Really, don't you feel tempted to bet when you watch your favorite sports on TV? I find it quite boring to watch my favorite matches without betting on them and I think that is also one form of my addiction towards betting/gambling. However positive side of this addiction is that I never bet bigger amounts, I used to place small size bets on multiple events within a single match to atleast remain in break even.

Wow that is really a good self discipline you have. Before I lost a lot of money though I still kept on coming back. Though I don't bet as big as before. I just gamble for fun so at most I play with about 0.005 bitcoins and nothing more. But since now the prices are really high, I only use about 0.002 bitcoins to really just enjoy myself and try to hit those jackpots.

I agree! It is a matter of decision. If you want to quit then quit. Do not hesitate, no excuses and never have an excuse to give way for your gambling habit. this is because his cousin can not stay away from gambling so he need to be enrolled into a rehab program but if we are not too heavy addicted in gambling, then we don't have to join into that programs. all we need to do is doing a new activities like he said, we need to do every day or every two days and its not related with sports because it could triggered us to thinking about make a bets with our friends.

We have different point of view in gambling, others are saying that it's easy to gamble and others are saying it is not. But it is harder to gamble when you don't have something to gamble. And if you want to give up gambling, you need to be consistent that you won't have something to gamble and just put your money into something more special.
