I will not see Union Berlin finishing in 16th place in the Bundesliga table as a surprise. Bochum actually really required 3 points to avoiding relegation zone but seems it will be hard to realized because their current opponent is Leverkusen and we all know Leverkusen this season as the strongest team in Bundesliga and so far Leverkusen has 50 times unbeated and although this match won't have any affect to their position but i think Leverkusen won't hold back so i am sure they still targetting win result from this match and currently it's very hard to beat Leverkusen because previously they were facing strong opponents in this competitions such as Bayern Munich, Dortmund or Stuttgart but Leverkusen can able to beat them

Because Leverkusen still targetting 3 points from this match then i assuming Xabi Alonso will played all of Leverkusen key players such as Granit Xhaka or Jonas Hofmann but Florian Wirtz still doubtful to play however regarding the odds for Leverkusen win i think it's not too low and bets for that team is safe bet for this match because most likely Leverkusen will be able to overcomes Bochum today

A very good match today, both popular clubs will each play against weak clubs below the top 10 positions and I'm sure everyone will not hesitate to bet on Leverkusen's win but will hesitate to bet on Bayern Munich's win.

Mainz was clearly better and it could be as you said, maybe Dortmund felt reluctant because they have already secured a spot in the Champions League next season and they probably feel they should reserve some energy for the champions league final.
