Well, I don't know about justice, but there's clearly a huge amount of hate and ignorance going around. Maybe it's too hard to figure that, regardless of where we've been born or the color of our skin, we all belong to the same species?
I'm not an American. I lived in the US for more than a decade and loved it. Today, I wouldn't go back for the world.
I also lived in Spain and Perú (besides Argentina, my own country), and I can tell you, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that Americans are by far the nicest people I've ever crossed paths with. And having lived in Miami I have known people from all over the world.
In fact, your statement above only shows you're an awful human being, it hardly makes a case for you.
There are mass shootings in the US kinda regularly, and in the best of cases it's a shame, as it is the fact that Americans seem to care more about their "toys" than about their countrymen, and keep making up excuses to defend their "right" to kill each other.
In any case, I find it more likely for Americans to learn (and accept) their mistake than for the likes of you to do the same.

As a libertarian I am firmly against violence directed at functionaries of the State, as a strategy or tactic to produce positive change.

I dont think that killing is justice it is just a typical murder nothing more. If you say justice it is done by a fair judgement or trial to the criminal itself the criminal has a chance to defend himself even though that he may had killed or not the right to defend still given to him, without this laws well be more like animals.
