Bayern Munich has got a really experienced coach and so Leverkusen should be weary of not loosing a point because if they do at this point Bayern Munich will stop at nothing to getting back at the top of the table and reclaiming back their dominance in the Bundesliga this season which I'm sure is one of their greatest wishes this season.
Bayern Leverkusen has really prove to Bayern Munich that there performance can be challenge because Bayern Leverkusen performance on this league is very remarkable and they have made a quite improvement in this league which has given them the privilege of lasting this long the first position of the league table, so considering there performance and also there points different with Bayern Munich, I take Bayern Munich alot of time to meet Bayern Leverkusen in times of point because Bayern Leverkusen currently have 42 points while Bayern Munich has 38 points, so they will still need to win up to two matches before they can be able to beat Bayern Leverkusen but however the chances of Bayern Leverkusen losing any match is not certain because there performance is very impressive.
Bayern Leverkusen's form is excellent. They've improved this season and lead the league. The Bundesliga is a marathon, not a sprint. Leverkusen's 4-point lead over Bayern Munich is sturdy but fragile. Bayern Munich is famed for their resilience; they're like a juggernaut gradually approaching the top spot

I'm worried about Leverkusen players leaving for national duty. The tables could turn at this crucial point. I love the league's competition, but Bayern Munich's late-season surges scare me. Leverkusen must preserve their lead or risk losing it
We talk about 4 points a lot, but Bayer Leverkusen, which is 4 points ahead, has one game too many. If Bayern plays its missing match, the point difference may decrease to 1 point. Bayern is a strong team and they have the strength to continue the championship race with Leverkusen until the last match.

Leverkusen has played one match more than Bayern Munich and is ahead by 4 points. Even if Bayern Munich wins their next match, Leverkusen will lead by 1 point. It's not a big gap. Bayern Munich will have a chance to take the top spot in the table if Leverkusen drops a point in the match. But the problem is that Leverkusen's performance is very good this season. The team is unbeaten so far and has drawn only 3 matches. And so it will be much more difficult for Bayern Munich to reduce this 1 point gap. Leverkusen has been able to win consistently. If they are able to maintain such consistency, they have a chance to win the title.

Just a few months at Union Berlin doesn't seem to have made Leonardo Bonucci happy and he even had an argument with previous coach Urs Fischer because he didn't get proper playing minutes. Even though Union Berlin has now changed to a new coach, Nenad Bjelica doesn't make him a priority and continues to fill the bench.

There are new rumors circulating that seeing Leonardo Bonucci's discomfort in Germany, the Turkish team, Fenerbahce, is interested in recruiting him and I don't think it's a bad offer if Leonardo Bonucci still wants to play and get decent minutes outside Europe's top league. The decision will still have to wait another week to determine his choice and I think he will have to leave considering that he is no longer as competitive as when he was younger.

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1744084502706618863
At the age of 36, it is indeed difficult to compete in the starting eleven of major league clubs. It's true that he should play at Fenerbahce or the Saudi Arabian League, which is more suitable for him.
But unfortunately so far there has been no offer from Saudi Arabia. Those confirmed to have interest in Bonucci are Fenerbahce. Even though the actual ability is still very decent, maybe it can last for 1-2 seasons.
On the other hand, Union Berlin also seems to have made a mistake in recruiting him, because he has played very few minutes. And Union Berlin is now in 15th position in the Bundesliga standings.
A loss because they cannot utilize Bonucci's wealth of experience to improve their performance.

What Xabi Alonso and Leverkusen have been showing since the last season is very impressive and they actually are improving themselves a lot. Beating Bayern Munich in this season is harder than the last season because since the summer transfer, they got a world-class striker, Harry Kane. It is what Bayern Munich did not have last season after letting Robert Lewandowski moved to Barcelona.
It would be very interesting if the situation changed for now. Yes, it cannot be denied that Kane's presence has had a big influence on Bayern Munich. However, this also includes the team as a whole. And indeed, if you look at their position and statistics so far, Xabi has indeed tried and succeeded in making Leverkusen much better and more consistent in the Bundesliga. Jaid, it is quite convincing for us regarding Xabi's competence and success at Leverkusen.

I always say congratulations whenever I see them win though but how can we best watching a league that has to do with so much dominating and domination from the Champions ( Bayern Munich ) they have won more than ten times and people who are tired of seeing and watching so much of it.
That's it. Wouldn't it be very interesting if Bayern's dominance in the Bundesliga was finally broken by Leverkusen this season? Because so far, Bayern Munich has always managed to dominate the Bundesliga, even like last season where Dortmund almost won but in the last match, Bayern Munich was finally able to take over the first position. But once again, this is not 100% related to Leverkusen, because anything can happen and maybe the situation will change.

Xabi Alonso has proven he's ready to contend Bayern Munich and possibly end their dominance and possibly win the league title this season and not only is Leverkusen trying to displace Bayern Munich but other teams such as Stuttgart are also looking forward to topping the table and win the league too aswell.

If Bayern Munich wins their next match, they will be a point behind Leverkusen as they are currently four points behind and if Leverkusen is able to win their next match, they will be able to maintaining the margin between the.and Bayern Munich only that Munich is still goals ahead.
The German Bundesliga this season have been more competitive than it's been in the past eleven years thanks to Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen impressive performance and just like many other football lovers across the globe who very happy with the development in the German league, I'm also very happy that Bayern Munich is finally facing a strong contention from a strong and determined team on who will finish the season with the German Bundesliga title.

Thomas Tuchel without doubt is a very experienced manager who have the needed managerial experience and abilities to help Bayern Munich overtake the current league leaders Bayer Leverkusen in the race for the league but Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso have also shown strong signs on why he should also be feared and have proven already that he's ready to match whichever energy that's presented to him by Bayern Munich this season. Considering the the kind of hardwork and energy that Leverkusen have put in this season, I'll be disappointed if they don't end up with the league title

What Xabi Alonso and his team are doing is very extraordinary. They are making Bayern Munich look like they are having a bad season but where Bayern Munich is also having a very good season as well. The title race is getting very tight and I think the match that would have the most impact on the title race is the match between Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen mid february.

The German people are getting to see a very exciting season after a long time. As a neutral fan as well, it has been very enjoyable to see the German league. Bayer Leverkusen may even win the Europa League but their biggest hurdle will be Liverpool. But the way they are performing now, they might even beat Liverpool.

A difference of 4 points and having one postponed match of course still maintains Bayern Munich hopes of chapionship , but so far I am more optimistic that Bayern Munich dominance will be broken by Leverkusen this season, and of course the second leg match between Bayern and Leverkusen will be the deciding match for titlle If the team doesn't experience changes in the standings in the next few matches, Leverkusen certainly won't let Bayern continue to dominate the league and what an extraordinary achievement it is for Xabi to have been able to improve Leverkusen performance so that in the end it provides competitive competition and also gives a new feel to the Bundesliga after a long time Bayern dominated in league.

My condolences to German Football. Franz Beckenbauer passed away at the age of 78.
Beckenbauer, who is considered one of the best players in world football, made history as a football player who played 103 times for the German Millo team.
He also took his place in history as the only football player to receive the Ballon d'or award twice as a defender. I don't think there will be a football player who will break this record after this time.
My condolences to German Football. I wish patience to his loved ones.

I knew him from the Galaxy 11 ad that Samsung did way back in probably 2013. He was the coach of that team in the animated short film.  He was old, 78. He lived a good life as a football professional.  He should be respected and remembered throughout the whole football history. My condolences, the death might not be very unexpected as he was 78, however it still is not a bit less sad. And of course, him winning the Ballon D'or as a defender twice is most probably never going to happen again. especially the way football is shaping up to be in the future. He was a great mind for football as well.

The turnaround from finishing sixth in the previous season to becoming serious contenders for the Bundesliga title is a testament to the positive changes and improvements Xavi Alonso has instilled in the team. The absence of Dortmund as a strong title contender this season has potentially opened up the race for the Bundesliga title, and Leverkusen seems to be capitalizing on this opportunity. The prospect of them playing in the Champions League next season is a testament to their resurgence under Xavi Alonso.
I do not see Leverkusen as a title contender that will give up easily due to their dedication in all competitions. I was thinking of fatigue and injuries that will disturb them, but when you look at the team, you will understand that Alonso is ready for such an injury incidence, which is why he has squad depth that can manage the team in case any of his first team players get injured along the way.
I will be very happy if they win the Bundesliga title this season, because I see them as having the potential to win the league if they were able to keep their consistency and were able to beat Bayern Munich in the second leg.

I applaud Xabi Alonso for being able to bring Leverkusen to the lead in the Bundesliga even though there is only a 4 point difference with Munich. This means that Leverkusen's chance of becoming champions is not completely guaranteed, but I still appreciate Alonso as a coach who is able to make Leverkusen one of the strongest teams in the league today. And I agree with what you said that Tuchel could now focus on the Champions League because Munich is also one of the favorite teams to win. I think Xabi knows that the Champions League is a bit difficult this season so they will focus on the Bundesliga and getting the championship trophy.
Bayern Munich is also still one game behind Leverkusen so the gap in points seen now is four points, but if Bayern Munich's matches are the same as Leverkusen's number of matches and Munich can win. So the point gap between the two is just one, not four points, unless Munich cannot win in its 16th match in the Bundesliga. Apart from that, Leverkusen this season only competed in the European League apart from the Bundesliga, not in the Champions League like Munich. So the pressure these two teams have is certainly very different even though they often look the same in the Bundesliga.
There is no guarantee that Leverkusen will become champions, nor is there a guarantee that Bayern Munich will be able to defend the title they have won for more than a decade, yes everything is still very possible. Or maybe these two teams can even be shifted by the team ranked 3rd or 4th, yes even though it is difficult but with the remaining matches that exist it could happen, even though it looks impossible to me.
What is clear now is that there is new hope in the BUndesliga in Leverkusen, which was previously held by Borussia Dortmund but they always failed to realize the hope of being able to break the dominance of Bayern Munich in the race for the championship.

The competition is tough, Bayern Munich are just 1 point down if they won their 16th match which they probably would. The league is not through it's halfway yet. Leverkusen taking the lead for so long is a win itself and they proves Bayren Munich can be replaced even if not this time. Xabi Alonso has done an impressive job with what he have in his hands and created one of the most balanced team. He have established himself as a coach with this.

Xavi Alanso so far has done a wonderful job this season; he is currently the best manager in the German Bundesliga by going complete sixteen games without losing any match; they are first in the Bundesliga table with four points ahead of the defending champions Bayern Munich; unlike last season, when they finished sixth in the Bundesliga, they are now one of the favorites to win the Bundesliga title this season since Dortmund, which is usually the title contender with Bayern, is not in good form this season. Kudos to Xavi Alonso for taking Leverkusen to another level, as they are now a big team that will possibly play in the Champions League next season.
Xabi Alonso has become a hope for football fans to end Bayern's domination, except Bayern fans of course. lol. It's indeed impressive to see Xavi Alonso making a significant impact as the first managerial spell at Bayer Leverkusen in the German Bundesliga. Going unbeaten in sixteen games is a remarkable achievement in any league in the world that speaks volumes about the team's current form and Xabi Alonso's managerial prowess.

The turnaround from finishing sixth in the previous season to becoming serious contenders for the Bundesliga title is a testament to the positive changes and improvements Xavi Alonso has instilled in the team. In the Bundesliga currently there are 2 coaches who are recognized as the best coaches at the moment, Tuchel and Xabi Alonso, but on the other hand, there are also players who are being favored and are often talked about, namely Harry Kane from Bayern Munich and Guirassy from Stuttgart.
This means that currently there competition between these three clubs, Bayern Munich, Leverkusen and Stuttgart, which will continue to compete for the title in Bundesliga, even though Stuttgart is not very strong, but as long as it has scorer like Guirassy, there is definitely an opportunity for Stuttgart to become a challenger for Leverkusen and Bayern Munich..
I feel that the competition in the Bundesliga very interesting and very tight because there are 3 clubs competing competitively and Bayern Munich still has a chance to reclaim first place, but for the time being I see that Tuchel focused on winning the trophy in Champions League.

I applaud Xabi Alonso for being able to bring Leverkusen to the lead in the Bundesliga even though there is only a 4 point difference with Munich. The main goal for Bayer Leverkusen now is to win the Bundesliga. I'm sure the players are also ambitious in this regard. Bayern Munich is now one of the strongest teams in the world, a team so strong that every team has reached a consensus that the championship should change hands. Leaving them behind in the long league marathon is an achievement in itself.

Xabi Alonso proved his good performance during this season and even during the last season. I don't remember if I ever saw Leverkusen in a good situation like this because it seems Xabi Alonso totally changed this team and they are in a situation in which they can even race with a team like Bayern Munich with fewer investments they had and that's enough to Xabi Alonso and Leverkusen to say they had a perfect performance.

The time from Hans-Joachim Watzke at Borussioa Dortmund will end in 2025. As the club announced today, he will not extend his contract and will no longer be a member of the management team next autumn in the next year. This will marks the end of a 20-year era.
It is good that he has announcing it yet. This will give the club enough time to prepare and find a successor.

That is big news I have to say as Hans-Joachim Watzke has a long and profound history to look back on with Borussia Dortmund. They went through thick and thin and the most literal sense. They were almost bankrupt, or put in other words, they were bankrupt more or less and Watzke had to restructure them financially in essentially all areas. He did that successfully and Borussia Dortmund was again able to look forward to a bright future. And that is what happened eventually when they decided to sign Klopp and they won the domestic league title, the DFB Cup and then participated in the Champions League final and lost it 1-2 against Bayern Munich. Amazing events that happened during his tenure and an era will end in 2025.

I think Werner could succeed at Tottenham, because Ange has mode things change massively at Tottenham. I remember people, including Tottenham fans, said that most of their players were bad, but they change drastically under Ange this season. Player transfers and loan moves often bring about changes in performance and attitude, and it's reasonable to consider the possibility that a change of scenery could benefit Werner.

The fact that the move is a loan implies that there's flexibility for both parties. If Werner finds success and satisfaction with Tottenham, it could lead to a more permanent arrangement or a positive change in his playing style. He will be  the successor of Kane. Players indeed have the capacity to adapt and evolve based on the environment and the team they are a part of. A change in team dynamics, coaching style, or even the overall atmosphere can sometimes bring out the best in a player. Timo Werner may find a better fit at Tottenham.

He could have a chance as sure Timo Werner may need a new ambiance of things in a new place that is not the Bundesliga for Werner was great in Leipzig but recently Leipzig is not been the same anymore so Timo Werner's performance in the is also not so great so there could be something that has changed within Leipzig, and it is causing the players performance of collapse as even though Werner is just loaned in the Tottenham a change of ambiance can be a better help for him,

For now, let's just say that Bayer Leverkusen is pretty much doing well, but the season is still not finished there is a chance for Bayern Munich to get into the top of Bayer Leverkusen as if Leverkusen made a mistake just once there is a chance for Bayern Munich to overtake them, the Club Friendlies is not the priority of Bayern Munich for sure they have given that game, and to secure their players not to get injured, as Bayern Munich don't need to make mistakes anymore right now Bayern Munich will have a game against Hoffenheim which is a team that could have them a hard time but they can also win or make a draw towards them, while Leverkusen is going against Augsburg which a simple team for them for sure they could win this and if they not they will try and engage with a draw instead,

This is football and things can change very fast. The point difference is not much between Bayern Leverkusen and Bayern Munich. Bayern Leverkusen has lost Bofiface to the Nigerian national team for the Afcon tournament and if they are not prepared go cover for his absent it might really affect them since he has been scoring lots of goals for them. I just hope his absence won't cost them the too spot in the league table.
The point gap between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich isn't a news again about how narrow it currently is so definitely even Leverkusen is very much aware of the risk ahead if they are not able to secure some good wins to further broaden the point difference between both teams in the Bundesliga this season.

There's one thing I really observed about the Leverkusen team this year, they are not dependent on any particular player for their success so it's more like the presence of any player will only be an added advantage but then it will never be that the absence of a player will cost them an entire match probably. Leverkusen loosing one of their players to the AFCON wouldn't be much of a challenge even though he has been a great contributors to the numbers of goals they get in a match, but then I don't want to believe Leverkusen will loose their form due to the absence of these players.
That true, I also believe Leverkusen will not lose its balance and consistency in collecting points, even though several important players temporarily abandoned it. playing as a team and they are very solid, that is the key to Leverkusen success so far, Xabi must have prepared a number of rotation options by utilizing the available players.

Not only Leverkusen sent players to strengthen their respective national teams, Bayern Munchen, Who are their most serious competitors in the Bundesliga, also sent players such as Min Jae and Noussair Mazraoui. so I think this is a challenge that must be found for a solution, but it does not require the two managers to look for additional new players this january.

I think for the next few matches the two Bundesliga title challengers will appear stable, maybe Xabi pace will be a little heavy when facing Leipzig in week 18, While Bayern will be fine in my opinion.
