I got scammed by this project called temtum. Signed up for their bounty months ago, posting for their campaign, filling up 2 kyc forms and pushing for its deadline, and now they are telling me i didnt pass it. It is not only me who encountered this. Hello Richard Dennis.
It seems to me that every participant in the bounty campaign has encountered this, there will always be a few people who have not received a reward, often such problems are solved directly with the bounty manager, unless of course you yourself made a mistake.

I actually avoid bounties which will require me to disclose personal information because it will put your identity at risk. You may not know if your personal information is secured. You should communicate and ask for assistance either from the team or the bounty manager. It is better to call their attention in their telegram group if they have one or post on the bounty thread, or DM the manager.

Why would you risk your personal information just for a few bucks in a bounty campaign? Its not even worth it. You're just putting yourself in grave danger your personal information might be used for something illegal over the internet. If you're not aware, there are online loans that only requires a selfie with ID verification. It could be used on that transactions. Im just sighting one example although there are still a lot in the internet.
Yes it is true what you say, if we think about giving out our personal information by filling in the form kyc and who knows who will read and use what personal information we have does have the risk of being misused. But, many bounty projects require participating people to fill in the form kyc to be able to get tokens from what they have done, and here of course I think the bounty hunters will give their information by filling out forms to get their tokens and they certainly don't want anything what is done is useless and unpaid.

We already learned through these bad experiences, so that means it's a new start for us in dealing with certain project of any bounty participation. Be vigilant on several attempts which  brings yourself towards scammers, and possible data privacy breaching, because it maybe used for any crimes against you.

It's really suck to have that requirements and participants didn't have a choice since they will not get paid if they will not provide their KYC informations and actually I'm one of those guys who forc to do so that's why for now I'm avoiding it since if I insist to continue to provide my KYC details for just a shitcoin for sure I will encounter a future big problem for doing that.

And now I'm not joining on any of them if they required and people should do it also to avoid self harm.

Many people don't read the rules of the bounty, and there everything is stated. I say that cause I saw many people complain on bounties that paid their participants, but not everyone, or some people didn't get enough money they expected in the first place.
About getting scammed in general, by bounties or by any any service, or people, the best is to learn from that experience and move on. Don't let it hold you, to put you down, to make you believe that everything else is a scam. That will stop you from noticing a good things in crypto, and believe there are great coins and services in crypto, like there are many good people!

I guess they paid some and left some. I did the bounty and got my exact token and a friend of mine complained of getting fewer than expected too. So I think there's a problem with Thier distribution etc.

Obviously, Those projects will turn scam after they acquire funds from investors and make an exit and not pay their member who joins to promote their campaign and we cannot do anything unless they make a payment. And this usually happens after the acquired a lot of money and surely they will left the bounty hunters and not pay them.

And we cannot determine on what project is really legit and paying by promoting the campaign. Because they make a promises that really not happening so we should just avoid this scam campaign.

Things like this often occur because of the many projects that are scams. Regulations should have been started from last year so that no cases like this would occur because the ones who were harmed were not only bounty hunters but also investors.

I cant really say for sure of you were actually scammed. I know couple of bounty hunters that participated in the temtum bounty and they did the KYC and filled the form accurately and they received their token in their coinall account.  The admin clearly stated thar those that did not receive their token was as a result of them not passing the KYC or filling the form accurately,  i guess you need to check well to see if you did everything right and did not receive before tagging the project scam

You are just so lucky that you are one of the people that didn’t invest with money, though I understand that it can be very painful to be wasting time on these projects campaigning for them, but this is not even strange to us again, because we have participated in a lot of them that till now, they did not pay us, and this particular one that is even asking for double KYC is really glaring that they are scam project, so you should have even ran away from them already.

I have heard of these projects and I think that I was not convinced enough about them which is the reason why I decided not to take part of the project. I have learnt now to look at projects carefully because most altcoins now, are unserious about providing a real working product but a speculative coin alone.

You can’t accusing the project for scam,if others have received their awards.KYC was originally announced in the thread. You need to try all the possibilities. Contact the techsupport and the bounty manager. I had similar problems but I always contacted to the manager and these issues were resolved.
that is true, the OP must immediately contact the manager on the project telegram channel and speak with evidence that the OP is part of the project participants and is eligible to receive prizes for their efforts so far. but if the OP has done 2 KYC but did not pass, this needs to be reconsidered, both from the project team's responsibility and proof of ownership.

You should check the spreadsheet, see if you the only one who not paid or any other bounty hunters have the same experienced.
I think it's just a missed communication from you and the manager, or you have broke the rule. You should send a message to the manager privately on his telegram and tell your work that you have done.
Take a screenshot of your work and i think you'll be fine then.

lol ,, you might need to read the real catch of this man @ crwth.

including the spreadsheet of projects that OP is following. the problem is that OP is not involved in it. then how is the OP to get the token? if the OP account name is not registered in the spreadsheet and is not part of the TEMTUM Project?

Possibly, i promoted nestree bounty and i have my stake showing on spreadsheet but the teams fail to send me my reward, i have learn one thing here, be careful of bounty projects that are conducted by project teams themselves, they tend to be dubious, they can pay half and no pay the rest

that is common in bounties, I have often experienced this in several bounty projects, I am very upset and I am banned in a telegram group, this is what we must be aware of in bounties, there must be a policy in this matter.
Bounties have not remained an option to make some money and I would suggest you guys to stop looking for these programs. At present, the market is full of scams. Bounties have become a good way of scamming people. I really feel bad for you but do not lose hope because you journey has just started. Just switch to the working options and you will get what you desire. Try investing in bitcoin.

Temtum is not a scam project. I want to believe there was a mix up somewhere. Maybe that's why you couldn't get things through with Temtum. People got paid by Temtum in due time which I'm aware of. This is not a speculation.  It's a fact

Maybe there was something you did wrongly. It could be a problem with filling out the forms or your posts were not enough. I can assure you that Temtum is not a scam project at all. Sincerely,  it's a very good one.
