Football is now something else haha. I also never believed the news until it was confirmed by Bayern Munich. Very funny if you ask me that in 2024; you only need to be bald to be able to coach the best teams in Europe

The football that I know is far gone tbh

Kompany wasn't a bad player all the times he did played football but it has never been a guarantee he was going to be a good coach aswell, he has an average record of productivity within all of the teams he has coached and I don't think that's what Bayern Munich would want to deal with at this time considering they are having a Chase where they want to get to win back dominance in the bundesliga.

Somehow it's still possible along the line that he may get to improve abs even get to help the team achieve that which they have never been able to achieve all along and I'm optimistic about them been able to getting to win the league title back again if they get to experience a better tactics and strategy with kompany just that his level of experience isn't looking fitting to Bayern Munich but then people do get experiences after a good period of time that they have been able to be in several places because that's the only opportunity for them to gather the experience they will need.

But the current strength of Leverkusen and other teams such as Stuttgart and others who are gradually coming up to the stage where they will want to win the league title will be a really huge competition for kompany to really handle looking at his level of experience which we all know is looking unequal with that which can really match the needs of Bayern Munich in the coming season.

Bayern Munich can’t continue to be blamed for their action, they find the true courage and wisdom of the managerial role in Vincent Kompany and so they handed it over to him and got him elected to carry on the activities of the club. Vincent Kompany to the world might not have been successful in his managerial career but Bayern Munich was very confident to give him such a big task for a quality team like this. He knows what he his given and I’m sure he will do more than expected from him as the coach. The German league is different and more competitive than the Bundesliga, maybe he would find a way here and become a great coach he has always wanted to be in his managerial position.


Florian Wirtz still remains one of the best player Bayern Leverkusen had to have brought them this far. I don’t think they will want to sell him now because Xabi Alonso will be needing him for the time being he’s going to stay in the team. Selling him could be disastrous to the team and getting a new replacement won’t be an easy one for them either.

Having more experience as a as a coach isn’t their main consideration now; they are just focused on how to increase the performance of their players and put them in better form. I am sure Vincent Kompany is capable, and if given a bit of time, he will bring an unexpected performance for the club, so being patient and seeing how next season will be for them is a very nice idea.
 
Because changing their goalkeeper is one of the best things that they will do because that is one of the places that they are normally very week in this season. They lost many games due to that issue, so I see no fault in all the suggestions that they will make just to see the progress of their team, and I am quite sure that Vincent Kompany will try his possible best to success in next season, even though we know that the Bundesliga is getting tougher than before. 

Until they signed the contract with Vincent Kompany, I couldn't believe this coming up for Bayern Munich. They were close to signing many famous and experienced coaches who usually had good reputations and they could have much better performances than Vincent Kompany, but they hired Kompany for their team.
Kompany's last team was Burnley and he couldn't get good results with Burnley in the Premier League because his team got relegated in 19th place of the league.
Now this young coach is ready to have another experience and this time in Bayern Munich.
They signed a three-year contract with Kompany.


 

Unfortunately, Stuttgart's achievement is overshadowed by Bayer's greatest record, but yes, it is worth celebrating. Second place in the Bundesliga in the modern era is a huge achievement for them (in fact, they were even champions relatively recently - in 2006) and maybe now they are aiming for more (seeing the example of Bayer and a weakened Bayern before them).
The only fly in the ointment is that the next Champions League season (group stage) will be complete garbage and perhaps Stuttgart will not feel the full atmosphere of this big competition.

When I heard the news of his appointment from Burnley, I thought it was a joke until I verify that is was true. Since then, I have been struggling to understand why they have to hire a manager that that took Burnley to relegation to manage a tope team like Bayern Munic that just had a disastrous season without any trophy. There is the expectation from Bayern Munic to fight for their place at the German Bundesliga next season, hiring of Kompany  does not seem they are preparing to do that. At least judging by the available records, there is nothing much to show for Kompany as a coach both at Anderlecht and at Burnley, the two teams he has coached. I was expecting them to hire a coach that plays more of attacking football than defense. I just hope I'm proven wrong when next season finally comes.

Bayer Leverkusen after winning the league in the just concluded season is expected to become one of the dominant teams in the league going forward so that they can continue to put out strong contention for the league title alongside other German top teams. I'll be very happy to see clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Stuttgart, Bayer Leverkusen strongly challenge Bayern Munich for the German Bundesliga title come next season

Xavi Alonso Vs Vincent Kompany, the 2 young coaches

While I was still wondering why Bayern Munich had to hire Vincent company who was not able to manage Burnley FC to stay in the English Premier League, I also had to imagine the positive aspect of the signing. We all understood how Xavi Alonso and his boys took Bayern Munich unaware and rip them of their birth rite (The German Bundesliga). Xavi Alonso having rejected many offers including from Bayern Munich, decided to stay in Leverkusen. Now that a young manager is incharge of Bayern Munich, I think it will be a very huge challenge between both of them and the contest will inturn make Bundesliga more interesting.

If a team dominates every single season and if it continues then the league will definitely lose popularity because if there is no competition in the league then people will never follow the league. Bayan Munich has won enough titles in the local league so if a new team enters the competition now it will definitely be good news for the German league as there are other teams competing hard against strong teams including Bayan Munich. Bayern Munich have not done well in their local league this season and you will see next season they will try harder to regain their respect and if necessary they will spend more money. In this way, there is competition in such league tournaments and the more competition there is in the league tournament, the more the followers of this league will increase.

During this season alone Florian Wirtz's market value increased by 20 million euros and that brings his total market value to 130 million euros. I think any team will find it difficult to make up for the high cost, but the quality will definitely be commensurate with the price tag.

We know that he is one of the keys to Leverkusen's success this season and not only scores goals but he also often provides assists during this season. I think for now Florian Wirtz doesn't need to think about which team he will stop at in the summer because there have been rumors since a few weeks ago that he will be Real Madrid's main target in 2025. I have no doubt about him being a good player. Maybe even a great player. But I have a lot of doubt about him being a good coach. Bayern Munich could definitely have gone for a better coach. They could have gotten someone who is more experienced and has proved himself in the past. But instead, they decided to choose a coach that does not have much experience. At the same time, his experience of managing any big club is next to zero. I believe he's not going to bring in great results. No way he is going to be able to win the Bundesliga title this season. I actually see them losing the Bundesliga title again to Leverkusen. No hard feelings for Kompany, but he is just not ready to manage a club like this. And Bayern Munich should definitely forget about the Champions League trophy.

One player that I wonder about this season will be Florian Wirtz, he is looking like he will stay at Leverkusen one more season along with Xabi as well, which is a great news for Leverkusen. However, they will want to consider offers if there is any big ones, you could see how a team could offer 100 million or more for him, he had a great season and he is a very talented very young player, you could buy him and then he could play for ten years in your club, it's totally possible.

This is why I think that there will be some offers this summer for him, doesn't mean that he would be sold, maybe he would be but maybe he won't be but I bet there will be at least some offers. I will want to hear more about that and how it goes.

Manuer Nuer (38), Sven Ulreich (35) while De Gea (33), it is clear that De Gea could still be one of the better options, he is also quite experienced while playing for United. But recruiting De Gea is also very risky, because currently De Gea doesn't have a club, his performance is clearly questionable. I think Kepa is also suitable to be targeted, and it is very likely that Madrid will not make his status permanent.

Kompany will certainly fix Bayern weaknesses, to be able to achieve the targets set and guarantee a longer future at the club, it is possible that the goalkeeper position will be one of those that is evaluated. Overall Bayern performed well this season, their performance was not very bad even though they finished in 3rd place in the standings, their failure this season was purely due to Leverkusen impressive performance.

Since Bayern Munich management has chosen to replace their coach, and it will be good for them to replace their goalkeeper also because they have strong teams to meet next season so that what made them to lose this season trophy will not happen again.

I know that Bayern Munich management are ready to spend money in this season, to bring in talented goalkeepers that will make the team more stronger because they need to have extra  goalkeepers that will make the team not to miss any games because of injuries.

But I don't see any problems with Bayern Munich strikers,  because they played their best to secured some goals that made them to go far in some tournament, but if their coach can add De Gea to their team next season, it will make their defenders not to worry about any loss next season.

But what he mentioned was De Gea, and De gea is no longer a young player, he is fairly old in my opinion for the most potential category, indeed Neuer and Ulreich no longer have good performance in competing, of course it is a heavy burden and must get a replacement so that the squad is much more complete for next season.

Regarding the Coach, to be honest I myself just heard about Vincent Kompany, I don't know what makes Bayer Munich want to use his services, so far maybe many other coaches are the choice to train the Bayer Munich squad, this is my question now, is it true as you said that maybe they are playing gambling by hiring Vincent Kompany because they don't have experience, or maybe they know something that we can't know so they use his services for next season.

May be in the past Bayern Munich didn't worry about other competitors since they were the only team that was dominating in the league but the past two seasons were different because Dortmund almost won the league ahead of Bayern Munich if not because they failed to win their last match on the final day of the last two seasons match day and Bayern Munich became champions with few points.

For last season, Bayern Munich could not help it because they were in a very poor state which led them them sacking their coach and employing Thomas Tuchel as the new coach but things couldn't get better even until the end of the season where we witnessed a total change as Bayer Leverkusen was crowned champions after an impressive season and Bayern Munich coming third in the league.

The new Bayern Munich manager Kompany is a great guy who was very instrumental in the Manchester City game I think making him the head coach isn't a bad idea for the management of Bayern I believe they have a lot of hope in him and trust his credibility to deliver the club from the poor performance they have recently so I believe the Palace player he is interested to sign is not a bad player but I hope he gets the team better in shape very fast otherwise the trust will no longer be there.

I agree about Bayern Munich goalkeeper because indeed, it is the right time for Bayern Munich to have a new goalkeeper who is at least young too. But about Bayern Munich new coach, I just wonder because it seems Bayern Munich is gambling by choosing Vincent Kompany to be their new coach next season. Because after all, Vincent Kompany also still doesn't have much experience as a head coach. Indeed, I also realize it would still be good to give Vincent Kompany the opportunity to become a head coach for a team as big as Bayern Munich. But anyway, the fact is that the Bundesliga competition is also getting harder and thus, I think Bayern Munich does not need to gamble in appointing their new coach. Because anyway, I'm sure Bayern Munich can get an experienced coach and can at least promise good results too.

 Even though Kompany's coaching experience is still limited, Bayern is optimistic that the former Manchester City captain can bring back the winning spirit at the Allianz Arena, as he succeeded in bringing Burnley to the Championship title. With this appointment, Bayern Munich hopes to enter a new era of success and be able to restore their glory in the domestic and European arenas, bringing back the golden times that have been Bayern Munich's identity. But you need to remember, Kompany has never coached a team as big as Bayern Munich.
