You can look at the various ICO evaluation sites and then search directly at bitcointalk forum, because most of the time the bounty threads for a good ICO project require your own attention.

there are a lot of good bounty campaigns out there, to name a few you can try kickcity, eoz, or fiancia.
Of curse you can check and try many others in this link http://www.bountiesalert.com/
That is I believe one of the up to date sites.
Just e careful for campaigns, check also their trust index, in short do a background check.
Good luck

Signature campaigns are the best but there are some good ones .You can check on Bountyhive also where you do not need to post reports
They check by themselves
I follow them also, add to your bucketlist tokensuite,Amazix and Cryptowings they have several bounties that i love to follow. You should report most of the time so they will not kick you out.

Go to alternate currencies sections > marketplace > bounties, there you will find a lot of promising bounty campaigns but you need to be careful because most of these campaigns wont pay you,do a lot of research about the project from the developers to the founders if these people are anonymous there is a big chance that they wont pay your efforts.
This is very true,a lot of bounty campaigns and ICOs today are not paying the right bounties which they have promised to the bounty hunters. And we couldnt do anything about this because the bounty managers has the right to change any rules in the campaign, but these previleges are being abused by some bounty managers, all we need to do is to join the campaigns which has good paying managers.

I do not know if this will work, I personally have not found such a thing yet, but if you see ico rate you can see the most ico in demand, why do not you try to follow the bounty of the ico project is almost over, you can see their team and looking for projects that are managed by them

You need to search yourself here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0
To many variables like duration, social media influence on twitter, facebook and others. You need to look the best one for you!

Websites exist but not all bounties are tracked, you can look here for example https://icodrops.com/bounty-list/

Please suggest some bounty campaign name to start. I want to participate from the week 1 or 2 (if possible ) .

Question:
Is there any website to detect the actual running bounty campaign .
