I'd like to know more about cxboyminer. How do we know this is not a scam? Has his identity been verified? Can we use escrow for a large purchase?

This guy from everything Ive seen from him is sorta broke, So its very likely he wont be holding inventory like we were able to get from Canary or SSb or Crazy, so its going to be hit and miss as to when stock is available for immediate shipment. Hopefully they will designate 2-3 US resellers who have experience and money. I would throw my own hat out there if I were not going on vacation with my kids for two weeks at Christmas time. Maybe if SSINC is interested in the project I can throw enough money at him to help get it rolling out.

 

 I am sure he would  not exclude you.. Writing up a quality control list can be tough.  And 1500 and 1 is really good. You are also a long time seller on the bay. I would think the listing can  be tweaked a bit   to 98 % of 50  or 100% of 15 plus. either or.
 If I do  business with a very new ebayer I like perfect feed back.  but someone with years and a 1500 and 1 is not the type to do a false chargeback.

cxboyminer has never done a big sale on site. and is trying to be safe from scammers and make us feel safe from being scammed.  Hopefully  this will be a steady source of good sticks for us to keep some to  and sell some on ebay.

The problem is not the doing of cxboyminer  but companies like BFL and a lot of other companies   plus plenty of scammers on this site.  In fact the s-1 sale had a scammer but all was fixed by sushi.
 as of today cxboyminer has not taken money from anyone and if he had did a preorder we would all be screaming cursing with I want a refund you ff'd us.
I have to say it is annoying since all the better usb sticks are not being sold or built.

 the red furies have another preorder.  I am on the fence with that.  the ice fury may be next week and these u-1 are delayed more then a week.  if I recall the price was supposed to come last monday.  I would like to start selling on ebay but I will have 0 stock for christmas. (which is annoying)  also the diff jumps hard real hard  25-30%  cause 1200 knc jups hit the network.

• Failure to display ebay record / amazon record will be limited to only 10 usb purchases until the next group buy when no chargeback occurs. (or similar)
• account with 100% positive rating (at least 15 +ive review)/ 5 star rating will be allow to buy up to 60 usb
• Reseller please contact me. Must be a ebay seller / amazon seller for at least 6 months of active status with 100% positive rating
• BTC preferred for usb price. shipping cost must be in fiat

I like that he is willing to gain trust allowing paypal.

 Having sold with paypal for years buyers can be real scum at times.  Not most maybe 1 in 20.

Same for sellers maybe 1 in 20 are terrible. 

   good point  a lot of new sellers have good records  so maybe  1 year or 9 months makes more sense.  For me to buy from a new seller like cxboy a new product my first order has to be paypal. then I sell off enough on ebay and keep some.. 

say 20 sticks sell 15 on ebay   keep 5.  next order can be btc since I made enough on the first so that if cxboy turns bad I do not get crushed.

 When AM was selling sticks via canary I ordered 2x a week 100 sticks at a time all via btc.

   If cxboy does well I won't fear sending btc   right now I do.
