Because it's still new. And actually a solid percentage of bitcoin users still don't 'trust' bitcoin.

The government announced a severe ban on the use of virtual currency (cryptocurrency) such as bitcoin as a means of transaction and payment in Indonesia. The Governor of Bank Indonesia Agus Martowardojo warned people not to trade or buy bitcoin, because no regulatory body supervises bitcoin, making it vulnerable to risk to the public.

I think the government is not paying attention to this area. Although they have to think about this thought. After all, bitcoin is quite a valuable cryptocurrency in this market.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

I think trust is not the main concern of government about bitcoin in which until now some countries does not adopt bitcoin the main issue they are looking at is how can they regulate or gain on adopting this innovation. Many countries are so particular with their economic growth which could be affected if they adopt to bitcoin.

There's a lot of people in government do not trust in bitcoin because they are still fully knowledgeable about it. And we all know that it is a crypto currency which we can't see or even we can't touch therefore it is hard to believe and to trust if you can't see and touch it. In addition there are laws that against bitcoin so that it makes them to not trust in bitcoin.

It's really hard to trust something you can't see or feel, and at the same time, it is sucking all the money out of your country towards another country. I think this is the government's biggest fear; which is to have something like a currency shakes the core foundation of your economical system.

I don't think so, remember not in the worldwide, bitcoin is illegal. because some states have legalized bitcoin and cryptocurrency valid as a means of payment. I have read a news site Cryptocurrency is gradually found in Africa. In countries such as South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Nigeria, there are similarities in digital currencies, especially Bitcoin. These countries recognize the importance of cryptocurrency in their business and encourage cross-border trade and payments. if in the country you don't trust or legalize bitcoin, of course, all require a process.

i think because bitcoin has not the central or center like bank, in paper money we have the center called central bank, all of circulation of money in that country  is managed there in central bank, i think the big reason why government never want to accept bitcoin because of this, bitcoin doesn't have the central bank

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

As we all know the global economy has still not yet recovered from the great depression. Due to this, a lot of third-world countries are first focusing on their own economy's enrichment than accepting cryptocurrencies. They think cryptocurrency will be an obstruction to their rise and so they illegalize its use. The bottomline is a lot of countries ban cryptocurrencies because of lack of knowledge.

Truly, as of recently some state or government against on this new generation of bitcoin. They don't believe the bitcoin because they don't get benefits on that. Bitcoin isn't assessable, and they can't follow which individual is getting rich with the assistance of the bitcoin. In any case, not all nations despise the bitcoin. A few states comprehend the capability of the bitcoin. Every holder of the bitcoin or altcoin enables their self to be liberated and mysterious without require by the outsider.

No doubt Bitcoin have a lot of advantages but it also have some disadvantages too which are forcing governments to not trust it.As Bitcoin is decentralized in nature which means that no government has a control over it.This makes the Bitcoin transactions anonymous in nature and the government is not able to identify the people involved in the transactions.Due to this feature of anonymous transactions, some people uses Bitcoin as a mode of payment in the illegal dealings of drugs, ammunitions etc.Due to these reasons government is not able to trust Bitcoin and that is why they are not supporing it and are banning Bitcoin in their respective countries

The government and the bitcoin are always compared, because there is a lot of news that the government is banning bitcoin in some countries. But there are also countries whose governments allow bitcoin in the country. Maybe the government that banned the bitcoin did not want to risk that bitcoin would disrupt their economy.
This is the one main reason I guess why bitcoin is not legally adopted by so many countries. Each countries or nations has it's own policies and regulations which they are implementing inside their whole nation. In this case that's why they have their own different outlook towards the potential of bitcoin. And we couldn't read the mind of their leaders that's why the main conflict today in bitcoin is the government.

Because the government thinks bitcoin will disrupt the economy and the government thinks they can not control the bitcoin so that's why. But if the government that legalizes bitcoin I do not think it will think that way.
