Meanwhile, thanks to Leverkusen we no longer see the Bundesliga as a boring competition, as well as the increasing performance of teams such as Suttgart and Leipzig, which gives the impression that the competition for trophies is now more competitive. Vincent Kompany definitely needs adaptation, adjusting his strategy to his players, I don't think this will take long.
This season definitely feels different and I hope it will last for a long time. Of course we want to see such competition as is happening this season and not just see the competition always being dominated by one team and that feels very boring. Luckily other teams were able to have the courage to change all that.

Bayern Munich will not immediately be able to take the main road in the Bundesliga and indeed this will require a long process. I think Bayern Munich is too hasty in making decisions and I'm not sure Vincent Kompany can bring this team to success again.
This is the kind of competition we want to see, where the competition is fierce without one team being able to dominate a league, and this season we can see that in the Bundesliga with the presence of Leverkusen who appeared very charming throughout the season and finally they secured a title that they didn't have for a long time. get it. I hope next season will be like this or even tighter.

Several teams have shown improvements and this is good news for football fans. Maybe this will be bad news for Bayern Munich, for example, because they will feel a failure that they have never felt before. But this season they feel it. I hope Leverkusen is not only good in one season, but next season they can maintain the performance they showed this season. Moreover, they will still be with the same coach who brought them success this season, namely Xabi Alonso.

Even though the title could be taken from Bayern Munich's hands, Bayer Leverkusen is so extraordinary that they can ensure the title more quickly. It would be very interesting if next season, other teams including Bayern Munich appear more consistently so we can only find out who wins until the end of the season like in the English Premier League, but indeed with the success of Bayer Leverkusen they have managed to make people curious about next season, whether they will be successful in maintaining it or vice versa.

Bayern Munich is still in doubt, especially after the certainty of who their coach will be, it looks like Vincent Kompany is not someone who is considered suitable for Bayern but maybe he will overturn many people's doubts, and Harry Kane will probably feel very bad if next season his club also fails again to get the championship title.

Vincent Kompany has indeed gained great experience in the past but it is not a guarantee that he can make a difference to Bayern Munich, while Alonso is more able to provide a guarantee of being able to win the Bundesliga title again because Vincent Kompany is also his first time managing the Bayern Munich club, whereas it takes a little time to adapt and be able to brought changes to Bayern Munich's performance.
It looks like next season Bayern Munich will have to accept bad luck again or maybe worse, lose the Bundesliga title again.
Bayern Munich is strong enough to deal with their current challenges and eventually hitting harder for trophies. Bayern Munich have nothing to worry about because they're elite team and will dive in for major titles next season. This season they missed out but it doesn't mean they will struggle. Give him a chance and stop the panic. I've this feeling about Vincent Kompany excelling in Bayern Munich next season. Remember he's young and promising coach, he also gained experience to capture the long picture for the club.
Although Bayern Munich had a poor season, they are beast. Their team is skilled and experienced. Even the top teams have bad years, and the Bundesliga battle was close this year. Bayern's not done yet, even though Leverkusen played well. Great addition, Kompany. Killer, proven leader with a vision. He did what at Burnley? Played fantastic football to get them there. Given Bayern's tools, he'll design a machine that'll crush the competition. No spoilers, but I'm excited to see what Kompany achieves with this team. Bayern has talent, but they need direction. I think Kompany will lead them back to the top soon. Trust the process and realize this team's true potential

Its huge gamble did by Bayern Munich management when appointing Vincent Kompany, if first season get failure I doubt he will stay until his contract over after getting two years contract.
Yes actually it's very easy to answer just look at how many people win at gambling and how many become rich from gambling, I think it's a very small percentage of the money that has been lost, gambling sites know that they build their sites for entertainment for people rich people but poor people try their luck and want to get rich by gambling, even though it is not a good place to make money because gambling sites are supposed to be entertainment places for rich gamblers who want to spend their money to have fun.

Everyone who loses money in a casino is of course much more than those who win, let's say the percentage of those who lose is around 80%, while those who win are 20%, but that doesn't mean that 20% doesn't seem like a lot, sometimes the 19% of gamblers who are given winnings are greedy people. When you win, you don't leave the casino, but instead you continue playing and in the end the winning money runs out again, that's why you have to be able to control yourself when you gamble, at least know when to gamble and know when to stop gambling.

It would be really crazy if it happened but unfortunately Dortmund lost in the finale last night.  Sad  Still it was a nice try though. Dortmund were fighting for their own success of course but they would help Frankfurt at the same time.  Grin

Anyways, this is a successful season for Dortmund technically. I repeat, I don't expect Terzic to get sacked. It would be crazy to sack a manager who has carried this team to the Champions League finale. They have got a ticket for the Champions League next season at the same time. As long as he doesn't want to leave by his own decision I would expect a contract extension as well. His current contract is expiring next summer for now.
You are right, there is no reason to fire him, he led Dortmund to the Champions League final, this is a great achievement for such a team. But I wouldn't be surprised if he gets some good offers from other teams. Terzic is young and participation in the final gave him invaluable experience, he was one step away from receiving the most desired trophy for every coach, I think that he will try to repeat his success, and perhaps he can achieve this with a stronger team than Dortmund, I think he will have such an opportunity.

The appointment of Vincent Kompany as the new manager of Bayern Munich really surprised many people, as you said before that he was considered a failure when he was with Burnley and suddenly now he is at Bayern Munich. Even though at first glance the executives at Bayern Munich seem to be playing around in appointing a new manager, I'm sure they have a strong basic foundation (don't know what it is), sometimes difficult decisions will lead to good results, let's see how was his journey at Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich seems frustrated after failure by appointing some manager before and most of them denied because not interested yet become the next manager for Bayern Munich. I think last option by appointing Vincent Kompany not any teams want to sign him and Burnley more happiness after Bayern Munich paying fees transfer above 15 million euro. I think trend of youth manager success with several teams such as Bayern Leverkusen with Alonso and Dortmund lead to final of Champion League under Edin Terzic maybe reason why Bayern Munich appointing Vincent Kompany become manager although totally failure with Burnley.

First of all, Xavi is different from Xabi, Xavi is a former Barcelona manager who's currently replaced by Hansi Flick while Xabi is the manager at Bayer Leverkusen. So, please differentiate between these 2 managers Cheesy.

OFC, Vincent Kompany joining Bayern Munich makes the atmosphere in the Bundesliga even more interesting to look forward to next season. TBH, right now I'm still skeptical about his future journey, Kompany's first match will be in the end of July against Duren, that's where we can see how Kompany can brought Bayern Munich.
I'm sure it was a writing error, especially on the keyboard where the letters b and v are side by side.  Grin

Bayern Munich tried their luck when they appointed Vincent Kompany as their new coach to replace Thomas Tuchel. However, this actually gave rise to mixed responses, especially responses that doubted Vincent Kompany. The reason is that in his previous team his performance was not very satisfactory and he couldn't even save his team from the relegation zone.
IN this season with Burnley he only recorded 7 wins, 9 draws and 26 defeats from a total of 42 times he led Burnley's matches. So it was very natural that he had many doubts when he was appointed by Bayern Munich as coach.

Almost only an hour left before the match between Dortmund and Real Madrid starts. Probably 90% of people who know that this match is going to be the Champions League final, are expecting Real Madrid to win this match.

But let’s say that the unexpected actually happens, it is going to be really crazy to see Frankfurt actually achieving a spot in the Champions League competition. Crazy to think that they just got the sixth team that is below them, Hoffenheim. They have also performed pretty badly in the last few matches. There was a good chance that Hoffenheim actually would have finished ahead of them. Anyway, I do not think Real Madrid is losing.

Dortmund gave it their all since they performed well in the first half and tried to score goals, but they didn't have the luck. Based on their performance that night, I believe they will likely win Real Madrid because the ball did not like them. If Dortmund sack their coach, it will be a shameful thing for the president and anyone who gives him bad advice will not want the team to improve next season. However, with the ball they played against Real Madrid yesterday, I am confident they will still do well next season and compete in the Bundesliga title and the champions league, if they didn't make any changes in the team. Am thinking next season Bayern Munich and Dortmund will fight for the tittle next season Leverkusen will not compete with them next time because am sure they won't try to make any mistake like last season, and defeat Bayern Munich is just Dortmund that try and make a draw with them.

In terms of actual players for the current Bundesliga, Bayern still cannot be underestimated because the squad they currently have is quite capable, so it is not surprising if in the end they are still able to compete and even take back the trophy they lost this season.

But for now Bayer's mindset needs to be changed because after all, looking at the current situation, I think we understand that Bayern are too comfortable and it seems as if other clubs in the Bundesliga can't get trophies, but that thought must be dispelled.

Last season they were stuck with performance even though the trophy could still be won in the final match and this season a real disaster occurred when Leverkusen performed extraordinary.
Next season they must understand that as long as their mindset is still there where they are the strongest without looking at other clubs something like this could happen again so Bayern must try harder to make the conditions next season much better than now because they are a club that has the possibility the biggest for the Bundesliga champions and the proof must be based on the performance in the match.

Comparing Kompany to Xabi Alonso, who led Bayer Leverkusen to Bundesliga glory in his first season as a coach, showcases the growing trend of European clubs seeking out young coaches. Regardless of their differing achievements this season, both coaches represent a shift in the coaching landscape, where clubs are willing to take calculated risks on young talent. Kompany's upcoming debut season with a top club like Bayern Munich gives a significant opportunity for him to display his coaching abilities on a high stage, especially given the caliber of players at his disposal.

As Bayern Munich seek to maintain their competitive nature in European football, their decision to appoint Kompany signifies a willingness to embrace fresh and innovative coaching approaches. Kompany's blend of experience as a former elite player and his budding coaching career puts him as an intriguing prospect for Bayern. While there are imminent challenges in transitioning from coaching a smaller club to a European powerhouse like Bayern, Kompany's appointment reflects a trend in football where clubs seek coaches who can manage technicality with a different view, regardless of age or coaching level.

I don't think it is appropriate to compare Kompany to Xabi Alonso at this moment, Vincent Kompany who was newly appointed as Bayern Munich's head coach has not prove how capable he is to manage the top club in the Bundesliga. Xabi Alonso has become the most successful manager this season even though their dreams of winning the treble did not come through, they won the Bundesliga title without losing any of their single game, they only lost in the Europa League final against Atalanta, this is the record that no manager has ever made in Bayern Munich for many years of winning the Bundesliga titles. Many people think that Kompany is a rival to Xabi Alonso because he is a young manager, and he might have his own strategies to make the league difficult for Leverkusen to win next season.

If Bayer Leverkusen retains their current players, I believe they still have more to achieve together next season, even though Bayern Munich adds more players to strengthen their squad, they will still have a hard time winning against Leverkusen. I think Bayern Munich allowed Kompany to be the manager because several managers has rejected offers from them.

This time around it's definitely going to be difficult for Leverkusen to be able to attempt those records they attempted lasts season because they may not get all the privileges he had gotten last season, Dortmund who happened to be the German representative in the champions league final, failed to bring it home but I believe they are going to win some day again because they have actually win the champions league before now.
it is impossible for us to doubt that Leverkusen will achieve success again in the following season just because Dortmund failed in the UCL and in my opinion that is unfair because the toughest competition in the bundesliga is only Bayern Munich while Dortmund will not be able to compete with Leverkusen as long as Xabi can maintain his consistency and retain the main players and can also look for more experienced striker players to strengthen the attack line.
Dortmund failure will not be able to change the condition of this team in the Bundesliga because even if Leverkusen performance is still the same and Bayern Munich has bounced back, of course Dortmund will not be able to compete for the Bundesliga title when Dortmund sells their main players.

we have to remember what Dortmund goals are and this is what makes me believe that if Dortmund starts to become a stronger team again after failing in the UCL, it is unlikely to happen because Dortmund is thinking about the business of selling key players to make a profit from player transfers and on the one hand Xabi ambitions It's still very big to win the Bundesliga title again.
Bayern Munich also brought in an inexperienced coach and this means that Munich performance will be slightly affected in the next season.

One of them took Burnley to 19th place out of 20 in the premier league, and the other took Leverkusen to 52 win season, 51 in a row, with both Bundesliga title and domestic cup (and finals at Europa too).

So we can say which manager is better, even if somehow Bayern wins the title this year, we can be certain that you can switch the managers and Bayern would definitely win the title, right now there is still a chance that Leverkusen could win and all of that is only because of Xabi, if Xabi was at Bayern and Vincent was at Leverkusen, we would have seen Bayern win the league before week 30, and see Leverkusen be 8th. It was a horrible fumble on Bayern's part to get him, I do not trust what they saw in him at all.

As long as Leverkusen can retain the players they currently have then I can guarantee that Leverkusen in the Champions League will be very competent. Alonso is a shining coach and his journey at Levekusen is still very long, it could be said that in the last 50 years Alonso is Leverkusen's most successful coach. Next season will be even more interesting, Bayern has a new coach, I'm curious whether Leverkusen will win the local league again.
It has always been in my opinion of Leverkusen not trying to sell their current players as they seem like a perfect blend for them work alongside their coach who has tirelessly made sure the team is always in their best capacity to deliver and be as productive as possible so they aren't loosing a single game and not only are they going to win a trophy but they are aswell going to set a record in their league for others to follow.

Next season is going to be far more competitive, as one of Leverkusens most successful coach of the decades,  he should be expecting such things by next season because he's definitely going to come across them either by choice or by chance and these team have now got their eyes on Leverkusen in that they want to be able to defeat Leverkusen in this their fixtures as it will be to them a big deal and a thing of the league and  that Leverkusen cannot stay again in the league unbeaten till the end of the season but I think it's something they can achieve if they consider it achievable.

Vincent Kompany without doubt have shown signs of a young manager who is very likely be become one of the best managers in the game of football in the nearest future but the truth is that he's never managed a big club and that's why I'm of the opinion that Bayern Munich took a big risk to sign the Belgian. Bayern Munich is unarguably the biggest German club in history because of what they've achieved over the years and I think it'll be very difficult for someone of Vincent Kompany's level of managerial experience to manage the pressure that comes with managing a big European club like Bayern Munich.
I would be very happy if Vincent Kompany can defile all odds and succeed at Bayern Munich because I admire his style of football but thinks he should've managed a club that's a little bit lesser than Munich. We've seen young managers succeed at big clubs in the early years as football managers and I hope Vincent Kompany becomes one of them.

With a number of quality players in his squad, Vincent Kompany efforts to bring Bayern Munich back to dominating the Bundesliga should not be a difficult task, but Leverkusen existence is a big challenge, which is also the reason why Vincent Kompany's managerial quality is doubted by many parties. I agree to give Vincent Kompany time to prove himself, everything needs a process like Xabi Alonso when he first landed with Leverkusen. Fans concerns are understandable, but it would be unfair to judge Vincent Kompany at this time, because we have not seen him accompany Bayern Munich in an official match.

He transformed Leverkusen into a powerhouse in a year. His intelligence makes him a natural leader. World's best coach? I won't say anything, but he's on that route. Destroying Bayern Munich? Huge. Nobody's done that in years. It demonstrates Leverkusen's guts, competence, and hunger. With Xabi in charge, they'll improve. Champions League contenders.

Leverkusen must be smart. Need reinforcements. Bring in top talent to strengthen the team. The vision and tactical skill of Xabi? Sky's the limit. This is just the start. Leverkusen is back and staying.

Every league comes with their own peculiarities such that you may be good in one and I'm getting to the other you turn out unproductive and this happens to both players and coaches and I don't think in this case it's going to be any different because kompany is to be faced with a serious challenge that's not with a regular average team in the bundesliga, the team he's to handle is like the giant of the bundesliga.

It's very obvious that the expectations on him is really going to be high because the team he is to coach is a very top notch team in the whole of the German league and they have a record they have maintained in a very long time of which they couldn't maintain with tuchel and would want to get back on track so any coach who's to take over and be in charge of the team has got a whole lot to do so he can be able to meet up with the expectations and the standards the team has gotten but then it's not looking like all those matters a lot to the management at this time.

Leverkusen under the management of Xabi alons has achieved quiet a whole lot this season and now they would definitely have a working strategy for the bundesliga considering their experience last season and so the only league they will really have to struggle with will be the champions league because they don't have so much experience with it so it's more like they building an experience around it now.
