All miners should have been paid nearly 2 hours ago. If not, expect to find your BTC with the BTCST funds....LOST.

Meh, people are just plain moronic if they continued using GPUMAX knowing the BTCST problem. Like I said, prepare to see GPUMAX debt being sold.

[19:03] zux0r please send out payments.
[19:17] ;;seen zux0r

[19:32] what causes the price per share to fluctuate when purchasing shares ?? is it based on user set rates ?
[19:33] Yes.
[19:34] <@pirateat40> Hey guys, payments will go out at midnight for all the purchases run up till today.  We are trying to get all the purchases out of the system that need to be run.  If you have a purchase pending or paused please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate it or issue a refund.  Thanks.
[19:35] uhm
[19:35] I read payments will go out at midnight, and my heart skipped a beat.
[19:35] "We are trying to get all the purchases out of the system that need to be run."
[19:35] why?
[19:35] good question, one I had myself
[19:36] but it could be just clearing out pending stuff.
[19:36] especially if they are accepting purchases on site.
[19:36] <@pirateat40> Cause we have a ton of pending purchases with either bad pool info or issues with missing tiny amounts of payment.

The last time I have gotten paid was 2 days ago 8/26 at 7:10pm.

I am owed 10+ BTC and if it doesn't come soon I will move my miners.

no, pirateat40 is sending payments manually, at least that's the last I heard.

It seems like payments are going out whenever he decides to send them.  Recently it's been every couple days...

Are you guys getting paid? I have been using gpumax for 48 hours or so now. Hardly have had any public work, so I only have 0.6 BTC. I thought it was every night, but I guess you have to reach a certain balance until it will pay you are night?

And that is what I would expect to happen. The service will die a slow death. Payments for work will go unpaid
until you eventually lose a week's worth of payments when the service dies off and gets shutdown.

And losing a week's worth of payments will null out the last week or so.. leaving you feeling a lot like the
lenders of BTCST.

Might as well stop using this service now as I cannot imagine the end result being pretty. Pirate has not
been in the #gpumax channel for 5+ days.

[10:56] pirateat40 was last seen in #gpumax 5 days, 13 hours, 22 minutes, and 39 seconds ago: If they did get backed up they should get better soon since things are slowing down.

My last payment was received on 8/26 @ about 7:10pm central time.

But I have since stopped mining, and haven't earned any more btc since then.

Thank you for not using the service.  This allows those of us who do use the service make more money for the same work and it also allows us to monitor our miners quickly and easily.
Speaking of getting paid, Has anyone been paid in the last 36h or so?

+36 hours now  Undecided

so.... people are seriously still using this service?

u guys know the owner owes 100k's of BTC in a seperate obvious scam?

And we should care... why?

And this is the problem of or lack thereof community.   Yes you should care.   Why you ask?  Because the person who knows someone who did something bad and still chooses to support them in a way could potential exhibit the same type of behavior.   Your reputation is important and saying you don't even care and don't know why is a statement that can be very telling.   Also empathy is a human trait.
I don't see how GPUMax can really be that heavily related to BS&T. Even if it is, I was one of the most vocal people in warning others about putting their money into a black box. If they went ahead and threw their money away that's their own idiocy.

The most I'm ever risking on GPUMax is a few days mining revenue, if it shut down tomorrow and I didn't get paid, I'd lose a total of maybe a few hours of my regular salary...

First off, its a known fact that Pirate controls both and I believe they play or played an integral part of his operation.   You are right, that is there own idiocy BUT, we should still care if people are being misled or ripped off.    This is why, we are Bitcoin (the people who use it), if we are to have no external regulation then we are left to depend on self-regulation, this means that we "have" to care or it will just become filled with all kinds of lawless behavior (like a pirate if you may) to the point it will become death knell to this project.   Yes there is personal responsibility stressed at the paramount but we need to all pitch in and flush out any and all scammers to set precedent.

I don't use irc, so from my standpoint, there is no support whatsoever.

No faq's, no how-to, no docs.

And the first thing that made me a little nervous (when pirateat40 was still posting on this forum) was when people would ask what GPUMAX was actually for.  What purpose did it serve?  And pirateat40 would just come on and say something like "if you can't figure it out, don't use it".

People here should fully expect this service to disappear one night with remaining payouts to never take place in my mind.
With the OP missing in action what has been said to the users which would make them think differently? Who is supporting
this service and answering questions?

have fun.

From what I have seen, it is mostly done via IRC #gpumax

That is because if the OP came back to this forum people would have some serious questions for him.
OP has not been active in that channel for 5+ days.

I am a miner and I would never consider this service.
