It's not even about banning Hazard. The bitcoin elite would love to send anyone interested in alts to this forum. It's turned into an elementary playground with no moderation at all. Maybe that's the grand plan.

Funny story
Like I said when I joined, not only did I get laughed at from the BTC community, LTC was a bunch of assholes too and made it very unwelcoming.
Wanna know who took me in? One of the so called shit coins in BBQ... there were a few people that helped me out and got me going mining. Helped me grasp the basic shit and then some.
Are the amounts of alts a little over the top? Sure... but I can just move on out.
Plus, many coins give newbs a taste of how it works. Makes em understand how blocks work, how difficulty adjusts, how payments work...ect ect. Many are cut and paste, but each has its own little set up.
without the alts, its no growth or interest. Only ones left mining are people that have major money invested.
