Every league comes with their own peculiarities such that you may be good in one and I'm getting to the other you turn out unproductive and this happens to both players and coaches and I don't think in this case it's going to be any different because kompany is to be faced with a serious challenge that's not with a regular average team in the bundesliga, the team he's to handle is like the giant of the bundesliga.

Indeed, at first Dortmund were quite dominant and good at controlling the course of the match. it even made me worry. However, Real Madrid's championship qualities are quite different. Kompany is a young manager I believe his age and the experience that the Munich management saw in him was the main reason why he was chosen as the manager when there are other experienced managers that are available for the job.  Personally, I don't see the Bayern Munich team having a bad season next season this is because as we speak he has already studied the weakness of the team watching them from outside and making him the head coach now he will likely wat h with the players to get a better performance which is what the team is lacking so far so let's give him one season and watch if the game play of Bayern Munich will get better of they will need to get another manager before the end of the season.

He is a new coach and indeed when at Burnley he had shortcomings but things like this do not need to be a benchmark and as a benchmark even though it is risky but when Bayern has made a choice then for now we only need to see whether this is the right decision or not.

He couldn’t help Burnley stayed in the premier league but maybe he can make Bayern Munich become a champion tomorrow since he’s now their coach. Sometimes, we can’t tell how far a person can do when given a new task to do even though they’ve failed in the previous ones. I just want to have hope in Kompany, the same way Bayern Munich had in him to give him the managerial job.
 

I wasn’t expecting Real Madrid to find a replacement for Toni Kroos after all the years he has spent in the club and how the young upcoming players in his position have also learned from him. I thought they’ve learned enough to play on their own now without needing to sign another big midfielder from another club to take his position. Kimmich will be glad to play at Real Madrid, at least he’ll get more trophies to his career before he finally retires.

 Alonso has very much been impressive in his performances for Leverkusen. He's been watched and observed and in all his games, he's proven to present an outstanding and formidable team. He's just new in the business but yet still has set up a formidable team. I really won't be surprised if he's beckoned up on by bigger clubs to show his abilities. He's proven to be worthy to handle well any team presented to him and definitely I believe he can do well if another team is put in his care. Maybe his strategies work well for him and can still work well with another team. With Leverkusen, he's done well and he's working towards an aim for the club. He's been watched closely to see how well he'd be able to keep up with the games for the team and see how well he can uphold against their biggest threat in the Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich tried their luck when they appointed Vincent Kompany as their new coach to replace Thomas Tuchel. And now as they have lost the Bundesliga title finally, they have brought in a coach who has finished the relegation zone with his current team, to win the Bundesliga title again.

I personal think that Bayern Munich hasnt got that much options for getting a new Coach or lets say that nobody wants to be there at the moment.
We will see what Kompany maybe can do in Munich and if it will be enough for gettin the team back on a good track.
About Kane and the title all is again open for the next season , it would be nice for him to get one.

Only they can see Kompany's potential next season as the new head coach for Munich, I don't know what makes them confident in Kompany, but there's no harm in seeing the results next season, we also won't know how quickly Kompany adapts. The current Munich players or the new Munich players who will be recruited in the future, I think all Munich fans hope that Kompany proves that he can bring Munich to be better next season, for example in the title race in the Bundesliga or other big competitions.

It actually surprised me given that Kompany had no notable achievements in his career but bayern was not even try to hold it by giving him very big salary to him. He also has a far smaller compensation gap than Tuchel. I believe Bayern is placing a high value on this player as a new addition to the team. It appears that Bayern's authorities saw something that no other coach who coached Bayern before him did. It genuinely surprises me to see this happen. I think even a stupid staff in management can come with a better name than kompany to be bayern's coach. It makes me wonder if kompany is a good coach who deserves such a high wage. Kompany was definitely a good player when he was playing and he was one of the best defenders in the world but he was not a good coach so far in the games we saw from him in Burnley since he couldn't help Burnley to even stay in the Premier League.
On the other hand, the situation in Bayern Munich is getting worse and now it seems after Toni Kroos getting retired from Real Madrid, they want to hire another player, and Joshua Kimmich is linked to this team. Joshua Kimmich's relationship with Tuchel was not good to make this player think about leaving and now after Real Madrid sent an offer to him, he is again thinking about leaving Bayern Munich for Real Madrid and taking the place of Kroos in this team.
