Yes it's true giving up in gambling is not very easy if you really experience losing a thousands of money in playing in casino's and you still want to get back all your money that will lead to pawning all your expensive things. You can rid of gambling in your life by changing your hobbit by working or going to gym and by interested in new things like firing, hiking, sky diving, and other outdoor activities.

Yes , it is hard for us to stop gambling when we are a good gambler. Just play with your spare time only. Because when you play gambling but you are too tired, then you will be out of focus and then you will lose your money and lose the game.but if you want to stop it , take a deap breathe and think many times if you want really stop gambling take a rest for awhile then decide.

Let's not listen to other people, what we have to do is just to stay responsible and don't be too ambitious without a valid method to ensure a win in the long run. It will take time before we can master it and sometimes will not happen but what matters is to have fun in our journey.

Stopping others from gambling addiction will be more difficult than dismissing others from drug addiction. Drugs are something that is consumed, and we can make them not consume, although it will not be easy, especially when they start agitating. Giving up gambling is only a matter of decision to make, if they want to change it for real but can't apply it. its a psychological problem which is they wont get easily give up it is a battke between mind and heart.

It's not an addiction literally but it is the cause of addiction. Being dependent on gambling won't do you any good because your body might not take it and your mind would just go and on. Definitely, if you are addicted to gambling then there's something wrong with you because you didn't discipline yourself or just didn't put limits.

specially when you become addicted to gambling, in fact for being playing gambling for a long long time it become difficult for us to give it up. we can to continue because it give us some temptation that we can make more money in gambling if we continue playing again. and for every time we get a new hope and never accept the fact about losing money, which really make us addicted and therefore we then find it hard to stop playing gambling.

yes you are right giving up gambling is not as easy task as we are talking or thinking about it because it needs a lot of efforts to give up gambling but i think it is very necessary to give up gambling because it sometimes destroy the life of many people as they lose their money and they have nothing in their hands, but i think yes it is the good way to look for some those activities which distract their focus from gambling.

Addicting to a thing makes you not leaving it. Like in gambling it makes you not wanna leave when you're so addicted to it. Well what addiction I'm talking about is that you're addicted that even though you can't still win you still play the game. Without any hesitations still you bet and bet. It is not easy giving up things just like that. Addiction to a thing makes someone fall for it for a long period of time. So in giving up in gambling it takes real courage and discipline to get out of the temptation your in.

people like to continue gambling for some time specially when the are young, but withe the passage of time the interest in gambling become decreasing, and people start thinking about how to get red from gambling, but in fact at that stage as he continue gambling for a long time he find it very hard to quit gambling at all. for this he need a very hard work, even he need to get help from their friends and family member and only then it can become possible to quit gambling.

I agree gambling is a phase in life and its better to gamble while you young so that with time you grow out of it without a problem.
For others its not as easy as it sounds because they are so addicted to it and have no substitute activities to distract or keep them away from this unless they get broke.
