I don’t heard the rumor or hear a real news that Bayern Munich went for many other coaches and they refused before they finally decided to sign Kompany. I only heard of them wanting to sign Xabi Alonso but were not successful after he decided to stay back at Bayern Leverkusen for another year when his contract expires with them. Bayern Munich and only them can know what they saw in Kompany that the rest of the world are not seeing and are so confident in him that he can help them get out of this difficult state they are. If they don’t succeed with him, there situation will become worse and will cease to become the legends of the Bundesliga that we all know them to be all this years. You didn't seem to State clearly what you think is the problem Bayern Munich may have, this season felt like a bad one for them and it's okay to think and feel that way because they are usually known for better performance in previous seasons , even by the records they appear like they enjoy monopoly of winning the trophy in years only at intervals just like this season other teams get to experience what it feels like to lift the league title.

The expectations of the management of the team and the fans probably might have been cut short and not met aswell in that they have not been in a position where they don't get to lift a single trophy by the end of the season and so for such to have happened this season, it was enough to have raised concerns and even influence the decisions the team a d management made which led to the dismissal of their head coach and I see it as an almost normal reaction most team get especially for such teams that have got a management thats not patient enough to give a lot of time to the head coaches.

They beats all rivals when we're talking about all-time but this previous season have been their worst, they've failed to adhered to their current problems and having absolutely everything to worry about. Perhaps they've relieved their headcoach from managerial duties because he's incompetent and brought in the picture, Vincent Kompany. Bayern Munich have accomplished heavily when it comes to trophies won and they have all of them in their collection.

To be honest, Bayer Munich has had a great performance right from the start of this season, their performance was so much better in Europe, but due to their lack of consistency when the season was coming to an end, they didn't maintain their performance and that's why they few failures.
