The experience that Kompany has gotten under the management of PEP Guardiola is also going to help him work with the Bayern Munich team so adding his experience together with the people he's going to work with will sure help him to win trophies for the team which is the reason why the club appointed him as the manager.
Being a player and being a coach are 2 different things so regardless of whatever he has gotten as a player then it will indeed be a different story if he has become a coach.

It cannot be denied that Kompany is currently in a situation that is indeed forward hit and backward also hit because however great expectations and demands for Kompany clearly have to be proven by current achievements.
When he was a player, no one doubted his ability but when he became a coach it would be very different especially with Kompany's track record which was not very good.

At present, Kompany's advantage is only that he is indeed with good resources at Bayern because even though this season Bayern lost but they are still one of the favorite clubs next season so with this advantage Kompany will get a little gap to breathe but on the other hand this is also a burden because with the current big club he is immediately demanded to give the best in his first season.

For his personal managerial experience, I think managing Bayern Munich will be a difficult task for Vincent Kompany but many people are already thinking that the Belgian will succeed at the club because he understudied Pep Guardiola when he was playing under the Spanish manager at Manchester City. Vincent Kompany helped Burnley to get promoted to the English Premier League in the 2022/23 season but he also oversaw their relegation back to the second division of the English football in his first season with the club in the English Premier League before he was surprisingly signed by Bayern Munich.
Vincent Kompany was a great defender in his playing days but not all great footballers end up as great players but that doesn't mean he can't succeed. I'll be extremely happy to see him succeed at Bayern Munich because I love his style of football but what I don't know is if he'll be able to do that in a club that's regarded as one of the biggest European clubs in history.

[Since Jadon Sancho not ask apology to the teams and Erik ten Hag I doubt he can plays with Premier League teams for Manchester United, actually he is great players but Manchester United manager seems not happy with him before announce to the public what mistake did. Manchester United will sell Jadon Sancho to the teams with bigger transfer offering and right now not clearly with him future keep stays with Dortmund as loan option or return back to Manchester United teams but can't play for main teams for one season later if difficulty find new club.

Make Sancho with permanent contract seems still difficult for Dortmund if Manchester United make bigger transfer fees offering, I think Manchester United must decreasing the transfer fees for Jadon Sancho.
Well, that makes sense.
And actually, Dortmund still wants Sancho to extend his loan. Yes, Sancho's contribution, who was loaned by Man United to Dortmund for approximately 6 months, turned out to be a quite impressive performance compared to his performance when he was at Man United. However, at the moment, it is not yet clear whether Sancho will remain at Dortmund or return to Man United.

As people say, if his problems with Ten Hag do not allow him to return to Old Trafford. Meanwhile, on the other hand, it is still unclear whether Ten Hag is still at Man United or will soon be sacked by Man United. So, it could happen, Sancho's fate will depend on how Ten Hag's existence is decided, and based on their new coach if he is replaced.

However, even though Dortmund wish to extend Sancho as a loan player, it seems they do not wish to get Sancho as their permanent player so far. Because that is definitely related to the budget they have set and have to bring in Sancho as a permanent player for Dortmund. For this reason, Dortmund is eager to keep Sancho as a loan player.

Kompany does not have much experience as a coach, his limited experience and having never handled a big team has made many people doubt his ability to handle Bayern Munich. After ending the season without winning any titles with Tuchel, Bayern Munich officials will have high hopes for Kompany to improve the quality of the team next season. It is not easy to coach a big team like Bayern Munich, the coach will always be required to be able to present a title at the end of the season, if the coach cannot win any title, then he will be considered a failure and unable to manage the team.
I think this is one of the toughest tasks for Kompany as a coach. Burnley was a relegated team this season and it was not a good report that allowed Kompany to coach Munich. I don't know what the club management is thinking. I don't think Kompany is that bad. As far as I remember, he was trained by Guardiola and maybe he can apply Guardiola's tactical philosophy to the Munich squad. Burnley is not a big team in the English league so if they are relegated it is possible that it is because of poor coaching or because they do not have a decent squad. I think the Munich club board is considering the second option so Kompany is on their list.

Yes you are right, Kompany will have to prove himself because chosing to become the manager of a big team like Bayern Munich already shows how ready he is willing to improve his technical abilities because Bayern Munich has already witnessed his performance as the Burnley head coach and saw how the team was relegetd last season,I believe here must be something the Bayern Munich management saw in the portfolio of Kompany before giving him the job as the head coach of the team so he's going to do his best together with the players in the team to make sure the team gets better than last season.

The experience that Kompany has gotten under the management of PEP Guardiola is also going to help him work with the Bayern Munich team so adding his experience together with the people he's going to work with will sure help him to win trophies for the team which is the reason why the club appointed him as the manager.

When they hired Kompany for Bayern Munich I was expecting to see them giving less salary to this coach since he is less experienced and compared to the coaches like Tuchel he doesn't have any achievement as a coach and he just left the team in the relegation zone which is the only achievement of Kompany.
But that's weird to see Kompany signing a contract with 12 million euros which is 3 million more than what they gave Nagelsmann in his first year.

Expects more triggering stats from the Bavarians from next season. Vincent Kompany is Bayern Munich new headcoach and he's endowed with outstanding players that's capable of winning matches without his guidance. These players already know what to do and they will simply exert the winning energy towards their game. Bayern Munich new coach, Vincent Kompany is not some random coach but he learned football under the regime and management of one of football geniuses. Pep Guardiola have proven to be the very best and have encounter quite important goals for themselves.

I think Xabi is an important coach. What they did in Leverkusen is obvious. I wonder whether they will achieve these successes next year. Bayern Munich met with many coaches before signing Kompany, but it would not be easy to convince them, and they could not do it anyway. So they turned to alternatives and signed Kompany

Xabi made an incredible choice - having such options as going to Bayern/Liverpool, he remained at Bayer. This is a very ambitious choice because it is simply impossible to repeat this season even if you are a top club, this happens once every hundred years. Therefore, staying in Bayer with almost a guarantee that the next season will be worse is a strong-willed decision and I began to respect Xabi even more; I will have to root for Bayer next season (in this year I was more likely to root against Bayern than for Bayer).
And I’m also interested in how Bayer will perform in the Champions League playoffs, I’m 100% sure that they will get there given the new format of the tournament.
Xabi Alonso decision to reject offers from clubs like Liverpool and Bayern Munchen was considered very brave, but choosing to stay with Leverkusen was a much wiser choice. Liverpool and Bayern Munchen are indeed elite European clubs, but after the death of their managers, there are many things that must be done to start next season. With Leverkusen, Xabi Alonso no longer needs to struggle to start from scratch, maybe just a few touches and Levekusen are ready to continue their impressive season again. Besides that, after Xabi Alonso succeeded in leading Leverkusen to become champions of the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal, I think there will be many opportunities coaching a big club for him in the seasons to come.

Setting an unbeaten record, winning a double trophy and reaching the Champions League final next season is very difficult to achieve, but it will be even more difficult if Xabi Alonso changes teams. There is no doubt that the squad depth of Bayern Munchen and Liverpool is better than Leverkusen, but in many ways Xabi Alonso has formed a stronger foundation with his current team. I predict Leverkusen can at least reach the semifinals of the Champions League next season, but it is not impossible that they can act beyond expectations again.

I can see that many people are talking about Kompany as the head coach of Bayern Munich. Some people say he is good, while others are talking about another side of Kompany. I have sat down with some guys today and they said he did not have the experience to lift Bayern Munich, but I told them that it is not all about the management knowing what they see in me and the type of experience he has before giving him the job, and I can see that you are kind of hyping him.

I won't argue that Kompany is good, but given the fact that he is going to lift Bayern Munich, I still think that Bayern Munich is too big for his experience. However, let's see how it will be by next season if he wins the trophy by next season, as you said, since I believe they will want to come back aggressively ahead of the Bundesliga title that they missed.
I don’t think it matters what people think, if the club trusts and believes him to their manager then all opinions doesn’t matter anymore. One thing i know for sure is that a team like Bayern Munich doesn’t necessarily need a top coach, they already comprise of top quality players and all the coach have to do is fix the players and allow them to do what they know how to do best.

Kompany is a good coach and i think he is more than capable to handle Bayern Munich. Experience doesn’t matter me because Bundesliga is not as competitive as the Premier League and if Xabi Alonso that started his managerial career not long ago can win the bundesliga with Bayern Leverkusen then it shouldn’t be much of a challenge for Kompany to do it with Bayern Munich.

I would have agreed that thee team would be too big for him to lift of the league was competitive as the premier league.

The problem is that all the coaches who are better than him refused Bayern  Grin
I don’t know what will happen next season, but given the fact that Xabi remains, and Bayern does not look like a club that is going to seriously strengthen, there is a high probability that Bayern will fail again next season. Most of all in this situation I feel sorry for Kane, and the fact that the competition in the tournament is growing is only a plus.

Yes, I also think that Sancho can still be good at playing in the Premier League, maybe if Sancho plays at Manchester City or maybe at Liverpool maybe the results will be different. But indeed, sofar at least Sancho looks more suitable to play for Dortmund because after all, basically Dortmund also gives Sancho high confidence. Maybe that way Sancho can play  more comfortably but even so,that doesn't mean Sancho will continue to play inDortmund during his career. Because after all, Sancho is also quite young and thus, playing in Dortmund is certainly good for getting more minutes to play. Thus,  Sancho will be able to continue to hone his skills compared to playing atManchester United which may be more often on the bench.
Looking at Sancho's situation, you don't have to blame him too much, reason why is because he isn't the only good player that was doing well in their former club, and ended up being a flop at United.Amrabat was a very good player before he was signed.Casemiro was also a very good defensive midfielder before he was signed, they were all good before going to United, but things turned around ever since they came. That is to say something is really wrong with the club. The clubs needs change, and therefore if things do not change, even if Sancho goes back to that United again,he will still perform poorly again like it happened before.

None of this players you’ve mentioned played so badly on their arrival to Manchester United, they were all given positive performances and were all praised for it before the whole team began to fumble. You can’t blame one player for the inability of the whole team to excel in the league matches, they all have to be blamed because without their collective efforts nothing can be done even if one players decides to do his best or will be at its best for the club. Most especially, the managers are to be blamed for the inability of the players to relate well and have that connection between themselves when playing to give best results. For the players, they’ve their own path to be blamed, but the coaches should be blamed more for that when such happens to a team.

This demand is due to the big name of the team he manages and the club's history of winning trophies almost every season. One of the big challenges that Kompany will face next season is the presence of Leverkusen, who have succeeded in becoming a big team after winning the Bundesliga trophy. Stuttgart have also shown extraordinary performance this season, Kompany must overcome this challenge if he doesn't want to suffer the same fate as Tuchel.

Incredible improvement forms Stuttgart.  hard to actually believe that this is the team that almost got relegated in the last season.  and in this season they have been able to finish in the second position,  ahead of Bayern Munich who have been winning the Bundesliga titles in the last 11 years.  actually both the first and the second positions of the Bundesliga this season have been Absolutely crazy. For years the Bundesliga title race has been pretty boring.  suddenly two teams that nobody expected to do anything special, emerged and showed some best performances in the Bundesliga that were ever seen in probably the last decade.

the biggest question is,  at they going to be able to continue performing like this?  or was it just a one-off? A one season wonder?  I hope that they will be able to perform like this in the next season as well and the Bundesliga is not going to be boring.  finally, we can say that the Bundesliga is not boring anymore.

with the current coach, manchester united has become a team that keeps destroying the careers of good players, in my opinion Sancho's manager should focus on negotiating so that he can place Sancho in another good team other than manchester united if he want to save Sancho's career while there's still time. because what happens is that when good players are at manchester united with this current coach, he puts them in terrible positions or sometimes he doesn't put them to play and this causes the players to sit on the bench for many rounds and lose In practice, we just need to look at cases like Marcus Rashford who is a good player, with great talent but as he is playing for Manchester United with this current coach, he is not being used well and as a result he even lost his place in the England national team and as long as Marcus Rashford continues at Manchester United, he will destroy his career, I hope that Sancho's manager and Sancho himself realize this and fight to be away from Manchester United

In his career as a coach, there have never been a time he's got to handle a to team as Bayern Munich, so obviously Kompany is having a first attempt as a with a. German team, a big German team to be precised. Most of his strategy and tactics will be mostly in a form of trial and error because will need time to understand the dynamics and logics around the German style of football and aswell to then come up with a tactical approach that will be suitable for the team.

It may take him some time to get all these in place but it's key he gets them in place, understanding all this, I will not expect so much from kompany at Bayern Munich especially in this first season, probably in subsequent  season I will, one thing I observe about kompany's style at other teams before he then moved over to Munich, is his ability to maintain a very healthy relationship with his players, just maybe the fact that he's a Young coach avails him that edge just like that which is seen with Xabi at Leverkusen aswell, both of them ever meeting will be a clash of two young smart minds.

I believe handling Bayern Munich will not come with so much of a stress that Kompany may not be able to handle, it may only take time but eventually he will get the job done since he's got that very vital ability of maintaining cordiality with his team , I see that as paramount because it has a whole lot to do with the players performance and psychology aswell of which if they don't have their minds in sound their out put may turn out poor.

The fact that Sancho was better than any winger they had, and yet they still loaned him out is the perfect example of why United will never be successful with this ownership. I mean it is obvious that Sancho is great, and yet they are not even considering putting him back in, they are considering if they could sell him, or they could loan him.

If any team offered a decent amount, lets say something like fifty million, which lets be honest is a lot for him, then they will sell him right away. And to be fair, they have Antony, who did absolutely nothing for the team and yet they spent hundred million on him. This is how you mismanage a team, and as long as they do that then there is nothing that they could do to get the team any better.

This has got to be a joke, infant my lenses are currently disturbed because of what I have read. Jadon Sancho was never a first team player for ole Gunner Solskjaer, Ralf Ragnick and even during the short time Michael Carrick handled the club. I agree the club has sentimental issues but Sancho was never a first team player for Manchester United even since he joined in.

He is too young to be stubborn. He should work hard on his habits, if he wants to play for Manchester United further, he has no other options but say apologies to Erik Ten Hag the head coach.

I don't even think he will want to stay with Manchester United, he should say his sorry for the wrongs and disobedience. I Hope everything get sorted.

In fact, this is not only based on experience, but Kompany's previous failure with Burnley has made doubts even greater, so it is quite natural that now there will be several parties who will definitely see how the contribution is and question what Bayern's management really thinks about replacing Tuchel failing with Kompany who also failed at Burnley is not eliminating the risk and replacing it with the same risk?

Now the decision has been made and in any case, with the decision that has been made, we just need to see whether in the end this is the right decision or if it turns into a blunder for Bayern because in fact, looking at Kompany's task, even though it is tough because he is required to make a good contribution but with the resources Bayern is clear that this is also an advantage for Kompany because it won't be too difficult for him considering the composition of the players is already very good. Just see whether Kompany's scheme and plans will suit him or not.

We can refer to another point of view, Kompany's failure to defend Burnley can be said to mean that his squad is a mediocre team. Moreover, they compete in the Premier League which has strong teams. I don't know much about Burnley, but it is certain that their players do not have sufficient quality to compete in the prestigious Premier League competition. But one thing is certain, Kompany's only achievement was being able to bring Burnley up the caste even though they had to go back down to the 1st division league. Maybe the reason was the lack of support from talented players, who ultimately had difficulty surviving in the Premier League.

Now, Kompany has been appointed to manage Bayern Munich. a much stronger team than the teams he managed before. I don't know what happened between this agreement, even though previously Bayern had several candidates they were targeting, apart from Alonxo and Hansi Flick as well as Nagelsmann. However, it was Kompany who was appointed to replace Thomas Tuchel. I wonder if he is only intended to fill a temporary vacancy before Bayern finds something more ideal. or, what the club actually considers. So, it's natural that many people doubt it. But if Kompany really has the talent and quality, he should take advantage of this momentum and show his abilities. The reason is, Bayern has a fairly competitive squad. they have goal machine Harry Kane, and his colleagues who can be relied on. Apart from that, it is very likely that Bayern will also target several potential newcomers.

Well, before we judge too much about how he handled Bayern Munich. Let's just follow his performance, but if it doesn't meet expectations, Bayern management won't hesitate to fire him like several previous coaches. In fact, it is interesting whether Munich will be a doubtful team next season. or, they are able to bounce back even though they are handled by a coach whose experience we know is not at the level of top coaches.  but anyway, just give him a chance first.

I think Sancho's stunning performance during this season with Dortmund gives Manchester United a strong reason to sell him for a higher price. I mean it won't be more than 50 million euros but a little more than its current market value of 30 million euros. We know that Dortmund's business affairs are one of the best and maybe this time Manchester United doesn't want to be fooled again and at least they don't want to lose twice as much as Dortmund.

So it is impossible for Manchester United to release him below his market value and like it or not, Dortmund will have to pay him a little more expensively. Even though we know Manchester United are often unlucky in player transfers, they also don't want to keep Sancho if he is still involved in a conflict in the dressing room with Erik ten Hag. Separating is the right choice for both parties and it will make everyone happy.

so far I think maybe Sancho is not suitable to play in the English league

Yes, that's the point of players having to work together with their new head coach because that's an important approach in order to achieve good match results, in fact this is something that Xabi Alonso also approached the players at Leverkusen so they could find their best playing point, Kompany maybe he is not an experienced coach, but if he can approach the players in the main squad, of course he can find the right strategy and tactics to use.

We will probably see how Kompany shows his qualities as head coach in Munich next season whether it will go as expected by the management and supporters, I hope it can exceed expectations, I don't want to say that Kompany is a bad coach, we don't will never know Kompany's suitability with the players in Munich, next season the competition is quite tight, maybe they should focus more on getting new players to make it even better than last season and Kompany must be able to choose players to fill the main squad in Munich. This is important because competition in the Bundesliga will definitely be very tight.
Comparing Kompany to Xabi Alonso, who led Bayer Leverkusen to Bundesliga glory in his first season as a coach, showcases the growing trend of European clubs seeking out young coaches. Regardless of their differing achievements this season, both coaches represent a shift in the coaching landscape, where clubs are willing to take calculated risks on young talent. Kompany's upcoming debut season with a top club like Bayern Munich gives a significant opportunity for him to display his coaching abilities on a high stage, especially given the caliber of players at his disposal.

As Bayern Munich seek to maintain their competitive nature in European football, their decision to appoint Kompany signifies a willingness to embrace fresh and innovative coaching approaches. Kompany's blend of experience as a former elite player and his budding coaching career puts him as an intriguing prospect for Bayern. While there are imminent challenges in transitioning from coaching a smaller club to a European powerhouse like Bayern, Kompany's appointment reflects a trend in football where clubs seek coaches who can manage technicality with a different view, regardless of age or coaching level.

Alonso has very much been impressive in his performances for Leverkusen. He's been watched and observed and in all his games, he's proven to present an outstanding and formidable team. He's just new in the business but yet still has set up a formidable team. I really won't be surprised if he's beckoned up on by bigger clubs to show his abilities. He's proven to be worthy to handle well any team presented to him and definitely I believe he can do well if another team is put in his care. Maybe his strategies work well for him and can still work well with another team. With Leverkusen, he's done well and he's working towards an aim for the club. He's been watched closely to see how well he'd be able to keep up with the games for the team and see how well he can uphold against their biggest threat in the Bundesliga.
