One of the reasons why the club management chose Kompany was because Munich had no other choice. There were several coaches who were given contracts by Munich but unfortunately they did not accept them. I even read an article that said that they once offered a contract to Xabi Alonso, but Alonso chose to stay at Leverkusen. I'm not underestimating Kompany but tbh Kompany wasn't their first choice. Munich is a big club and many doubt Kompany's abilities. I think Kompany should be given the opportunity to prove that he deserves to be Munich manager.
As a matter of fact, kompany wasn't on the choice list of Bayern Munich but some how they had to fall back as their last resort after several attempts to getting their preferred coaches, the offer to Xabi was turned down basically because he still wanted to still stay back at Leverkusen. I wouldn't want to say it's unfortunate but then it turned out that kompany is now in Munich and his best is all that's expected of him and I'm not doubting he will be able to achieve something and just like everyone he needs time.

I still don't understand one thing. Why did Nagelsmann wanted to manage a national team already now? I mean he is a really young manager after all. He was climbing the steps really quick in his career as the last club he managed was Bayern Munich as you know.  Smiley  After that I really expected him to continue managing big clubs like that.

I think national team jobs are a better fit for managers with big careers at a little old age minimum too. Because you are like a little active than being retired while managing a national team.  Tongue  You are rarely playing games.

I personally don't find it strange with Nagelsmann's choice to become head coach of the national team, although indeed, I also realize what you mean because of Nagelsmann's age, of course he would still be suitable to coach other big teams otu there besides Bayern Munich. However, it seems that accepting the offer to become a national team coach will certainly allow Nagelsmann to gain greater experience. Even though Nagelsmann is the national team coach, of course there is still a chance for Nagelsmann to coach other teams in the future, just like Hansi Flick did.

Because previously Hansi Flick was the head coach of Bayern Munich and then Hansi Flick accepted an offer to become coach of the German national team, but after that, Hansi Flick returned to being the coach of another team outside the Bundesliga because Hansi Flick also accepted the offer to become head coach of Barcelona. So yes, even though Nagelsmann is the current coach of the German national team, but this does not mean that his coaching career will end with the German national team, because Nagelsmann still has the opportunity to end his tenure with the German national team and start his adventure again with new challenges in the future.

It seems that we still have to be patient, the bundesliga has issued a match schedule for the new Liga will start in August. The opening match is B. Mönchengladbach vs Bayer Leverkusen will be the opening match on August 24.  With 18 Bundesliga participating teams, there will be around 34 league matches. This is quite a bit with other competitions. Interestingly, Bochum was able to stay in the Bundesliga, Bochum won in the playoff match. There are 2 promoted teams, FC St. Pauli and Holstein Kiel. It is interesting to hear, Munich has made a lot of changes by taking advantage of the transfer season. Could there be a surprise like Stuttgart for next season.

Gladbach against Leverkusen will be an interesting opener and of course we are curious whether Leverkusen can maintain their unbeaten record even though the season has been different. We can certainly still hope for Xabi Alonso's greatness to enable Leverkusen to gain the first 3 points at the start of the season. Apart from that, Bochum really deserves to be able to survive in the Bundesliga because this team sometimes becomes a dark horse at the start of the season even though in the end they always slowly decline and the bottom table has become their habitat. However, I really respect those who didn't give up during the play-off round some time ago.

For the promoted St Pauli team, if I'm not mistaken, they were champions of the Bundesliga 2 seasons ago and of course we can't wait to see their progress in this highest competition. Unfortunately, the coach who brought them champions in the Bundesliga 2 seasons ago, Fabian Hürzeler, no longer serves at St Pauli because he went to EPL club Brigton. For Holstein Kiel, I'm still unfamiliar with this team, but it's quite interesting to see their journey here.
Leverkusen's lookin' pretty damn good under Xabi Alonso. Leverkusen keeps up their good play, Bayern won't give up just because Leverkusen is on a roll. Remember that teams have broken down before when they were under a lot of stress. Even though Dortmund was very good, they failed at the worst times. It's important for Leverkusen to show that they can handle stress.

They do have some flashy players, but it's the toughness and drive that win championships. It's a long and tough season in the Bundesliga. There will be casualties in this war, and Leverkusen needs to show they can stay in it. I'm rooting for them no matter what. It would be cool if an underdog made a big difference. But until they show they can play, we can talk about the title.

Maybe maintaining their unbeaten record will be difficult, but for them to dominate the Bundesliga, it could happen, with their excellent performance, this could make them a tough challenge for other teams, including Bayern Munich. If Bayern Munich can't perform better next season I think Leverkusen will dominate but to become an unbeatable team I think they will have difficulty, I don't imagine that they can become an unbeatable team again in the Bundesliga.
I don't think Leverkusen will experience a decline in performance next season, because they already have good performance and with Xabi Alonso still taking care of them, of course they will still have good performance.

After the start of the next season, everything was different for Leverkusen and all other teams because some players left other players joined the teams also they had training which enhanced the performance of the players. This means we can't expect to see Leverkusen will stay unbeaten in the Bundesliga while I think Leverkusen can have a good performance considering the performance we saw from them in the last season and that won't be supering if we see Leverkusen win the title of Budslisliga again.

The problem is that money is not a reference point for PSG so they will not be too shaken by Bayern's offer later.
You are right that money is not the problem for or in Paris with there sponsor in the background.
This season Xavi Simons played very well at Leipzig and this could indirectly bring back a good interest for PSG in making him line up for next season
This depends what players are will be stay and what players will be leaving the club.
No doubt that Simons will be fit into the team of PSG and can give them much.
But on the other hand for now Xavi Simons also still hasn't decided whether he will stay at PSG or look for a new adventure
The problem here again its not save that he will be play always there and he is looking for a club where he get more time on the field.

You just said Komapny is not an experienced player, and that is the reason why many are saying different things about the manager. People are judging him based on his last performance at Burnley; even though he promoted Burnley to the Premiership, they got relegated, and that is why many people are sceptical about him managing Bayern Munich. Although I know that Bayern Munich will have their own personal reasons for bringing him to the club as a coach, based on how people view it, people still think his experience is not enough to bring Bayern Munich back to their performance like before anytime soon.

It's not because they don't have a choice, but it is the desire of Bayern Munich's management to get a very professional coach, whereas professional coaches feel that if they accept an offer from Bayern Munich, they will have to bear the heavy burden of fixing the problems that have been left behind by Tuchel.
Kompany is not the only option, but there are still many better and more professional coaches to manage Bayern Munich's players to regain Bundesliga dominance.

At least this has become an option for this big club and we'll see what Kompany will do to restore all of Bayern Munich's strongest performance that has been lost before, even though I have doubts, I can still accept and give trust to the coach.

This burden, which will look heavy, must be able to be carried well by Vincent Kompany in the Bundesliga next season because that is his job as the new coach at Bayern Munich and it is clear that he does not have to complain about the tight competition in the Bundesliga at the moment. I imagine that if Kompany is able to bring Bayern Munich to compete fiercely in the race for the Bundesliga championship next season, there is a little certainty for Kompany to stay at Bayern Munich even though he doesn't immediately win this prestigious trophy next season.

Vincent Kompan Should know by now what he is up against, and him been a coach he should not be a stranger to all this feeling. The only thing he should be focusing on now is how to put the club in order so that they can play better, because worry is not a solution for your club to get. The coach needs to know the weakness of his club before any other thing, that way they will be able to work on that weaknesses and not job steps to improve the performance of the club. The same time he needs to start looking for ways to improve the performance of the club. Bayern did not do well At all even in the home league and champions league, big clubs are now fucking up. And not that Bayern is not good they just need to improve.
Unstable Bayern. Not a doubt. Kompany develops teams despite his large job. Think back on his Anderlecht. Under his direction, they improved from barely competitive to really good. Leverkusens is under pressure from Xabi Alonso on Bayern. Write Bayern not as though it is dead. Kompany has experience, determination, and knows how to win. Not only mending flaws but also a complete make-over. Bayern requires big-stage ability and a winning attitude. In the UCL semi-final they fell to Real Madrid, although Madrid is powerful. Any team would find difficulty against them. Kompany ought to rebuild Bayern, buy the right players, and get them back to winning.

Handling the control of Bayern Munich to Kompany might sound so ridiculous and people will continue to criticize it until they see him show that which he got to improve the performance of the team. I have strong hope in him though but he has to prove to the whole world that he’s capable of doing what he set his mind to do, that is to improve the condition of the team in all competitions they’re participating in. I was surprised for him to be given such a long term deal, because coaches like this are given short times first to start before they’ll increase their years of service in the team. The case of Kompany was different and I envision that he’ll be a great choice to be given that opportunity to coach the team with so many years contract signed on his first year in the club.

To be honest if Bayern Munich have the chance to get Xavi Simons there should be no thinking to get him to Munich.
I loved to watch him in Leipzig and also in the national team , an awesome young player that can fit in to the team of Bayern.
If Munich can sell some players i would try and get him even the price is at €80 million.
But i guess we will see whats coming after the Euro 2024.

Xavi Simons is a good choice and they shouldn’t joke with him in getting him to the club as he’s needful for them in the next season. They should go all in for him and ready to pay an higher price than other bidders for him in order to have in the club next season. I hope to see Bayern thrive again to make the Bundesliga fun to watch next season.
The problem is that money is not a reference point for PSG so they will not be too shaken by Bayern's offer later.
This season Xavi Simons played very well at Leipzig and this could indirectly bring back a good interest for PSG in making him line up for next season especially since his loan period will expire at Leipzig which of course this will be an advantage for Enrique in overhauling PSG next season. Especially if you look at some of the statements given by Xavi Simons earlier that he is still very comfortable at PSG this could be a code for them so that PSG can give more to Xavi Simons next season.

But on the other hand for now Xavi Simons also still hasn't decided whether he will stay at PSG or look for a new adventure because seeing from the current rumors that Xavi Simons' fans are not only from Bayern but some big EPL clubs have also started approaching him.

Nobody is focusing on the schedule of this competition at the moment because we still have bigger hype at EURO. I still didn't expect the schedule to be that short, meaning that at the end of next month the players will have to play at their respective clubs.

Gladbach - Bayer Leverkusen Roll Eyes

I think this will be a decisive match for both teams, Gladbach who want to prove their performance next season and Bayer Leverkusen who want to maintain their dominance like last season. Then regarding possible surprises, I'm not sure there will be any, because Bayern Munich is the one who will win the Bundesliga title next season Cheesy.

Leo is resting.
Despite Kompany is not an experienced manager so far, I have a little confidence that he will do well because he has quality players at his side currently in bayern Munich. Many people are judging Kompany only based on his last performance in the Premier League and how Burnley was relegated, but many have forgotten that he was the manager who promoted them to the Premier League. The truth about why Burnley was relegated is that they did not give Kompany enough funds to strengthen the squad after they were promoted to the Premier League.

But regardless of how it is, I don't underestimate Kompany. It is not to promote a team to Premier League competition, but all we are saying is that Bayern Munich is a big team with experienced players.

I don't think it is fair enough to judge Vincent Kompany's coaching performance because he failed to help Burnley to get better in the Premier League, firstly Kompany was a good football player during his time and watching player countless times can bet that he was a great player in his time. Kompany helped Burnley to gain promotion in the EPL but you don't expect him to push the team to winning trophies or becoming much better with the level of players in the team. That he failed to help Burnley to get better in EPL can't make him not to do better with Bayern Munich in Germany with the level of players in the team.

I had so much doubts in win when he got the offer but I believe the management of Bayern Munich knows the reason why they made him the coach of the team and who knows if he's going to get better in his coaching performance and help the team to also get better just like Xabi Alonso and Bayer Leverkusen.

Maybe because Bayern Munich is a big club with a good reputation, it is not suitable for Kompany, who is considered to have minimal experience. But the Bavarian management's decision is worth exploring further because I'm sure they wouldn't make a decision without considering it. I think this decision was made because they really wanted the football philosophy that was formulated by Pep Guardiola several seasons ago, perhaps this similarity in philosophy was a strong reason for management to dare to appoint Kompany. But of course Kompany's assessment will be assessed after the season progresses.

The new seasons of the top 5 European leagues will all start in August and of course we will all be patient to wait for it, the English league, Bundesliga, Serie A and La Liga will start in early August, although not on the same date but only a few days apart to the start of the league next season, the only thing that makes me most curious is how the competition in the Bundesliga next season will happen after in last season Leverkusen was able to break Bayern Munich dominance, Leverkusen  championship last season, of course we all hope they will be able to present tough competition again although next season Dortmund and Bayern Munich will rise from their downturn last season.

Currently only Ligue 1 and Bundesliga have 34 matches with 18 teams, while other leagues such as the English league have set 38 matches with 20 teams playing, but I think the number of matches is certainly not a problem as long as the league can be competitive, several Bundesliga teams such as Koln and Darmstadt had to be relegated after not being able to compete with other strong teams in last season, but to be honest next season I also don't see any strong competition from the teams that are promoted this time like st pauli and Holstein Kiel.

I don't think Leverkusen will experience a decline in performance next season, because they already have good performance and with Xabi Alonso still taking care of them, of course they will still have good performance.

If Alonso manages to keep the team at the same high level, then we have a chance to watch a confrontation between two very strong teams, at least this can increase competition in the Bundesliga. In recent seasons, when Bayern experienced a certain decline, different teams tried to break their dominance, but it was very difficult for them to do, even when it seemed that almost nothing depended on Bayern, Dortmund managed to give them the championship in the last match of the seasone. But Bayer did not leave any chance for this, it was a very confident victory, and I see no reason why Alonso should stop.

Xavi Simons? Bayern Munich should absolutely go all in for him.  Grin  But it won't be really easy to get him from PSG. They are just so lucky to get him from Barcelona U16 five years ago for free. Now his market value has reached 80 million euros.  Shocked  I don't think they would demand much less money than this amount. Do you guys think Bayern Munich would be ready to spend that much for him for real?

I'm not sure though. He is 21 now and I believe he is one of the most talented players of his generation. Rich teams generally don't hesitate when it comes to such players. But Bayern Munich likes to bargain so let's see if they agree terms.

I love the lad too, he got a promising future ahead of him honestly and will do just fine. I know how quickly he wants to leave Paris Saint Germans because I have seen news of him wanting to leave the club time after time and that he has no such plans to play with them again.
Absolutely! I'm positive about the future he has ahead of him, Paris Saint German can't hold a player who doesn't want to play for them anymore, as much he has agreed personal terms with Bayern Munich and they find a way to reach the price tag placed on him, I do think they'll let him go. I don't know what he's worth, but he will be just a fine player for Bayern Munich. Tjryndid smoothly for the name Michael Olise from Crystal Palace, doing same with Paulihna from Fulham United, let's see how they wrap this up then.

Bayern Munich was attempts to finished Joao Palhinha transfer from Fulham and it says Bayern Munich and Fulham have already reach an agreement to bought Joao Palhinha this summer and according to the rumour they have to spend 50 million as transfer fee and actually Bayern Munich was targetting Joao Palhinha since last summer even at that time he almost be leave Fulham and now Joao Palhinha can realize his dream to playing at Bayern Munich and indeed since arrived to Fulham Joao Palhinha performance is quite stable with this team so i have no wonder if some of big clubs were interested want to bought him and apparently he choose Bayern Munich as his next clubs

Besides Joao Palhinha we all know Bayern Munich have reach an personal agreement with PSG player Xavi Simons and i am sure he will be joined with Bayern Munich soon and besides those players Bayern Munich seems want to look for new goalkeeper and the latest rumour is Bayern Munich has showing their interest to AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan but seems this transfer will be hard to realize considering AC Milan didn't interested to sell Mike Maignan even in the near future AC Milan will offering new contract to Mike Maignan

Joào Palhinha has always wanted to leave the club since last season, he was sad to see his move outta the club failing. It's good to see that after the Euros, he'll be joining his dream clubs for years.
The name Mike Maignan,  how good is he with his both legs on the ball? This is one skill the present goalkeeper and modern days. If he is that good, then he'll do just fine. Hopefully he doesn't turns into another Jordan Pickford of Everton/England.

Fabian Hurzeler has succeeded in showing his performance as coach of St. Pauli by winning the Bundesliga 2 and getting promotion to take part in the Bundesliga, this is success for St. Pauli with Fabian Hurzeler who was also previously an assistant coach there.
But indeed, this summer Fabian Hurzeler decided to become Brighton coach with fairly long contract, namely for 3 seasons, there will be several changes occurring with St. Pauli performance when they have to adapt to the different style of play that will be set by their new coach.
Now St. Pauli has Alexander Blessin as the new coach and he also has quite long experience with Leipzig so it will make it easier for him to build St. Pauli to be able to compete in the Bundesliga, apart from that Alexander Blessin also had experience in Serie A.
There will be possibility of game hosted by St. Pauli in the future can adapt more quickly to create solid performance, but we cannot accurately predict what they will be like in the future.
What is clear is that all hopes are placed on Alexander Blessin who will lead St. Pauli for competition within the Bundesliga.
