Kind Ads Token, easily 5x. Very likely 10x. But it's for a smaller investment! Don't go all in cuz it's a low market cap. (this is my opinion, not a financial advice)
If you choose coins that will give you an advantage, of course we have to really explore the nature of the coin, and then do research to choose proven and trusted coins, don't risk unnecessary coins, if you don't want to lose your money.

.I think their could be many coins considering in last week their has being a huge fall in altcoins due to btc price surge and thus offering a very good attractive investment opportunity exists with the coins like GAS, NEO, ETH etc could be invested in and kept for a long term.

In my opinion, the coin that can easily grow 3-5 times already this week is OpenWeb Token (OWT). This token should get a listing on the Binance Dex exchange, after which its value will rise sharply. With the current capitalization of about 300 thousand dollars, OWT can easily reach 3 million US dollars in the case of listing on Binance Dex.
look for unknown coins with active devs, a unique usecase or protocoll and a strong community to find your next 20-100x.
For me there coins are $DeVault, $Veil, $Swap, $Semux, $BitCash and $XCash
Beside that, for an easily 3x in Dollars (maybe also in BTC) i prefer:
From the medium ones $TUBE, $HPB, $AERGO, $ANKR, $IOTW, $TOMO and $COVA
The big ones for me are $NEO, $VET, $ADA and $ARDR

You have to wait for the end of BTC's dramatic movement first. During this bear market (for alts of course) it is almost impossible to find a coin which is going to increase X3 its price.
why should wait for the BTC to be stable? why not buy and hold BTC, I don't think it's impossible if BTC can rise 3x from now or even more 
to find out a coin that is going 10x is really hard, lets be realist.

the coin is popular and i even recognized both of them plus i have seen several coments suggesting those coins but there is no assurance that those coins can jump 3x easily because the flow of cryptos are totally unpredictable besides there isnt also easy money on here . all cryptos go in a tedious process before they start to grow . i can recomend those coins that is mentioned earlier and i can also recomend bitcoin and etherium as your main asset the rest should only be an alternative and should not be prioritize for safety reason .
