I've just tried another mixture with water which I've watched from a video and a doctor told that it's a good alternative although this may not be effective in others.

With that video, the girl lost a lot of kilos and she became slimmer.

Apple cider vinegar mixed with water, I've just tried it and I felt lighter although I wouldn't see the result earlier but I think I'll continue it for a week and will look into the results.

Apple cider has many uses and that includes if you want to lose weight.

I tried to use this as well before but my purpose is not to lose fat but to address my health issue.

I heard chia seeds are effective too for those who wanted to burn fat, try to search its uses if you're interested.
Yes that's right and before using it I've researched its effects too because I wouldn't use something that doesn't have confirmation from the medical experts.

I've read about chia seeds too but I don't know what exactly it is.

Lot of good responses, let me just reinforce, exercise is important, at least one hour a week of intense exercise (like riding a bike faster that you can), no need for a actual sport. Food is important, you may need to balance what you eat. Do not eat aways the same meal, there must be fish, meat, vegetables, bread, milk, fruit. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0c/Roda_dos_Alimentos.jpg

Hello,
I have one question.. There are a lot of products for getting thinner, slimmer etc. But I need to be sure.
Maybe you tried some food supplements and can share your thoughts?
My goal is to get thin without sports.
My cousin tried to use a food supplement (forget the name though) because she is also desperate to lose some fat. At first it seems fine but after taking it for months it has a side effect which is not good.

Its not advisable to take a food supplement to become fit, its still better to do it naturally by having a morning excercise like jogging for 30 minutes if you're really busy.

Or try keto diet its effective too as long as you follow what food to eat.

Yes, I've searched for it --> https://www.msdmanuals.com/home/hormonal-and-metabolic-disorders/water-balance/overhydration

Thanks for the additional info that I've learned today from you.  Wink

Easier said than done. For example, I drink more than 3 litres of water each day.
The average water that we have to fill our body is just around 2 liters a day and you're doing it more than that which isn't harmful.

It's better to have more water than to have less. So what do you say about the food supplement? you won't take them anymore?

I agree over your statement that better more than less water but don't exaggerate because over-hydration can cause other problems. My personal doctor said, drink as much water as your body is asking for, not more, not less. So the amount of water you drink is dependent of your life style.
I thought that too much water would also be fine.

Thanks for that insider about overhydration isn't also good to our body.

Some people just can't lose any weight even if they a lot of fat. I don't why but I cant get any thinner
Maybe you are doing it wrong. There's a process on getting slimmer and what are the things that you have been doing to lose weight?

Maybe it’s your metabolism that don’t function that much?or maybe lack of physical workouts I guess

Try to prevent eating continuously and just go with the normal habit with some physical movements ,and less carbohydrates will help you get atleast less fats

Good luck getting thin without doing sport. How old are you actually ? I can't imagine someone who wants to be thinner but don't want to sport. Just buy some dumbbelss and sport at home.

Raw food diet Smiley
When we were in raw food diet, We both lost about 1kg/week, (in the beginning), while eating as much vegetables and salads as we could.(and feeling full) My overall health & well being benefited too.

After a while we started to try to eat foods that had more calories in them, like nuts, bean sprouts and salad sauce with oil, etc.  to NOT lose more weight.

The hardest part was the first week or so, when we still had cravings for sugar and meat, but after that it was easy.

This book started it.
https://www.amazon.com/12-Steps-Raw-Foods-Dependency/dp/1556436513

I was on raw food for a year, but the health benefits lasted much much longer. I got rid of my allergy medication.

The drawbacks were:
-eating out, where it was hard to get proper food. Raw food is not just salad, and the portions should be large.
-my teeth did not like eating fruits so often. I had more cavities than normally.

You do not need food suplements to get fit. It's not gonna go any faster with them. Check online for which and how many meals you should have and start training. If you are going to spend money on anything you should spend it on personal coach.

Well, exercise doesn't necessarily have to be jogging, swimming and stuff like that.  Cleaning, washing clothes (without washing machines if you can), and other house chores are also exercises.
Exercise has lots of great benefits. It strengthens the muscles, tone the skin, improves your mood and mind. So don't totally avoid it.

Instead of buying expensive supplements, eat fruits & veg at the right time (usually before meals)...avoid late night meals, avoid food foods that make you tired few hours after eating. Try Googling for foods that are healthy, local and cheap in your country. Focus on such foods I guess.

Speed up your metabolic rate by walking a bit faster, and use the stairs rather than a lift.
Stop eating processed meats such as McDonalds.
Don'r add sugar or sweeteners to your drinks and food, if you find coffee too acid, that add a pinch pf Bicarbonate of Soda.
Don't spend all your time in heated rooms, but get out into the cold to build your brown adipose tissue.
Avoid sugar laden foods like cakes and puddings.
Get more exercise - active sex is a good way to do this.
