After using a VPN for brazil and yes it works on brazil the download button to install Godex is now available.

I think direct download from their website would be the best option since it's just a small file, unless they're afraid of some took advantage of it to slow the website.
If Godex wants to avoid it, they can make a sub-domain like download.godex.io which is separated from the main page where we can download the APK file.

If their services are not available in certain countries, there is no point in downloading the application for users of those countries.

Since the platform promotes itself as “anonymous”, there is no point in including a list of banned countries. only limiting to refund if there is a high-risk transactions.

What is the point of restricting the app downloads for my country, yet I can use the web service without any message that my country is banned from using it. My country also does not appear in the restrictions list.

Yes, it is not that well-known, and I could not find it using a search playstore or on Google, the only place I could find it was via the website's direct link from the homepage.

I just tried and got the result same as you, although I'm not from a country marked as a prohibited jurisdiction. It seems more like the settings are not set up very well.

Is there anyone here who can install the Godex Android app? I am trying to install it on the phone but Play Store said is not available in my country.
I also tried to use VPN and change my IP but it was still not available in my country. I want to know if anyone here is able to install the Godex app and in what country?

The Chia (XCH) is in the general list of coins, but is not available in the exchange list.
Despite the question "How Can You Convert Chia?" say to use Godex, this is not possible.

I'm sure this will attract more users since it is an instant exchange and no KYC is required. People would love this, but this will attract more attention from the government if they have a crypto-to-fiat option unless they are ready to fight against AML policies.
And this would be the best advantage that they have compared to other instant exchanges.

Hmm, Agreed .. From a trader's perspective this kind of system is slow, on CEX in a couple of seconds you can mark your orders, here in lucky time its probably in minutes and higher in average. I know these are not kind of trading platforms, I'm just trying to put forward a different perspective.

I was impressed with the reviews on Trustpilot study when I checked but even more impressed with them now from your review haven’t been met with similar situation of delayed processing time and having your refunds done rather swiftly.
One of the complaints I find on the reviews is the lack of live supports but, seems the mailing support line does just fine and that’s great. Not to mention, the review policy and time to have this done if you encounter any trouble is fair and swift

I haven't tried the exchange another time but I will as I want to know why the deposit time expired in my case and my order got mentioned by system risk control. Because I dont know if there was any issue with my wallet address or with transaction processing time.

Anyway, their review rate is super balanced, according to Trust-pilot reviews people value their support system and service efficiency.
