I have just recently found out about your project and I must say it looks amazing. I think projects like this are the right way for mass adoption and the success of cryptocurrency. Decentralized exchanges will prove to be the best gateway for the masses, and P2P trading has so many advantages over traditional centralized marketplaces. As we all know, nowadays it’s still fairly complicated to start trading crypto, this project could really make a difference. Yeah yeah. to begin with their telegram group. They are really active. You can post any type of query there and your query will be certainly answered. This is a part of the porject i really liked.
As far as i know about some service market, I think i've never seen something as this one.

What are your plans if you dont reach the softcap? What are your plans if the mass adoption does not go as expected? Where can i learn more about this project? How are you going to distinguish your products from the ones that are already available and running very smoothly? This project looks interesting in the first go, but still a long way to go.
The project will move forward no matter what!

I am relatively a very new member in the world of crypto. Just started few weeks back. Have been looking into good ICOs to invest and came across this one. I particpated in the airdrop, which was relatively easy. The ifnormation provided looks good. Is there any video of the project. I went through all the links, but did not find an official video.

I am not so sure. May be gratiz team can throw some more light in this regards, but i remember reading in some of the forums that they are helpless till their tokens are locked. We will see MVP after that. Not sure about the dates.

When will be the trading of gratiz begin? is there any country whose residents are prohibited from participating in ICO?
The trading of Gratz will begin right after the ITO on 08/30/2018.
US residents can't participate in the ITO except of accredited investors.

Gratzio will have a rating system that is also immutable and stored in the blockchain.
By default, when you placing your request for a favor - the system will automatically appoint the Gratzio with the highest rating. (You can also use the "Tender" option which makes possible to manually choose workers)
When a new user downloads the app - he/she will be limited to perform only simplest tasks at first. Once a user accumulates more rating his limit will be steadily raised with more opportunities available on the map. This way system will protect its users from bad workers. Additionally, our task performers (we call them Gratzio) will be able to voluntary verify their identity in the system to boost their rating immediately. Additionally, every account will be connected to the cell phone, so it is not like you will be receiving a service form total strangers...
I forgot to mention our built-in escrow feature.
When you order a favor in Gratzio dApp - the tokens are immediately transferred to a temporary account, so neither you, nor your worker can't use them until the task is complete. Then, when the job is done and your worker marks it complete - you can accept the job and finalize a favor as complete, and only then tokens are transferred to the recipient's account...
