It was quite surprising to see Union Berlin's good performance last season but you have to look at Union Berlin's poor performance this season where they are fighting tooth and nail to get out of the relegation zone and remain in Bundesliga 1. I think Union Berlin's instability since joining the UCL competition is the cause of Union Berlin's experience. The decline was quite drastic because this season was Union Berlin's first season competing in the UCL and they failed to stabilize the performance of their players so that the players' mental state deteriorated because their club was lagging behind in the Bundesliga because they were too focused on the UCL.

Union Berlin still has a chance to survive relegation depending on its last performance, it has to face Freiburg, even though this club is not an easy opponent if you look at the points table. Freiburg has a higher chance of winning, but if Freiburg wants to give Union Berlin a chance to survive, it can give in, but Mainz also wants to ensure its position is safe by winning its match. All clubs that are threatened with relegation will definitely try their best to win the remainder of their struggle this season.

Bundesliga was built with incredible run from elite teams. Bayern Munich struggled and bottled the Bundesliga title from day one to Bayer Leverkusen. Now there are only three matches remaining, two of which will give Leverkusen additional trophies, where Xabi also has the potential to become the most legendary coach ever. Either way, if Xabi succeeds in winning the Europa League and DFB Pokal trophies, he will forever be remembered by fans, his name will be immortalized in the club history because he succeeded in leaving a very valuable legacy. Not only that, the way they won the three trophies was also phenomenal.

Leverkusen history will be determined this month, they will play three important matches in three different competitions, where if they really win the trophy, the club will have to make a special statue for Xabi. We'll see to what extent Leverkusen will continue to refuse defeat, and whether they are able to achieve the treble winner.

Union Berlin might have had a chance to avoid relegation if they were not facing Freiburg next match. A lot of people are pretty sure that Union Berlin is not going to win that match. if they do not win this match, they will not have any chance to avoid relegation. The only chance for them to avoid relegation is if they win this match and if the other two teams ahead of them lose. Otherwise, they are definitely going to get relegated. the problem is both the teams that are ahead of them, are going to face relatively easier opponents compared to what they are going to face in the next remaining match. And that is definitely a big problem for them. Honestly, I do not think they will be able to avoid relegation this season. if somehow they are able to avoid the relegation, it is going to be something definitely unexpected.

For a team that has finished in the fourth position in the last season and was also part of the Champions League competition this season, I definitely can say that I expected better from them.

There is a bigger picture here at the same time. There are only 3 games left for Leverkusen to finish the whole season without loss and with three titles as well. 

This is really going to be a difficult record to be broken for other managers, maybe even for Xabi Alonso himself.    Leverkusen didn't have any Bundesliga title before. Xabi Alonso didn't just make do with making them add a Bundesliga trophy to their museum finally. He is about to win more titles together with that. I assume there weren't many people who expected him to be this successful when he first arrived. In the end it was his first experience.

Leverkusen seem to lower their determination playing against Bochum. It's reasonable to do due to their fixtures of two finals needs to focus on. This result might be a reminder for Leverkusen that their chance to lose a game is still there, they need to feel no complacency in any game, if they have ambition to end the league with unbeaten record.

The upcoming game against Augsburg will be a test for their maintenance of their high determination to win the game. It's important for Leverkusen to keep the determination remains high, because the season hasnt been over for them. This is the destiny of chasing all the achievements available. They can't relax in this deciding moment untill those end in their favor.  

Augsburg is a fairly easy opponent for Bayer Leverkusen for the final match of the season and will also make Bayer Leverkusen a team that has never lost for a full season in the Bundesliga. Because I don't think that Augsburg will be able to stop Bayer Leverkusen's ability to never lose so far, so this season it is certain that Bayer Leverkusen will end this season having never lost to any of its rivals in the Bundesliga. Apart from that, Bayer Leverkusen also still have to think about the final match at UEL this season because it is about who will get the trophy this season.

Leverkusen wins. Unbeaten? Tremendous! Nobody does it like them. They have larger goals. Europa League Final, enormous! Smart Coach Alonso knows what he's doing. He may rest key players against Augsburg. So why not? Must keep them sharp for the big game. However, Leverkusen's bench is strong. So strong. Without the starters, they'll be tough to beat. When Leverkusen have won the trophy but they are still chasing a big victory, isn't it a pretty crazy ambition of a team when a draw also can keep their record?
To be honest, before the game against Bochum I thought Alonso would play a young squad in that game to at least get a draw because they no longer need points at the moment, but it turns out that Alonso still fielded a full squad to face Bochum, not underestimating other teams of course might be a factor in Leverkusen being able to achieve maximum results this season to be able to continue to maintain their unbeaten record.

After beating Bochum, Alonso told the media that he was obsessed with making Leverkusen the first Bundesliga team to win the competition unbeaten for a season, with only 3 games left in all competitions they participated in, of course what Alonso said is likely to be realized especially if we see their opponents in these 3 matches are not a stronger team than Leverkusen,  Leverkusen have won the Bundesliga trophy and are now compete in  two finals in the European League and DFB, so if when they can get a treble at the end of the season with unbeaten of course  it will be a fantastic record that may be difficult for any club to break in the future.

And the result that Bayern Leverkusen had against Bochum in the Bundesliga yesterday was a perfect score to get back at Bochum. I think Bayern Leverkusen will not want to settle for a draw with Augsburg; they might be at risk of not ending the Bundesliga season unbeaten. What if they are playing 0-0 with Augsburg and, in the dying minute, Augsburg scores a goal against Bayern Leverkusen? Bayer Leverkusen will go for a win, and they will want to score a lot of goals against Augsburg so that even though Augsburg scores a dying-minute goal, they will still defeat Augsburg and maintain their unbeaten record this season.

I have told about this before because Leverkusen was still targetting unbeated records until end of this season so they won't hold back and the match against Bochum is really easy for Leverkusen because they can win with big scores but for Bochum this result is very unfavourable because they were failed to wided their points gap with Union Berlin but for the last match this week Bochum only required draw result to secured their place and survive at Bundesliga and Bochum upcoming opponent is Bremen and considering Bremen is not strong team i think still possible to gets at least draw result from that team

If we talking about Leverkusen currently they can collect 87 points from 33 matches and potentially Leverkusen can able to gets 3 points again and extended their unbeated records because this weekend their opponent is only Augsburg and Augsburg conditions currently is not really good because they were suffering 4 losing streak so i am confident Leverkusen can able to beat Augsburg even probably Leverkusen can win with big scores again just like they did last week

That's right, if Leverkusen succeeds in achieving the treble by never being defeated then their achievement will be an important piece of history in modern football. No team has ever done it, even though we realize that the Bundesliga, Europa League and DFB Pokal are not as competitive as the Premier League and Champions League, but in my opinion this record is extraordinary. As I said, Leverkusen won the Bundesliga championship and can rest to focus on the two important finals that follow. However, the unbeaten record that the players have been striving for since the beginning of the season still cannot be stopped. I believe they will be serious about creating history. Perhaps coach Alonso will rotate the squad to ensure the pillars are rested, while still ensuring the force is strong enough to maintain an unbeaten streak.

I hope Leverkusen will try their best in the remaining 3 matches. If they continue to maintain their performance, Leverkusen can dream of being undefeated for the entire season with an unprecedented treble. I believe Leverkusen will finish writing their name in history.

For this season, of course, it has been difficult for us to see the defeat of Leverkusen, because indeed the matches they have currently only three games left, namely against Augsburg in the Bundesliga, Atlanta in the Europa League final and also Kaiserslautern in the DFB Pokal final, of course Atlanta is one of the big teams that has the potential to beat Leverkusen this season even though it is unlikely to happen,  Leverkusen have the potential to go 53 games unbeaten in all competitions this season.

Leverkusen now have a game more to prove their unbeaten streak, they have been able to secure the league title now they are out for the records which I believe too they will be able to defend well enough because they are not looking threatened by Augsburg .

Home advantage for Leverkusen is everything and that is why I still believe in the fact thst most likely Augsburg doesn't have a chance at winning Leverkusen and I'd they re Lucky enough they will get a draw which I consider not to be a bad one for Augsburg but Leverkusen would want to get the perfect last straw with a victory in that game so Augsburg traveling all the way to Leverkusen home should be ready and expect to see anything happen.

Leverkusen seriousness against Bochum is because they want to avenge last season's defeat, they made good use of every opportunity to beat Bochum in the same place where they lost last season. Leverkusen are also getting closer to their unbeaten record in one season, they only have one more game left before closing a very brilliant season. Augsburg is Leverkusen's last challenger in the Bundesliga, the last match will also be played at Leverkusen's headquarters, a draw is enough for them to set a record as a team that is unbeaten in one season.

I think no one will be waiting to see Bayern Leverkusen lose this season in the Bundesliga with the good performance they are displaying after winning the league title. Bayer Leverkusen might even end this season unbeaten in all competitions; they just need to win one match in the Bundesliga, the DFB-Pokal finals, and the Europa League finals, and they will end this season unbeaten in all competitions. With Bayer Leverkusen's three remaining matches in all competitions, it is only Atalanta that will be a challenge for Bayern Leverkusen to defeat, but with the performance of Bayern Leverkusen, they are likely to beat Atalanta in the Europa League finals.
