Can anyone tell me why GRC has been frozen at Poloniex for like a week and counting? This seems worrisome to me (and the fact that I bought some GRC just before the market got frozen isn't helping). Since Poloniex is listed as an official exchange in the OP, it would be at least partially the responsibility of the devs to get that fixed..

It is weird that this happened during a price crash. Could a 51% attack have been possible?

Dev is working with them to fix it, only PR sucks for this diamond Wink

I add three projects. Grin
Rosetta@home,World Community Grid,Malariacontrol.net.

If your pc have a better cpu,you can add more projects.
At least ,the RAC of each projects should be more than 100.

Just my own thoughts.

Thinking in terms of Hashcash Proof of Work is so yesterday.
Luckily, GRC goes far beyond efficient GPU hashing with its
Proof of BOINC distributed research in addition to network security from Skein-Groestl-Cubehash!

X11 and X13 have lower electricity usage for GPUs, I know there is no ASIC proof algo, there are just algos for which ASICs have not been produced yet, but I think X11 and X13 are just ahead of Scrypt for many reasons.

I just wish Gridcoin was X11 or X13 algo. Scrypt is so yesterday.

X11 and X13 are not fundamentaly different than scrypt, they both will have ASICs designed for them sooner or later.
And ASICs are not a problem; they allow contributing to a network's security with a huge hashrate and a comparatively low electricity usage, while being immune to being mined by malicious botnets.

Maybe on c-cex you can display how much Boinc credits Gridcoin has donated so far. I think it would be great for traders and investors to have that information
somewhere on the chart. I am not sure if that is technically possible, but would be cool to see.

Hello! I'm C-CEX.com dev.
I'm here to wonder what new services GRC community may require?

that's also my doubt

You don't think GRC requires any new services?

what is your doubt directed at?
that gridcoin will proceed with this extraordinary high momentum?
or, that you are able to keep up with it? Smiley
concerning new services there is for instance https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/11357-gridcoin-finance-project/
I am glad c-cex is here, I experienced a similarly high ambition from your development in the past!

what services do you imagine, are you more into brokerage?

in the mining module i have
BoincMD5: MD5Error

how can i fix this thx
Bill, the md5error is no longer a problem (nor errors in the mining console).
As long as your list of cpids shows in "listitem cpids" you should be good.

If your boinc is not in "c:\programdata\boinc", change the "boincdatadir=" key to the location .

Good luck,
Rob
