate him with the current Bundesliga clubs, previously Nagelsman had given everything to Muchen but instead he was fired although Bayern Munich was in good condition at that time, of course Nagelsman dismissal It was quite painful and that was the reason why Nagelsman rejected Bayern Munich when he wanted to be recruited by Munich again as coach last season.

Bayern Munich is entering a new era with Kompany as coach so I think we are now more focused on seeing his ability to build Munich next season, Kompany currently of course has a tough job and of course he needs all his abilities and experience to be able to make Munich dominate again in Bundesliga next season.

Julian Nagelsmann is one of the quality coaches in new generation and having very good start of his career at the Bayern Munich which give him good confidence and experience, but sadly things were not favourable and Bayern Munich management done mistake which hurt him badly so he sacked but still was in contract with them even having too many other offers which he rejected at the end with long discussion with few top former German Players he accepted this challenging job and now having good results even their exit against Spain is heartbreaking but still their performance is at his best which is good deal for them.

Most chances he will stay here until World Cup 2026 after these things can take change because right now we are having Vincent Kompany at the Bayern Munich and this is surely going to be had chance for him but as he is doing I have strong feeling he can do good for the German national soccer team, and they can improve their quality which is on huge decline.

If we access all the options that Bayern Munich were after you will see that they were definitely not looking for just any manger but a manger that can play possession football and also someone that will stay with the club for a longer time. If it was supposed to be just any manager they would have gotten the likes of Allegri, Mourinho and Conte who then were actually without jobs. They even wanted Erik Ten hag which proved to me that they were specific in the kind of manager that they wanted, so that’s why Kompany was their pick.

Vincent Kompany was/is definitely a huge gamble and to me good one to bet on. He was actually recommended by Pep Guardiola when Bayern were making enquires. People judge him because of the relegated Burnley but have filed to look beyond that and see that the he was the master mind behind their survival back then. His reign in the premier league was not good because he lacked the players to play at that high level using his pattern but at Bayern he has those qualities in surplus and can now play implement his playing pattern. He is definitely going to be the one to watch if you ask me

Jose Mourinho and Max Allegri were names I never considered for Bayern Munich honestly. They're good coaches no doubts , but for the future of the club and also for the yougins, they don't have the same ideas the club wants to swing with. Antonio Conte I speculated a couple of times but it's obvious they never had such plans.
At some point I wanted Erik Ten Hag to move to Bayern Munich because the hierarchies of Manchester United took too long to make the review. He would have been excellent for them honestly. The look down from Ralf Rangnick was the most surprising of them all. I thought he would want to take the job then begin at the end of the Euros.

When I look at him and Xabi Alonso, In my head, I don't think he'll be capable to win the Bundesliga League Competition next season, but football cannot be decided on paper all along.
I don't have much to say, I would want to see how he copes with such a squad for the very first time. Harry Kane still needs a trophy. I'm also hopeful he'll get to win one or two before retirement.

I don't think Vincent Kompany can win the Bundesliga League Competition, this is my prediction, it could be possible but I'm not clear about him yet, I want to see how he handles a top quality club and players at a top level consistently. As per Julian Nagelsmann, was he so bad in this tournament? Hell No! If he was we'd all be saying it already. The Coach/ Manager who needs to leave would be Gareth Southgate honestly.

Tuchel was sacked by Bayern after a disastrous season in the Bundesliga, but with Negelsmann it was different, his results with Bayern were not disastrous. And Bayern invited Negelsman to return to the post of head coach, but he refused because at that moment he was the head coach of Germany, in fact, he now remains the coach of Germany, but it is not known what will happen after the loss of the Spanish national team, perhaps he will also be fired because a loss at the quarter-final stage at the home Euro may be perceived too negatively.

I still don't understand one thing. Why did Nagelsmann wanted to manage a national team already now? I mean he is a really young manager after all. He was climbing the steps really quick in his career as the last club he managed was Bayern Munich as you know.  Smiley  After that I really expected him to continue managing big clubs like that.

I think national team jobs are a better fit for managers with big careers at a little old age minimum too. Because you are like a little active than being retired while managing a national team.  Tongue  You are rarely playing games.

Nagelsmann was not a bad coach for Bayern Munich and you saw he made Germany have better performance since he joined this team. I think even Bayern Munich feel regret about getting him fired because they even wanted to see Nagelsmann return to Bayern Munich but he couldn't do that. I think Nagelsmann can even come back and work in Bayern Munich one day because Tuchel couldn't fill his place at all. While now without Nagelsmann and Tuchel Bayern Munich should trust a coach like Kompany.

The problem is that money is not a reference point for PSG so they will not be too shaken by Bayern's offer later.
You are right that money is not the problem for or in Paris with there sponsor in the background.
Currently the value of Xavi Simons is around 80 million and it could be that after the Euros the value of Xavi Simons is greater than that because for now he is also one of the players who can bring the Netherlands to this point in the Euros and his performance is still quite convincing so I have no doubt that in the end there will be a quite significant increase in value which in the end will make it even more troublesome for Bayern if they try to negotiate about this player.

This season Xavi Simons played very well at Leipzig and this could indirectly bring back a good interest for PSG in making him line up for next season
This depends what players are will be stay and what players will be leaving the club.
No doubt that Simons will be fit into the team of PSG and can give them much.
Looking at PSG's midfield last season which only focused on Zaire Emery, Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz. I think this will be a difference when in the end Xavi Simons is in the squad, especially now that their winger has to undergo a change where Mbappe leaves. Therefore, a playmaker who has a good playing ethos like Xavi Simons could be a good option and of course this could make a good change for Enrique's future plans.

But on the other hand for now Xavi Simons also still hasn't decided whether he will stay at PSG or look for a new adventure
The problem here again its not save that he will be play always there and he is looking for a club where he get more time on the field.
I think with the performance shown by Xavi Simons at Leipzig this season it would be ridiculous if Enrique didn't give Simons a chance to start now. Because looking at his current situation, he needs to be given an attractive offer including a decent place in the core line-up to make him stay from PSG. Because if it wasn't given as an offer to Xavi Simons, then going to another club that had a better offer would be much more worth it.

A little information, recently the national team led by Julian Nagelsmann had to lose in the last 8 of Euro 2024 after Germany lost dramatically to Spain in the second round of extra time. Germany had to swallow the bitter result because it had to let the euro be held in its own country.
Yes, after parting ways with Bayern Munich, he decided to lead the German national team. Maybe he wants to be more relaxed by handling the national team like that. Perhaps he should have been annoyed when Bayern Munich suddenly decided to sack him at the end of the season.
Nagelsmann is a young coach who has good abilities, in his previous team he always provided something good for his team. Although in the end he had to accept the risk as a coach who had to be suddenly fired. As a young coach he has a very long time to continue improving his abilities, he must develop even more.

Under the guidance of coach Vincent Kompany, Burnley dropped out of the Premier League and had to return to play in the Championship. Surprisingly, a club of Bayern's caliber is willing to "bet" on Kompany - a coach who was just relegated with Burnley and who himself has no experience leading a top team. Kompany is facing a major turning point in his coaching career. From relegated team Burnley, the Man City legend became the head coach of Bayern Munich. In Bayern's eyes, Kompany is a name worth risking. However, there is always a difference between theory and reality. Bayern Munich fans should prepare themselves, they will most likely experience another nightmare season and so will Kompany. This is a story that is hard for anyone to believe will succeed.

In my personal opinion, Bayern Munich may be only targeting the Belgian strategist as a temporary solution. Jurgen Klopp will return to football next year, and this is the real goal of the Allianz Arena team.
Bayern Munich is taking big risk by making Vincent Kompany their new coach. Kompany does not have much experience leading top team and his last team Burnley got relegated. Bayern might see Kompany as talented young coach but things might not work out as well as they hope. Bayern fans might have another disappointing season and Kompany might not last long as coach. I will have to wait and see if this risky choice pays off but it is hard to be optimistic.
I think this kompany's deal is really a big gamble deal because I can't see any reason why a team like Bayern will go for Kompany that could not make Burnley to remain in the premier league, they came last year, and left same year.
This would have shown Bayern that he isn't good enough yet.Atleast they would have looked for a more experienced coach and someone who will not bring shame to the club.
Bayern Munich is a big team that is even bigger than Kompany, and aside that,I don't think players like Sane will have much respect for Kompany because they were team mates at City.

You just said Komapny is not an experienced player, and that is the reason why many are saying different things about the manager. People are judging him based on his last performance at Burnley; even though he promoted Burnley to the Premiership, they got relegated, and that is why many people are sceptical about him managing Bayern Munich. Although I know that Bayern Munich will have their own personal reasons for bringing him to the club as a coach, based on how people view it, people still think his experience is not enough to bring Bayern Munich back to their performance like before anytime soon.
One of the reasons why the club management chose Kompany was because Munich had no other choice. There were several coaches who were given contracts by Munich but unfortunately they did not accept them. I even read an article that said that they once offered a contract to Xabi Alonso, but Alonso chose to stay at Leverkusen. I'm not underestimating Kompany but tbh Kompany wasn't their first choice. Munich is a big club and many doubt Kompany's abilities. I think Kompany should be given the opportunity to prove that he deserves to be Munich manager.

Opportunity has been given, we are just awaiting to see what he can do for the club as the clubs new manager. I also heard of the time Xabi Alonso was given an offer to coach Bayern Munich before the end of the last season, but it was all rumor at that time and at the end a news came out that he was going to stay at Bayern Leverkusen and spend more season with the team. The choice of Kompany came as a big shock to us and I never imagined he’ll get to coach such a big club after he has been relegated with Burnley when he was their manager last season.

The difference is clear enough, if you can’t manage a lower team and make them finish above relegation zone, no one will believe that you can do something different when managing a bigger team and that’s why a lot of speculations are going around that, Kompany cannot manage the team and the task given to him is too big for the him to handle. I just want to believe that Komoany can do great thing in the club. Low experienced managers are able to manage teams from their scratch to big teams today, so I will also take Kompamy’s case as an example and hope that he’ll perform very well to be applauded for his efforts at the end of the season.

As a matter of fact, kompany wasn't on the choice list of Bayern Munich but some how they had to fall back as their last resort after several attempts to getting their preferred coaches, the offer to Xabi was turned down basically because he still wanted to still stay back at Leverkusen. I wouldn't want to say it's unfortunate but then it turned out that kompany is now in Munich and his best is all that's expected of him and I'm not doubting he will be able to achieve something and just like everyone he needs time.
Before Vincent Kompany was appointed as Bayern Munich manager, they club have tried other possible options but were turned down by the other managers including former Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick who happens to be the current manager of the Austria national team and Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso. So the appointment of Vincent Kompany as the Bayern Munich manager if you ask me was because they didn't have better options which forced the club to settle for the services of the former Belgium international. Because of the fact that Vincent Kompany oversaw the relegation of Burnley, a lot of people are very doubtful that Kompany's rein as a Bayern Munich manager will be short-lived but I strongly believe that he has managerial potentials that'll help him succeed at Bayern Munich

Please enough to talk about Kompany's doubts about becoming coach of Bayern Munich. because it cannot be changed for now. Let him work and we'll see how he will take Bayern Munich in the future. The club certainly has its own interests and reasons for why Kompany is needed and how far they will go in providing targets and tolerance for their new coach. If he is not satisfied, Bayern Munich will definitely not hesitate to fire him, it is not Man United who have no choice to fire Ten Hag, Bayern Munich has high quality and high targets so that if Kompany is unable to do so, they will not hesitate to fire him by Bayern Munich. So, let's see the result of his job later after this season is started and run for matches.

Leverkusen's lookin' pretty damn good under Xabi Alonso. Leverkusen keeps up their good play, Bayern won't give up just because Leverkusen is on a roll. Remember that teams have broken down before when they were under a lot of stress. Even though Dortmund was very good, they failed at the worst times. It's important for Leverkusen to show that they can handle stress.
Last season really belonged to Leverkusen, there is no doubt about Xabi's success in bringing Leverkusen to such success. It's just that next season, it will definitely be much tougher for Leverkusen. Oh yeah, anyway, I haven't heard any rumors regarding Leverkusen's market transfer, it seems like they haven't been too aggressive in targeting new players to strengthen their squad. In fact, the rumors are that several players will move to rival clubs and there are also several players who will not have extended loan contracts. So, this will probably influence how Xabi leads the club next season.

Munich is a big club and many doubt Kompany's abilities. I think Kompany should be given the opportunity to prove that he deserves to be Munich manager.
