I have one question.. There are a lot of products for getting thinner, slimmer etc. But I need to be sure.
Maybe you tried some food supplements and can share your thoughts?
My goal is to get thin without sports.
Health is important in life and if you are planning to get slim by doing work outs then it is a good idea, there is no point in taking shortcuts to make your outward appearance look better, if you are not healthy and you are slim then what is the point. So the idea of getting slim should be through workout, just get up and start running rather than being lazy, appearance does not matter but health does.

I do not believe that these products work, to lose weight you need a lot of physical activity and reduce the amount of food

Getting thin without sports only has one recipe: eat less than your burn. If you don't do sports you might burn less than if you do, but generally a male of 30 years (example) who has an office job (a lot of sitting) will burn around 2000-2200 calories per day. Make sure you don't take in more than 1800-1900 and you will lose weight for sure.

I wouldn't use any supplements. Too expensive and you never know if it even works.

I haven't tried any supplement and I am strictly against them.
If you have to be thin you SHOULD exercise at least 30 mins during the day and eat healthy and GREEN.

It's not healthy to get thin via supplements only, you need to pair it with the right diet and exercises or else you will be thin but sick,
Exactly what he must do.supplement is just another vitamins and minerals for our body but it doesn’t necessarily mean that we will be healthy by having those because still physical movement will bring our body the strength and power needed for our daily living so if you are not willing to have exercise then nothing will come to you but sickness

I have heard sometimes ago in a TV show that eating a spicy thing is believed to burn more calories, hence reducing your weight. In my hometown, people love spicy food, and I'm rarely see overweight people.

Have you tried intermittent fasting? It's the only thing that's actually worked for me. Just have to keep at it.

Some of these are laxatives and some of these are herbal, it's hard to get thin, without sweating, you have these two combinations sweating or exercising, and picking the right food to eat, and it also depends on the kind of work you have, if your work is sitting all day or sedentary work you will not get thin, you need to sweat and pick the right food.

Without sports, you may become a skinny-fat type, and the result will be hard to maintain. But I'm sure you aware of that. So.. caffeine, vegetables, more protein and water.

Drink a lot of green tea every day. You will get hungry. But don`t increase your food consumption.

Green tea, black tea is a good idea. But don't drink it later at evening as it contains a lot of caffeine, especially the black one.

There's a way. A secret one.
Called 'deficit of calories'. Eat less, burn more calories. Everything else is marketing.

There is no secret, this was discussed in the first posts of this thread.  Tongue

This topic is always educational and deserves to be discussed at all time. Knowledge is power.

I would highly recommend not to use any products or supplements for losing fat as there is really no need for it.
You can get everything you need in the market/grocery store. All-natural. Just cut down carbs. Do research, it's not that hard.

It's your body, you have to find some time for it. Supplements will help you only momentarily, you have to discipline yourself and probably change your lifestyle.
If you don't, that weight is going to come right back.

Youtube is a good place to start. find some successful athlete or person who achieved it and follow the advice.

Exercise is the best way to do it, doesn't have to be a "sport", any cardio would do. De-stresses and tones while burning the fat. Even a stationary bike 30 mins every two days or so works wonders, or you could start with old fashioned walking, and when that gets too easy climb stairs rather than use the elevator.

You should combine it with a healthy diet, add plenty of vegetables, at least half of what you eat should be that.

Well-balanced diet is crucial to lose weight but I strongly recommend to talk to professionals to develop new eating habits that suit you the best. All people have different health peculiarities so developing a diet on your own might be useless. Also, please consider at least some minor exercising but on every day basis.
