So it is clear that it is done intentionally to damage Game Protect, especially as h4ns does not show any valid proof to back its claim! Wink

I honestly don't think h4ns left the flag just to hurt you.
So his false and misleading scam accusation was opened to hurt and extort me?

@Game Protect

I would like to remind you that I give you the chance to make a statement on this. I also would like you to know that I give you four weeks to refund the money but you have to commit to it now. If you promise to do so, I won't create a red flag. It's not my intention to judge or to blame you for your actions but if you neither reply nor refund the money you leave me no choice.

I honestly don't think h4ns left the flag just to hurt you.  Calling out a scammer that owes you money publicly almost always reduces the chances of the scammer ever paying you back.  Obviously that was the case here as well.  It's the right thing to do though, because it protects other people, which makes it more likely other people will do the same, and in the end, it's a lot harder for people like you to scam others.

The flag is correct, not only based on what h4ns said but also based on your own admission. You took 210 euro,
In the real world it is not a scam to take 210€! Roll Eyes

didn't deliver the service,
I delivered the service!

and didn't pay the 210 euro back.
Only because your brain is not able to understand it, does not mean that I did not refund the 210€! Roll Eyes

I already reduced the 210€ from the current 10,000€ compensation demand for h4ns's defamation campaign that I scammed him July 2019.

h4ns to Game Protect currently 10,000€ compensation demand minus Game Protect to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to Game Protect 9,790€

Based on h4ns's statements and extortion attempt towards Game Protect it is clear that he not only act negligent but intentionally!

h4ns intentionally lies that I did not give him the contact details of the foundation, but he instantly published it on SBR!

h4ns intentionally lies that he was not contacted by the lawyer who handles his 6 cases!

There is no indication of negligence here. h4ns is giving you a chance to pay him back.
Correct! Smiley It is not negligence and he does it intentionally!

Several online casino victims already informed in written form that they read on bitcointalk.org that Game Protect is a scammer and therefore are scared and or will not engage Game Protect!

That doesn't prove any actual damages.
Written statements by online casino victims that they did not engage Game Protect because they read on bitcointalk.org that Game Protect is scammer is proof of the estimated damage in the real world! Smiley

It is also important to note that in the whole world bitcointalk.org is the only platform that publicly claims that Game Protrect is a scammer!

So it is clear that it is done intentionally to damage Game Protect, especially as h4ns does not show any valid proof to back its claim! Wink

No reason to worry!

I simply look for online casino victims who decided to not engage Game Protect to enforce its claim after they read about h4ns's defamation campaign, to evaluate the damage caused by h4ns's defamation campaign. Smiley
It's not defamation if it's true.

It's an empty threat, he cannot afford to pay for his VPN so he definitely cannot afford a lawyer.

I think he might wanna change the title of this thread to 5 ubtc for proof that he is a scammer. Maybe he can afford that fee.

Threatening to sue your customers after you've scammed them, for attempting to warn others that you are a scammer. That's a great way to drum up business. Genius, even Roll Eyes

Threatening is all he can do. If he has customers dox he might try to coerce him to remove the accusation.

To prepare a law suit, I look for online casino victims who are misleaded by the red flag shown above my threads to not engage Game Protect and enforce its claim.

Are you suing Bitcointalk? Or each supporter of the flag individually?

Did the red flag shown above my threads mislead you to not engage Game Protect and enforce your online casino claim?

do you have vision problems? Or you do not understand that to provide the kind of service you intend to offer, must be offered by honest and reputable people. Who the hell will want to do business with you after seeing the accusations that weigh on you? Who will have the courage to give you X value to solve your problem? Do you now understand how having a bad reputation is harmful to your business? People come to you because they believe you will solve their problems, but you hurt them just like scammers. you are worse than scammers

The red flag shows that you can't enforce shit. If anyone still wants to "engage" you - they can, although they would likely be better off setting a wad of cash on fire.

Asking to lend BTC worth 10€ is not proof of a scam based on real world laws and regulations! Cheesy

THAT'S how you respond to this scam accusation? By admitting there is truth behind it?
Haha

And it's now been 3 days since he logged on.

I don't want to jinx it, but hopefully he's finally decided that scamming here will no longer be worth his time.

Refusing to refund 210 EUR though... sounds like a real scam.
