Last season, Leverkusen were the team that finished 6th and also ensured them to go to the Europa League. This season they have shown a lot of improvement and now they can be at the top of the table with no losses. Xabi Alonso should be applauded for what he has done with Leverkusen. Although they have not been able to win the title, but in his hands Leverkusen became even better. I remember when Xabi first came, yes Leverkusen at that time was in a bad state and slowly Xabi could improve this team.
Retaining a coach like Xabi Alonso a very wise choice to improve the quality of Leverkusen's performance is not having to change coaches only to find the quality of performance is good but ends up being bad like club in League1.
I am impressed with Leverkusen's achievements from the start of the season, looking very ready to face every match in the Bundesliga and this extraordinary achievement would not have been possible if it were not for After achieving this extraordinary achievement, other big clubs have interest in getting this coach, but Leverkusen will still retain Xabi for the next few seasons.
There is no doubt if they are able to retain Xabi Alanso for few more years things could be on good way, and they will be able to have good consistency and quality which will help them for staying at the top level in Bundesliga which is also important for the soccer fans in Germany because we all know how Borussia Dortmund working and Leipzig is not able to give their best with Bayer Leverkusen can bring good fight for top ranks.

After arrival of Xabi Alanso we have good changes in Bayer Leverkusen and now in this season if they are able to keep things on this level then surely moral could be high and quality will be also improved which is important for staying at best level in Bundesliga currently they are fighting for the two titles with most chances things could be clear in January after winter break how can they manage things for the good results.

In terms of points, there are 4 clubs which are have close points, Leverkusen Stuttgart Bayern Munich and also Dortmund. It still looks competitive, but we started only with 8 matches, when it is over 15 matches maybe we can see which teams are still consistently collecting points. I think it's still Bayern Munich and maybe Dortmund, but I also don't underestimate Leverkusen because so far that team hasn't lost. But I'm not sure about Stuttgart, they might drop points against Big team like Bayern Munich or Dortmund.
Of the teams currently in the top four, there will be many who are quite doubtful that Stuttgart will remain in their position at least until the middle of the season, I also quite doubt it, indeed what has been achieved so far is quite surprising, and makes the Bundesliga even more interesting because there is a team that can develop well even though sometimes it only takes one season, and they, namely Stuttgart, will probably experience a decline not only when facing big matches but also other factors that we don't know for sure and that occur in the team. When that happens Bayern Munich will again benefit and Bayern Leverkusen and Dortmund will be Munich's competitors until the end of the season.
Currently, situation is very interesting as we have five teams for the top spots but here Bayer Leverkusen is surely doing one of the best performance which bring them to the top and Stuttgart which is currently at the second most chances will be slip because only team from top four which lost one match and mostly fans are also feeling collapse is coming, but other four are surely had good time for the top ranks and this season will bring good interesting fight for the title as well.

Dortmund is slow but now recovering better, but Bayer Leverkusen needs consistency because this could be key for them in coming rounds Bayern Munich after having Harry Kane surely feeling much better and their consistency giving them good reward which will be give them edge against their opponents in coming days when title race could be at the peak.

One thing is very good for the German soccer fans after few years they could be witness good soccer without all controlled by one side Bayern Munich which was not allowing others to have anything positive.

Most of the media had reported that Manuel Neuer will be in goal for the next matchday. That would be at Saturday in the next home match against Darmstadt.
However, that seems no longer to be 100% the case. In any case, Tuchel said after the match against Galatasaray Istanbul in the Champions League that he is still cautious with this statement.

I'm sure they do, and it's a priority that I think is in the same priority. Leverkusen were outstanding after Xabi Alonso joined, he knew exactly what he had to do to make Leverkusen better and I think he did that.
They haven't lost a game yet, either in the Bundesliga or the Europa League. They also have a good balance between the front line and the back line. Yes their forward line can be productive and their back line is hard to break down.
They are in a good situation and they now have a breath of fresh air to stop Bayern Munich's dominance, they just need to be consistent till the end.
With the present scenario we've watched in bundesliga, we can come to the conclusion that Bayer Leverkusen will be able to beat Bayern Munich for the league title this season, that could only happen when Thomas Tuchel and his players are not consistent in performance. Bayer Leverkusen was struggling to win games until the board appointed Xabi Alonso to take over, he has achieved quite good results since joining the team. First he was temporarily appointed to manage the club, but with his outstanding performances in league games, enchancing the team's standard and they're competitive in league games.

I saw Leverkusen's performance since the second half of last season when Alonso managed it and it was quite good and consistent, so it is possible that this season they can disrupt the dominance of Bayern and Dortund at the top of the Bundesliga standings in the competition for the title this season.
Indeed, consistency has often been a problem for Bundesliga teams since the last few seasons, but I think Leverkusen has everything this season to be able to maintain their performance and make Bundesliga competition even fiercer this season.
Bayer Leverkusen will continue to be enthusiastic about erasing Bayern Munich's dominance this season by continuing to create consistency in every match in the Bundesliga. Apart from that, Bayer Leverkusen will also fight hard in the Europa League this season for the title because with the strength they have this season, Leverkusen should take advantage of every match in important competitions such as the Bundesliga and the Europa League.

For now and with Leverkusen's condition still strong, some speculation is still saying that, I also see that from several teams in the top five of the standings the one that is more likely to break Bayern Munich's dominance is Leverkusen, but we must remember that the Bundesliga will still It's been quite a long time, so maybe it could be said that it's too early to conclude that Leverkusen will be able to break Bayern Munich's dominance at the end of the season. It takes very strong consistency to stay at the top of the standings with various threats from several clubs that will oppose them, and of course there will definitely be surprising resistance in the next few matches for Leverkusen.

Leverkusen is indeed in its best condition, whether in the Bundesliga or in the Europa League, Xabi Alonso's squad has quite a big chance in these two leagues with their current position. So in essence, if they really want to win a trophy at the end of the season, they have to maintain their consistency or even improve it even more.

Hary Kane is Bayern Munich's best purchase at the moment. Although he started unconvincingly, he gave the best performance. He has now scored 11 goals in 11 appearances. I think he has been comfortable maybe he is the top scorer candidate this season. In addition, this season maybe Kane will make a record transfer of players directly to become League champions. The difference in points is not much and that seems easy to pass.

I will not say no to Harry Kane being the best purchase player Bayern Munich has brought in so far this season. He has been  very useful with attack and defending.
That is a good number goals in his eleven appearance.
Harry Kane  will never struggle in a club like Bayern Munich  where they have player that supports the striker. Among  the list 9f the candidates for top scorers he has potentials to win same as others but looking how he has done that during the Premier league past he can do same as a Bayern Munich player.

It's quite disheartening to witness Kane's decline in performance since his time at Tottenham. It's caused by guirassy is still leading the scorer board. Kane needs to improve his performance even better with bayern. It's likely we will able see his true performance after kane will be fully fluently speaking germany. he is in the process of taking a privacte course to learn germany. It is my belief that he can enhance his performance by learning to speak German, which would enable him to establish better communication with his teammates.
I can still be patience waiting for him to perform better than this time.

The problem if guirassy is leading the board with so many goals. In order to surpass Guirassy, it is necessary for Kane to put in more effort and work even harder. I hope that kane will able to be the number one in the scorer board as soon as possible.
It will be so good to see his name as the top scorer of bundesliga this season coz this is his first season in bayern. That will make 100 millions used to bought him paid off for the club.

I hope kane will come back to the what he used to be.

Xavi Alonso was the coach of Leverkusen last season. But Leverkusen's performance was not very good. Alonso dealt with the team's internal problems and tried to stabilize the team. And this season it shows that he has succeeded. Leverkusen's performance has been very consistent and strong since the start of this season. And it is through hard work that he has managed to bring the Leverkusen team to this position. And now I don't think he will leave Leverkusen. He has worked hard for this team. He will definitely stay with the team till the end of this season. If his relationship with the management is not good next season, he may decide to leave Leverkusen. But I don't think he will leave Leverkusen so soon.
Xabi Alonso have been magician for Bayern Leverkusen performance in domestic league and Europe League, first time arrived there, Leverkusen have dropped to relegation zone and Xavi Alonso success bring to Europe League spot standings place although almost success with Champion League spot standings. Alonso start impressive performance in second season with Bayern Leverkusen, in Bundesliga success keep unbeaten record with impressive performance have won won 7 of 8 matches and get one draw.

Its warning for Leverkusen keep him or extend his contract until two years later if won't take an opportunity by Real Madrid, its not reason why not give long term contract for Alonso have give positive contribution for Leverkusen with consistency performance between domestic league and UEFA Europe League.
In some of the leagues that lever kusen participated in, this team was stunning with 14 goals last season, some elements can be handled well by xabi alonso, the promoter who inspires and makes leverkusen players better, although the difference in goals created in yesterday's match against Wolfsburg in this season but the improvement is quite pronounced and not monotonous, I am quite satisfied with 8 matches, this is progress.
The draw is enough to make me think and reflect that Leverkusen is ready to maintain consistency until the struggle for position in the next match, the role of the coach is important like a weather vane, I hope that players and management will take advantage of the moment with Xabi Alonso, it does not rule out the possibility if other teams want to propose to join with more benefits and finances that Lever Kusen offers, if it is as optimal as possible for players to have chemistry and their development increases, I think Xabi Alonso will be extended. this is about the reputation and marketability (performance) of a Xabi Alonso.

Harry Kane was a great transfer for Bayern Munich, even though the English star cost the club a huge sum of money, the club still benefited from spending such a huge amount of money. If I'm not mistaken, Harry Kane scored in his first match for Bayern Munich. Harry Kane has adapted to Bayern Munich very quickly.
11 goals in 11 matches and his performance on the field proves that he is currently one of the best players at the club level. With the signing of Harry Kane, Bayern Munich are dreaming of a new tournament title. With Harry Kane, Bayern Munich can certainly win the German league title as well as the Champions League title.

We observed some serious problems at Bayern Munich side against Galatasaray in the Champions League. They were really helpless in the first half and they could have even lost the game really badly. They won by 3-1 due to Galatasaray players' starting to get really tired in the second half. I don't think Tuchel is happy with what he saw from his players there.

Their next opponent is going to be Darmstadt in the Bundesliga. I will be expecting them to make up for that performance strongly here. I think Bayern Munich can win by at least a three-goal gap and its odds are 1.57 now which is quite tempting.  Smiley
Tuchel's strategy did not work perfectly at the start of the match and instead Galatasaray's continued pressing game made the match run at a fast tempo. Entering the second half Galatasaray seemed to have lost the game like in the first half and the rhythm of the game changed greatly where Bayern Munich regained control of the match. Harry Kane made the difference after scoring the second goal and in the end they managed to get perfect points in the match.

Darmstadt is not a difficult opponent and I would bet on a three goal win for Bayern Munich in this match. They are only ranked 12th in the standings and are not a very tough opponent, so it will be easy for Tuchel to get full points in the upcoming match, especially since the match will take place at Bayern Munich's home ground.

Even with the best players in the Bundesliga in Bayern Munich, still, they couldn't be in the first place on the table because just having players and the best coach is not the only thing they need.
Bayern Munich had some changes recently and we know whenever a team makes many changes they need some time to have an integrated team. In fact, Leverkusen can have good performances they have a coach like Xabi Alonso and unlike many other teams, they were stable during this season.

It truly irritates me when clubs, particularly one as dominant as Bayern Munich, introduce multiple changes quickly and then struggle. I recognise Bayern's abilities, but continuity is underrated! Under Xabi Alonso, Leverkusen demonstrates that consistent leadership can pave the path to success. I am convinced that cohesiveness is as important as individual brilliance. Bayern may possess stars, but without cohesion, their aptitude is wasted. Leverkusen under Xabi has found its cadence, as evidenced by their performance against Munich. They have become genuine contenders, confronting the status quo in the Bundesliga. And while I appreciate Bayern's decade of dominance, the time has come for a transition! I sincerely hope that other clubs will learn from Leverkusen.
This transition has been long expected and it birth is gradually becoming a reality but then we aren't so sure yet because asides Leverkusen there is Stuttgart also scaling heights and doing very well too but then we just hope Leverkusen does better enough to displace them and stay at that top position, personally I would love to see Leverkusen and Stuttgart contend for the champions.

Xabi is a very good coach and has proven so but then he will further need Great consistency to cling to the league title this season because I feel at some point Munich will come back to their feet and may become a strong contender to deal with same applies to Stuttgart, so Leverkusen still have much work to do as it not yet time to celebrate glory yet.

They also had some personnel problems last season because of injuries, like Florian Wirtz who missed 50% of the games last season due to a cruciate ligament tear I believe, but now he is doing great. They also have Victor Boniface who was expected to do well, but not that well. He is one of the surprises this Bundesliga season after Guirassy from Stuttgart. He brings in great offensive power and accelerates the Leverkusen game immensely. Same thing with Jeremy Frimpong who was playing well in the 22/23 season already, but if he plays this whole season on that level, there is no doubt he will improve his stats by a lot in terms of goals and assists. It is a great team that Alonso has formed.

you are right Leverkusen's squad had a number of problems last season. But this season Xabi has managed to solve most of the problems. There are several talented players in the squad. They are consistently able to perform well. And a special thanks to Xabi Alonso. He is very hard-working. And Xabi's efforts have led to Leverkusen's strong form this season. If Leverkusen's players don't suffer from bad injuries like last season, then this team can continue to perform well consistently. Because their match strategy is quite stable now.

Leverkusen's improvement this season is one that deserves every commendation it's getting and I must say so far Xabi Alonso has proven himself to be one of the best they can get in the bundesliga, at this his very young coaching again, been able to build a team that is formidable enough to withstand Bayern Munich to a draw is almost uncommon as compared to Leverkusen form last season.
Leverkusen looks very promising this season and even if they happen to not win the league title, we could be sure they would finish top five and definitely qualify for UCL next season, not to forget they are still unbeaten aswell in the Europa league where they are still doing so well, if they putting in more effort as they do in the bundesliga, it's possible they could gat some out of the Europa league aswell but then they still have some tough teams to contend over there, nevertheless they are still doing so well, all thanks to Xabi Alonso.
Regrettably, the speculations and discussions concerning Alonso's future have already begun, but I must say that I hope he will stay at Leverkusen for a while because I am really interested in seeing Alonso build a competitive team with much less resources than Bayern Munich has available. He is so young and he has plenty of time to coach the big clubs in Europe, first and foremost Real Madrid I guess. But I assume that he is on the wishlist for Real Madrid already and if he plays an outstandingly successful season with Leverkusen, which does not necessarily mean he has to win the Bundesliga, I think that Real Madrid will reach out to him. This is how these situations usually play out.

Xavi Alonso was the coach of Leverkusen last season. But Leverkusen's performance was not very good. Alonso dealt with the team's internal problems and tried to stabilize the team. But we shall also applause xabi for how fast he was able adapting to the club. Initially, I had concerns about Xabi facing challenges in his role as the new coach for Leverkusen. However, he has proven me wrong by quickly making a positive impact and assisting Leverkusen in climbing out of the relegation zone. It needs only 1 season for xabi to prove the worthiness of leverkusen to be considered as a strong contender to win the bndesliga this season. Xabi was not solving the problem in the club. he was also pushing standard and quality of club to be even higher than before.
I can't imagine when leverkusen will play without xabi. Leverkusen may get a factory reset if xabi will be going out from this club to join in real madrid. At the very least xabi gve his best for leverkusen.
Whole of leverkusen fans must be fully thank you once xabi will leave from this club in the next summer. It's caused by some big clubs have been projected him to handle their clubs.
Xabi may also decide to stay even longer as well but that depends on his choice.

In my opinion, he should actually leave Leverkusen. Because he can do really well with a big club. I have been saying this for a long time. He should really choose to go to Real Madrid. Now, I understand you put up a valid reason for him to stay in Leverkusen. he has been able to make the team perform consistently and it looks like they will be giving a good competition for the title. But with this team, he is probably not going to achieve anything in the Champions League. But with other clubs like Real Madrid, he has the chance to do that as well.

Why did he not start very well, except for the Super Cup match when Tuchel gave him the opportunity to play with Leipzig, immediately after his arrival without any adaptation, then Kane started very well and started scoring from the first match. He was a great acquisition for Bayern, he scores regularly in all tournaments, I think Tuchel is very happy with this transfer.
