It is not just gambling but everything of which someone is addicted, is not easy to give up. You are the person who can help you at first, you need to make yourself assure that what were you doing till now was wrong and is bad in all perspectives then seek external help. It needs strong will and clear vision driven by inner will and you can get rid of gambling addiction over the time.
Giving up gambling is not easy, when it has already in your minds and we always believe that we might win when everytime we go gamble. Its not easy to give up if your already addiction in gambling and this already your habit. But there are many ways to giving up just like teach yourself not always to go gamble and control it. Let we think that we gamble because of winning and for having fun or pastimes.
Yeah, that's true it is hard for us to stop gambling if we have already addicted to it. However, if you have will to stop then you could make it. By just finding another way to replace gambling like sport and healthy activity would be a great replacement. You must take away from gambling because there's no you could get upon it but loss only.

It is hard for me to stop playing. I dont really want keep on playing but when I dont play, I keep on thinking about it. I cant concentrate that is why I keep on thinking about it , instead of just thinking about it I choose to play with small amount so it can help me to concentrate later on

When we force ourselves to stop gambling, it will be very difficult because we are fighting against ourselves. So keep playing but reducing the amount of money every time we intend to play can help us to forget gambling step by step. Someday we will be bored with gambling and that's the right time to leave gambling.

Yeah, it is not easy to refuse and give up gambling. But as you tell us i want to add one thing more, sometime when we have continuously lose in betting then our mind struck and we want to win mustily and that's why we can't refuse betting on the time, and sometime we have feeling just like you tell us about winning also not allow to stop gambling.

But as hard as anything, if we really want to stop we can definitely. Sometimes those who think stop gambling is harder to succeed faster, they usually try harder than those who think stop gambling is Easy.I think it really up to the individual if he really want to change for good. We can go are farther as telling him the consequences of being an addict and he should be giving up his vices. However, if the individual doesn't want to quit then we can't do anything about it. While for others, we have wake up from the deep sleep of his addiction can immediately change it overnight. I see a lot of people do it and certainly we can do it as well.

If it's indeed too hard to those gamblers better set limits or play with minimal amount than keeps on telling that you'll quit yet you always dissapoints yourself. If you find happiness on gambling and still thinks that your not those gambler who ruins their life ,who do illegal things for gambling sakes,then you can still continue as long as you enjoy and you still can manage your living.

If you do anything too much it will eventually become your addiction. Anything you do for fun is good until it becomes addiction. You should divert yourself to another recreational activities but if it's very worse then try going to rehabilitation centers.

without proper planning, you can't be getting rid of this addiction. it is as like as a drug. if you have a strong determination then you can stay away from this platform. at first, you have to make up your mind to quit gambling. in this case, you have to choose an alternative way of getting busy. so that you can succeed otherwise no one can not be successful in this case.

It is not as easy as you said because I am the one that experienced it, I have done alot of things just to make sure that I can stop but it is hard for me to stop. Some people have different case and we cant think of everything is the same. I am quite sure I am not alone and there are others like me as well
