Shouldn't all open orders show up in the market depth?  I have orders for far less than $12.00 and they aren't in the list.

Interestingly, I placed an order to sell at 19.60'something, and instead of showing my 20 btc, it shows .5   on the depth chart details.

You sound like you're trying to convince yourself everything is okay.  MtGox is not Bitcoin and I think in the long run BTC is better off with a legit exchange rather than going through that Mickey Mouse operation.

LOL.  You TH shills are pathetic.  Go play in the sandbox with the kids over in TH.

Here's hoping there will be shilling for a better exchange soon Smiley

I just submitted 16.20 BTC to my MtGox account.
Not a lot, but hey, it's a vote of confidence.
The heavy traffic will ease overnight. All will be ok tomorrow and BTC will be back to $30 real soon now.
Let's start trading normally.
Do Bitcoin a favor.

LOL, why are there slanted lines on the depth of market chart? Is that because the books are so empty?

I would say so.
That's what happens when you send a line chart to do a bar chart's job.
