I know there is a very good chance that they will end up winning both of them. But I think as they are almost certain that they will win the Bundesliga title, they might actually give the Europa League competition a little more interest and that might cause them to not win or even lose the match against Bremen. Again the way they have played so far in this season, it is possible that they win the Europa League match and get one point in the Bundesliga match. Actually, I don't see any big problems with Bayern Munich's game, but many people feel "disappointed" with their game this season. Who would you hire to replace him though? As bold as the management is, hiring some random dudes is not gonna cut it. The fanbase will just riot if they randomly hire someone just because Tuchel failed to win anything. On the other hand, no experienced manager would take this job unless they got some great benefits such as no punishment even if they failed to win anything or finished in the top 4 in the Bundesliga. A new coach will probably bring short-term improvement but it means nothing if the players are also problematic (can't follow the tactics, have some behavior problem, etc). I think hiring a new coach after the season ends is better for their long-term benefits. Missing out the Champions League final this season should not be such a huge price to pay for that imo.

Not everyone understands Alonso's desire to remain in the team, but changing locations is not always easy.
