I think maybe because of the current development of rapid currency crypto and this will be a tough competition for the future.
This might affect badly on cryptocurrencies. Now the market already in bearish trend and due to this news that trend might continue for several weeks. I'm expecting more FUDs in upcoming days.

which is prohibited from advertising services rather than cryptocurrency activities because they consider cryptocurrency ads contain many scams.
but many people are panicking to sell their assets and that is affecting the sale price of bitcoin and other coins.

Although, the main advertisement means for crypto enthusiasts now is through google, which might have some effect on ICO ads. Still i believe there is no cause for alarm, if one door closes, another opens. Other means of advertising will be figured out as time goes on. The banning certainly has the influence of some, just to disrupt and to discourage people from investing into ICO. Nonetheless, it is for the better. Scam ICOs are also coming up and this needs to be curbed.
How is this going to affect all the coins to the banning issue?
