You could buy 11 Bitmain miners for $30,000, vs 3 of these?

So...for $30,000 you can buy

Inosillicon miner 30gh x 3 = 90gh

vs

Bitmain miner 15gh x 11 = 165gh

Uhhh...

Yea thats what i thought!

I am up for 1 if and when this goes through.

Please make your location and your interest known here and you can possibly group a purchase together with someone in your region of the world.  You would just have to agree where to have the miners shipped and then have that location ship them onto the final destination.

So let people know here and you may be able to bundle a purchase with one or two other people.  I would recommend using a trusted member on the forum as a shipping location if they are willing to help you by receiving and forwarding miners to buyers.

10k USD is very expensive, even if one free if 10 units
And their BTC exchange rate is terrible - only 2370USD ! (bitmain at the same time 2752USD)

For such price it could not compete with D3, it needs at least a 2k less price.

I just posted this on the other A5 thread, but will cross post it here as well...

Just wanted to drop a reminder for everyone.  While I am working to see if Inno will help us with a group buy, I am not "lining up" miners, I am NOT taking orders, and I am not handling anyone's money so DON"T SEND ANYONE saying they are me your money... You are being scammed.  I am getting pinged by a lot of people saying that they are getting PM's from me about placing an order, and that I lined up some miners etc.

It just isn't the case.  Please watch the spelling of anyone sending you messages and make sure you know who you are talking to.  I won't be PM'ing people about the group buy to place an order.  I will be posting the info here in the public if and when I have any new info.

And that is my public service announcement today.  No word yet from Inno on possibly helping the forum get a better price or anything they can do to help us.  I will keep you posted if they pass anything along.

For those so inclined you can order directly from Inno today.  Minimum quantity is 3, and the price is $9999.  My understanding is that the quantities are limited, but I have no idea how many "limited" is.  Best of luck to those who are ordering.

Well, if Inno can really deliver according to specs, I see their price justification because if you are limited in power/space, the A5 would have higher density since it's only 750w compared to 1200w for D3. for the D3 to have same hash rate, it would be 750w to 2400w. That's a premium that they are trying to set. Sort of like how the smaller the laptop, the pricier it gets.

Edit: If someone can get a group buy going for 10 units and get 1 free, then that's actually about $9k a unit. I wouldn't mind buying 1 for $9k if it happens.

Inno has never delivered on thier specs , I cant see them delivering this time either either way 10k is a joke man
7k at the higest would be a decent buy but 6.5k should be rhe price.

unless the gro buy gets terms 7 to 6k ill wait for the D3 thank u

Can't say I'm surprised to see 9999USD with a minimum of 3.

I'm guessing the promises made about the A4 are dead at this point. Things like releasing the software open source and continued support.

I expect the price to drop when they come to their senses.

my biggest concern is the CE-Marking.
Hope they know what that is and how important and mandatory it is for the import into the EU (Germany)

But I guess you are good with a PCI-E connector from a 1000 Watt power supply if you don't use the OC function. Otherwise I would use 1500+Watt

Does anyone know anything about the noise level?

Inno knows about CE as they were sure to address it with the A4. I have not noticed it mentioned yet in the info provided so far. I will ask.

Bitmain: 15GH/s ~ 2700 USD

a very good an fair price would be between 6500$ and 7000$. Can't understand why the manufacturer can't stay approx. at the same price level.

I mean 30GH/s = 2x 15GH/s      2700$*2 = 9999$ ?   even with the OC function it shouldn't be that much.

Please don't mention Baikal with the 2GH/s and 7000$ they are from an other planet.

$10,000 per unit might be a bit high for me with their track record.

At that price tag I am going to pass.  However if outhers need a trusted person to help you bundle 3 unit orders I am willing to help.

I will reach out to Inno to see if they can do something for the forum buyers to maybe cut us some slack.
