So if I rate some casino with stars and I dont write any textual review for that casino, is my rating going to be visible or not?
Maybe this is some bug, but I gave star rating to some casinos and when I open review page I dont see any stars.
Than I give star rating again and I get message that I already gave star rating for that casino.

That`s right - you will only show up on the leaderboard after having submitted your tip(s). Even after submitting, you can always change them until kick-off.
