Obama was the worst president the United States ever had. He was utterly incompetent and unsuited for the job. As a result of his blunders, the American position was weakened considerably in the global stage.

What good policies did he have?, what good has he done?

I had these questions as well, and here's what I found: http://whatthefuckhasobamadonesofar.com/ (legit site)
Lol. Thats a good one.
I have not seen anything good in his country. Look at Chicago. This proves that he is not a effective president.
He likes also to interfere on affairs of any country(especially on Philippines). He thinks that he is superior enough to do that.
Hope this current administration is different.

Fact is that he did nearly nothing of what he promised. Now is it because he's just a liar or because the chambers didn't allow him to act?

This I can't tell because I'm not well aware of daily American politics. But what's sure is that his presidency was a great disappointment for lots of people.

It's nearly entirely because the Republicans (the other party) refused to work with him. They would delay votes they knew they'd lose and forced him to change or abandon key legislation ideas. Further, when he tried to force some new policy or program through using Executive Order (which gives him the power to enable laws without a vote, however there are rules about how much he can do) the Republicans blamed him of abusing his authority.

The worst of it is that when it came to his signature legislation, the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) he originally wanted the program to be paid for by the Government, a single-payer system. The Republicans wouldn't have it and forced him to compromise to allow insurance companies to be involved in facilitating coverage. This, in turn, adds a free market risk to future costs, i.e., when risk or costs go up premiums will too. And that's exactly what happened. The people that signed up for Obamacare were the previously uninsured...the sicker and poorer among us. That group of people are higher risk people to insure and the insurance companies started raising their premiums. This was all over the news. The Republicans used this to say that Obamacare has been a failure. They're partially correct, because it's not an Affordable plan...but that wasn't Obama's fault, it was the Republican's idea to structure the program with such risk of increased premiums!

Obama's speech was a great one. He gave a sobering yet hopeful talk to the entire nation...regardless of party, race, socioeconomic class, he gave everyone a dose of wisdom. He'll go down in history as one of the greatest US presidents.

The challenge now for Trump and the Republicans is to try to deliver on all they think is wrong about Obama's ideas. I'm not a fan of Democrat spending but both party platforms are messed up. The Republicans are hypocrites - how can they be pro-life at birth but against universal healthcare at all other stages of life?

Trump has some very large shoes to fill.

....
I can find dozens of example where he acted cool as fuck!
Like this one time when he was accused (and by Trump if I remember well) to have falsified his birth certificate and to not be American. And he answered by saying "I got a film of birth" and showed an extract of the Lion King xD
Cool as fuck!!!

Anything else?

Because well, that's not cool as fuck.

That's ducking and dodging a serious question, responding with ridicule to a question of importance.  Translating to simple language, lying.

So is lying cool as fuck?   I guess it depends on who you are fucking.  But who's fucking you?

Ahah,
Well you know I got mixed feelings about this.
First I'm a European so I can't have a clear statement here because I'm not directly concerned.

What's sure is that the dude is fucking cool. But that's not the most important quality of the president.
I'm also sure that he had some great ideas, I loved most of what he thought because he had a very European approach so of course I felt closer to him than to traditional presidents. Fact is that he did nearly nothing of what he promised. Now is it because he's just a liar or because the chambers didn't allow him to act?

This I can't tell because I'm not well aware of daily American politics. But what's sure is that his presidency was a great disappointment for lots of people.

What you consider cool I consider an irritating, annoying psychopathic and narcissistic liar.

That's why I clearly stated it was not the first quality a president should have.

But, at least in this part of the world, a vast majority of the population agrees with me.

But what the fuck do I know?  I'm just an American.  I'm not one of those Europeans that would give the Bamster a Nobel Peace Prize before he's done anything, then look the other way when Syria happens.

That's not the same thing ^^

He had great policies "intention" like introducing a real healthcare system as USA healthcare is not only stupid and unequal but also costs tons of money.
But the reality is quite different...
The only thing I don't know (but you might answer me) is why he didn't? Is it at least partly because of the congress?
Because as far as I know USA president hasn't the full power contrary to some other countries.

I have mixed feeling about Obama. As said above, he is cool guy and simple guy. He made some good things, like health care reform, renewed diplomatic relations with Cuba. But he didn't reacted properly about what happened worldwide: war in Ukraine, Syria, EU crisis. But he is much better president than Trump will be, IMO.
